I am extremely disappointed with SMEG products and their customer service. Over the years, I’ve purchased several items for my kitchen, expecting high quality, but instead, I’ve encountered numerous issues with each one. My kettle lid broke after just a short time, which is incredibly frustrating. It's disheartening to invest in what I believed were premium products, only to find they are malfunctioning and not living up to their reputation.
The customer service I've received has been equally frustrating. It seems they are unwilling to address the problems with their products, which only adds to my dissatisfaction. Paying top dollar for what appears to be low-quality plastic is unacceptable. I expected much more from a brand like SMEG, and I can’t recommend their products based on my experience.
