My induction stove stopped working after 2 years. I had a service man come to my house on February 18, 2026. SMEG just ordered the part from Italy on March 5th- 10 working days later!! I have been emailing and calling to speak with a manager at SMEG to no avail. I would never have bought this stove if I knew SMEG’s track record to service an induction stove, and that it would STOP working only after 2 years! The manager is never available to speak with me and I have to be the one to keep calling. Worse customer service ever! Don’t buy this product!

I had a terrible experience. I ordered two water bottles, and when I opened the package, one was dented. I emailed requesting a return and replacement, but I haven't received any response from the company yet. That's okay, I guess I'm just a small customer; they probably don't have time to pay attention to emails from insignificant customers like me, right?

I have never received worse customer service from any high-end brand. I will NEVER, EVER buy a Smeg product again. My $5000+ refrigerator wouldn't make ice and it took 6 weeks of complaints and their repairmen would come and order parts and shrug and never fixed it. Now, a year later, the fridge incessantly beeps and it's been two weeks and no one can tell me how to stop it other than to unplug it. I'm losing my mind.

I am extremely disappointed with SMEG products and their customer service. Over the years, I’ve purchased several items for my kitchen, expecting high quality, but instead, I’ve encountered numerous issues with each one. My kettle lid broke after just a short time, which is incredibly frustrating. It's disheartening to invest in what I believed were premium products, only to find they are malfunctioning and not living up to their reputation. The customer service I've received has been equally frustrating. It seems they are unwilling to address the problems with their products, which only adds to my dissatisfaction. Paying top dollar for what appears to be low-quality plastic is unacceptable. I expected much more from a brand like SMEG, and I can’t recommend their products based on my experience.

Amazing store and selection. The person who works there is very nice. We have several beautiful products that work decently, but please buy for the look, if it breaks just replace it.

Shame on Smeg! The worst company I’ve ever bought from! No response to our customer service requests. No answer to our dozens of phone calls and messages. No response to our urgent emails about our large appliance bolt breaking off, hitting me in the head and causing me to black out. We’ve had caution tape around our fridge for about a month now trying to reach Smeg USA for a replacement part and have heard absolutely NOTHING but automated responses! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! Shame on SMEG!

I did not buy my toaster(s) directly from SMEG USA. The first one I bought in Bloomingdales. The most expensive toaster I have ever bought. It failed after 13 months. Just outside the warranty. SMEG USA reluctantly replaced it. The replacement failed (same problem - lever won't stay down so bread won't toast) after 23 months. Do not waste your money on these stylish, but completely unreliable toasters. A real lesson in form v. function. Great on the style, but failing miserably on the function - or at least the expected longevity part of the function.

Purchased the SMEG coffee pot, along with the toaster & kettle. I love the look, the assortment of colours as well, quite trendy and makes good coffee. But, the design sucks of the coffee pot…pouring water into the reservoir from the actual pot is terrible, one cannot empty the water entirely.
