This is a wonderful candy shop with all your favorite candy, your parents' favorite candy, and your grandparents' favorite candy! They have ice cream, shakes, and more. CJ is the friendly host there. He is an animal lover. He has something there for every sweet tooth in town. I found my favorite childhood candy and brought two. We are going back there for vegan ice cream. Sad because as great of a candy /ice cream shop as it is their hours are not consistent with when they're truly open. This is probably the third time that it says it's open and I've driven here and it's not. Given there is a sign on the door that says they'll be back at 12:00 it is 3:00 p.m. last time the sign on the door didn't match up with the accurate time either. Would have loved to give my kids the after school ice cream experience they were looking for but it seems like a roll of the dice every time we drive over there.

They are a very nice black owes ice cream shop excellent customer service and the ice was the bomb i had strawberry cheesecake with fruity pebbles and my son has prepared with syrup and sprinkles

This store is amazing. It reminds me of the candy lady in my old neighborhood!!!! The ice cream is amazing and the water ice is on point!

Had a really nice visit with my friends today! The owner was so sweet and gave us great suggestions, made sure we got a hefty scoop of ice cream and had fun conversation. Such a welcoming and fun store to visit! Also Cool the cat is friendly and meowed at us to come in, so of course we did. 🐱

Tried calling the number provided to ask about store hours and received no answer. This is very disappointing because I prefer to support small local businesses but they're never open. This used to be a regular stop for my son after school.

Woah ! Soon after opening the door we (a friend group) heard steps . But they were too light and fast paced to be a human's . It turned out to be a dog welcoming us into the shop ! And then the really sneaky cat surprised us even more after it revealed itself . Contrastingly , the walls and shelves were all filled with CANDY and TOYS ! And then the FROZEN TREATS going further in ! This store had EVERYTHING A LITTLE KID WOULD LOVE . And if you're not a kid , it will surely make you feel like one ! Being so , it can be said that this is a good spot for parents to take their kids occasionally so that they may "rejoice ... while [they] are young" and "be glad in the days of [their] youth" , but not "too much" haha ! ;) -- Ecclesiastes 11:9 ; Pr 25:27

Awesome first visit. Great customer service and the ice cream is delicious.

4 stars because my nephew absolutely loved looking around and enjoyed his vanilla ice cream that was pretty colorful. Also it brought me back to my childhood, lots of old school candy, and quirky decorations. I thought the ice cream was a little expensive, definitely look at the prices before you order. No complaints, I was just surprised. In addition to ice cream they serve food, snacks, and boba tea. Such a great addition to the downtown area. Make sure you support. Also perfect spot to pick up a gift.

This review is hard to aim cause theirs a variety in this candy store I was not expecting but ooh how much do I love. They have toys and the girls are always nice when I visit. The back has ice cream which really is the thing that keeps me coming back and honestly when you can make it in a variety each time why wouldn't you want to come back. It's super easy to get whist away to nostalgia of childhood in here as well since they have candy of all kinds. It's really my idea of a candy story from NYC but in the south due to the very cute rocking chairs in front. I would absolutely recommend.

If you have a sweet tooth come here! - All types of candy!! (1980 candies - 2000s) - ice cream, milkshakes, cookies, etc! Customer Service is great! If you want to feel like a kid again this is the right ambiance 10/10
