Google
I had the fried chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce, and it was delicious for a fried food spot. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the Buffalo sauce added a perfect tangy heat. It reminded me of a classic bar-type place—simple, hearty food with a cozy vibe. What really stood out was the quick service and their unique touch of offering free moonshine samples to try. That unexpected detail made the experience even more memorable. Combined with the great flavor, fast service, and nostalgic bar-like atmosphere, it’s an easy 5-star rating from me.

Google
This place is wonderful! The Moonshine experience is awesome pretty unique you basically try every single flavor of Moonshine for free, my Favorite was the coffee Moonshine, and the Bloody Mary ! The food is pretty good I ordered the Smothered Pork Tenderloin Plate, and it was delicious from the mashed potatoes to the fried okra! The staff are amazing too very nice and friendly! The only thing that they need is a bigger selection of Beer ! If you happen to be in Branson you must stop here!!

Google
Great little place to eat. Has a Speak-easy vibe. Food was excellent. Also had onion rings and mozzarella sticks that were great.

Arkansas M.

Google
We are here for lunch and the food was spot on. Fries and tenders were hot and crispy. We got our food fairly quick. If your looking for a bite to eat that's not crazy crowds this is a good pic.

Kristin M.

Google
The food is just as good as the moonshine! We love the Hawaiian burger, the fries, and the funnel fries. The moonshine samples are great and we love being able to taste all of the flavors. The new watermelon moonshine is so much better than others.

Google
Gino, the bartender, did an amazing job mixing up a couple of cocktails for us. We had the best time this weekend with the crew behind the bars. It really kicked off our Branson experience. We were to come back Saturday for karaoke, but we got caught up. 😔 I forgot the moonshine bartenders name, but he was wearing a black cowboy hat and came back with a white/cream hat. He was hilarious. I had a Bob Ross drink, which is very sneaky and delicious. My boyfriend had a bloody mary. He really loved it. He purchased the bloody mary mix, of course. We also had a Carmel apple shot, YUM!!! We loved coming here, but now I feel like the guys made it 100x better.

Ginger B.

Google
The main draw is obviously the drinks. They're good. Food selection was a surprise as they do have some healthy options such as wraps(price does not include side) and salads. Great staff!

Chief K.

Google
I eat at the restaurant inside here. Delicious food every time, I eat here all the time for lunch since I work at the outlet. Never had a problem once with my order. I really recommend their bone in wings with their honey badger sauce! Super yummy! The staff is super sweet and great to talk to as well!

Yelp
Branson Landing location offering free samples at the bar and buy 3 get 1 free bottles at the time of this review. I recommended walking up to the bar and tasting the entire menu. The only downside is they were not offering a menu or place to mark and rate your favorites, like at the winery. Plenty of other gifts and gadgets in the gift shop. Food located next door. Park in the parking garage and mosey down the Branson landing while you're in town.

Yelp
We usually love this place and it's the first place we come, and we usually visit several times when we come. It's off season, late October on a cool Monday afternoon. Upon entering the floor was terribly sticky. It was sticky all over the restaurant along with sticky tables. The drink that we come for is the salted caramel moonshine shake. After years of visiting and many shakes, this was such a disappointment. The drink was extra light on moonshine and extra heavy on whipped cream. The size was much smaller. We learned later that the bartender was new. The onion rings were hot and tasty!
google avatar

Tom S.

Yelp
Moonshine is good. Ole Smokey has more alcohol per jar and is cheaper. Food is cheap and so so. If your on a budget and want a buzz, this is the place to go on the landing. You can take 4 jars of shine back to the hotel and have a shine party

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Such a fun place to go as a group. The moonshine tasting was great! There were so many product options in store and they were reasonably priced. The employees were a lot of fun and helpful. The bar side had delicious drinks and food. I hope to go again some day.
google avatar

Rick B.

Yelp
Great moonshine flights; several interesting and tasty flavors! We bought the Sweet Tea, but I also enjoyed several others. Service was super-friendly and we learned a lot! Highly recommended!!

Yelp
Food only review We came here for dinner and though the place is nice and the workers were all very kind, the food was just meh. If you are gluten free this place is definitely not going to deliver much options though they did wonderfully work with me where I settled on a bun less Rueben (aka meat and cheese) and a side salad reminiscent of high school cafeteria salad. My daughter ordered a medium burger which definitely came well done plus. We were offered soda refills as we walked around for the day which was nice but we probably wouldn't stop by again for the food.
google avatar

Jeffrey M.

Yelp
Great stop for fun the moonshine is good and the bartender was entertaining. It reminds me of Smokey Mountain moonshine I think it's the same company
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
First time here. Searched up burger places near us and another place came up but there was no parking so this was next on the map. They got our order wrong. They switched the cheese on our burgers. The kids meal is a joke. They call it a mini burger and it's a slider for $8. The adult burgers were small for $12 and no sides or drinks included with that. Wouldn't return.
google avatar

Jolene M.

Yelp
We went for a moonshine tasting and wound up eating dinner here later as everything was packed. Tasting was amazing. 13 flavors. The bartender was full of personality. For dinner I had the chicken sandwich. It was juice and flavored well. Loved their fries. Like chip waffle fries. I also had an order of mozzarella sticks that had no mozzarella inside and they were quick to fix. Great spot for a quick bite while visiting the Landing.
google avatar

Valerie C.

Yelp
Delicious burgers, fast casual service. Lots of great options on the menu for classic or special burgers. You order at the counter and then pick up your food at the window. I really enjoyed my burger. This is a great lunch stop if you're at The Landing!
google avatar

William J.

Yelp
Do the tasting, pass on the burgers. The burgers aren't bad, they are just that, burgers. The true star here is the bartender and the booze.
google avatar

Cara L.

Yelp
What a great vibe!! Tons of merch to look through! We started with the tasting (free). Honest- we tried every single flavor. Def had some favs but gave them all a try. Personal favs- cake batter, coffee, chocolate silk and sweet tea. Bartender had a huge personably and there's a way to tip via venmo. We went to the other side of the bar to order food. Kids got chicken fingers baskets - came with chicken fingers, generous portion of fries and Texas toast. Husband ordered a Ruben and it was incredible! I'm surprised he shared- it was THAT good! We parked at bass pro and walked a little bit into the shopping area. Next time we go to the landing, we will def return. Also- moonshine is buy 3 get one! Had to stock up! ;)
google avatar

Yelp
Free moonshine samples no limit. I sampled them all including a vodka Bloody Mary very delicious and pure white lightening moonshine, that one had a kick The other flavors were smooth. Let me see if I can remember apple pie, coffee, chocolate, lemonade, strawberry shortcake, butter cake It was delicious in fact so delicious I bough a 1 quart mason jar full. They also had werthers original flavored, and quite a few more. They also have a restaurant with fresh handmade patty's, wraps and etc. great prices
google avatar

Heidi S.

Yelp
The Mistress of Moonshine is on it! I hope you come in when Jen is working...hilarious & professional with the right amount of social flare! Now I've tried modern moonshine! Glad the tastes are thimble size! Whew!
google avatar

Manda K.

Yelp
Coffee Moonshine is all I have to say. I bought this as a gift for someone who now it turned on and just loves it. I was unable to test it but those in my party did and they also bought their own. I have to say I loved the bartender, his knowledge of the product was outstanding.
google avatar

Kristin A.

Yelp
Came here because we were visiting from CA and wanted to try some moonshine. So glad we stopped in! Free moonshine tastings and it was happy hour at the bar. After we did our tasting, complete with some mixing of a few, we walked over to the bar for a cocktail and onion rings. The happy hour recommendation we were given was to get the $4 Cherry Bomb that is made with their 100% moonshine. So glad we went with that recommendation as it was amazing... so amazing that we ordered another before happy hour was over. We then made our selections and walked out with 4 bottles of moonshine! Can't wait to mix our own drinks with these!
google avatar

Erick N.

Yelp
Great associates. You can tell they like their job. They give out 13 free tastings of all of their shine. Only issue I had is I thought the price for a bottle was pretty steep being at $30. Great stuff otherwise.
google avatar

Raymond J.

Yelp
Taste great but too expensive. $30 a jar is too much. They have great flavor combinations. They have a great price on shot glasses. Have a good selection of sauces, jam, rubs, tshirts etc. the gentleman hosting the sampling was pretty entertaining. The restaurant has shutdown. Sad to see I'm after COVID what these places have had to endure. Maybe that's why the moonshine is so expensive to survive. Other than that I hope these guys make it and bring the price down a bit

Yelp
What a fabulous time. Cold February afternoon. Girls trip bought us. Cold, icy roads, and off season kept everyone away. We were able to walk in and given the royal treatment by the young man helping us. He was cheery and had a great sense of humor and the patience of a saint. I got to taste every single flavor they had. 14 if you count the bloody mary, which I did. The moonshine warmed me from my head to my toes. I was surprised on how smooth the coffee flavor was. I haven't been to one in the past that I can remember that had so many options. I am just overly pleased that we lucked out and had so much attention from the staff. I really appreciate them letting us try and enjoy the moonshine. if we had not just eaten we would have been trying out their food as well. The deal was get 3 get a 4th jar free. That averaged to about $25 a jar when you do it that way. They have a long shelf life so I am excited and set on moonshine.
google avatar

Billy M.

Yelp
We went there for lunch today. She had a Swiss mushroom hamburger which she said was delicious along with the onion rings. I had the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich, which was mediocre. Afterwards, we did the free moonshine sampling, which was a lot of fun and worth going there. Overall, I gave it a four out of five because the sandwich could've been a lot better. The sandwich was more fried breading than it was chicken.
google avatar

Stephen R.

Yelp
What a fun place! Did the FREE moonshine tatting and it did not disappoint! The lady behind the counter had knowledge about the difrent flavors but also had great recommendations for mixing! Let's just say that smith creek has become a top choice for me in my moonshine options! 10/10 would recommend!

Tiffany S.

Yelp
Burgers are fantastic!! Sides cost extra, but not a big deal. Fried pickles were good. The ranch is top notch!! The gal that took our order was kind and knowledgeable. The environment is clean and rustic. 10/10
google avatar

Brittany T.

Yelp
Bring your ID and enjoy sample flights of their delicious moonshine! They have so many delicious flavors and make the sampling a fun event with people lined up and the bartender there for hype. If moonshine isn't you're thing they also have fun candles and other spirits such as Vodka. Their moonshine is very smooth and sweet. It would be easy to drink a whole Mason jar and not realize you're getting tanked in the process. Definitely a fun stop to make if you enjoy alcohol tasting or want a fun and unique gift for someone special.
google avatar

Katy S.

Yelp
Good food at a good price. Perfect on a hot day when we were in desperate need of a cold drink and AC.

Anna N.

Yelp
We went for the moonshine tasting and were not disappointed. Thirteen different flavors to try, all free. Great Customer Service. Funny professional, and fun.
google avatar

Jeni S.

Yelp
The Landing was deserted at 11 o'clock this morning and I saw the huge sign from a distance..."FREE MOONSHINE TASTINGS 13 FLAVORS!" I thought, "Surely it's too early for that. So, I walked in and exclaimed, "Are we really having drinks at 10:30 in the morning?" Then I look at my phone...11:10. LOL. A young woman calls from the bar, "It's never too early here." Enter Jules. She was wonderful from start to finish and had awesome jokes. We went through the top five; I was trying to be conservative. ‍ Everything was delicious and I bought #2 (coffee) and a t-shirt and a pour lid. Only later did I realize that they have a restaurant. Perhaps next trip. #firstofthedaysix, Jules!
google avatar

Derek C.

Yelp
Fairly typical moonshine tasting place with various flavored/colored hooch and T-shirts and candles. It's OK but nothing unique about it. If you've been to one anywhere, you've seen this one as well. Did not appear to have any type of COVID mitigation. Employees not wearing masks, not even plexiglas at the tasting bar.
google avatar

Aubrey S.

Yelp
Did the free tasting with Jess as the bartender. Moonshine was super yummy. She said it was equivalent to 4 shots and I DEFINITELY felt it. So keep that in mind. I also ordered the Gouda Mac and Cheese fried bites that were delicious. Sometimes I feel like fried Mac bites are dry, but these were not and had super good flavor! Highly recommend visiting. Just be prepared for a buzz.
google avatar

Lauren R.

Yelp
Wonderful place with great atmosphere. Music today was great. And the food SO YUMMY! We would of loved to try the moonshine but the tasting area was busy and we were on a schedule. Would so love to go again and sample.
google avatar

Joel J.

Yelp
Friendly and fun staff. I have dropped in a few times. Always had a greT time. The drinks are dirt cheap and awesome. Hey, you can't beat free drinks.
google avatar

Jarriche E.

Yelp
The gang at Smith Creek are at the top of their game in quality, quantity and professionalism! The best flavored food and drink in ANY county! Always friendly always exquisite!
google avatar

Daniel Z.

Yelp
Always love a moonshine distillery when visiting other places. This place didn't disappoint. Free tastings on about 10 shines and a vodka. We tried about 5. Loooovvvved the coffee shine but truly all of them were good and tasted just like what they said they were flavored to be. Gentlemen who served the tastings was very friendly and helpful. We even got a free shot glass for YELP check in (nice shot glass). We each tried a cocktail made with shine, mine was mixed with cranberry and was very good. Very neat place and very good shine.
google avatar

Shelby B.

Yelp
Enjoyed stopping in and tasting their moonshine. When you stop by their bar, they offer 13 samples! My favorite flavor by far was the Butter Cake, sooo good. Check in while your there and you get a free shot glass with purchase.
google avatar

Dale R.

Yelp
Amazing customer service. The tasting at their bar was very good. Lots of different combinations to change the flavor profile as well. They had me try their Butter Cake moonshine, which I never would have done without their suggestion. It was surprisingly very good. Turns out if you mix 50/50 Butter Cake and Root beer, it tastes just like a root beer float! Needless to say, we went home with a couple bottles of a moonshine I never would have even tried if it wasn't for their tasting.
google avatar

Marisa K.

Yelp
This place was so FUN!!! Restaurant, shop, and tasting station. We were able to try samples of a bunch of delicious moonshines before we purchased. It was buy 3, get one free. Our favorites were lime, peach, salted caramel, and apple pie. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Who knew you could make different concoctions from one flavor! We definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area and enjoy a little moonshine.
google avatar

Keith M.

Yelp
They have very smooth moonshine I got 2 jars to come back not sure it was worth 60 bucks for 2 but it was good
google avatar

Mallory O.

Yelp
This place is such a fun experience!! I was hesitant because I'm not big into moonshine, but I'm so glad we stopped!! If you're over 21, they have a sampling session multiple times a day (10+ flavors). They give you a little shot glass and walk thru and tell you about each flavor and let you try them all if you'd like. Strawberry shortcake, apple pie, and their blood Mary mix were WONDERFUL!! Stop by and give this place a shot, you won't regret it. Also, the presenters are extremely informative and have great sense of humors.
google avatar

Kai B.

Yelp
We walked in on a moonshine tasting, I've walked in on worse things. "Hop on and don't fall off.", said Brent (our moonshine tasting guide), he doesn't stop. What a treat! We liked about 11 our of the 14 moonshines. -Beginning with Sweet Tea, your introduction to the south through Missouri. -the middle, Red and Green Apples which makes the Apple Pie "BStraight sweet corn mash and moon dust make fifty proof 14 flavors of Ending on straight shine, smooth and corny (like Brent's jokes) lol If you like to drink, it's good...and if you don't like to drink, it's also pretty good. To eat, we got burgers for dinner: Avocado+Spicy Mayo and Bacon, Jalapeño and cheddar so yummy with caramelized onions and our fries, aka side winders were piping hot. Such a great compliment to a moonshine marg. Each staff member was a ray of shine ;) Four jars and a shot glass out the door, we were happy we stopped where the shine is.
google avatar

Rachel W.

Yelp
One of our favorite stops on our girls weekend! I'll be by every time I'm in town. Kim is the best! She helped us during our tasting!
google avatar

Marionasie 1.

Yelp
So one day, my parents went to the free tasting. They thought that the moonshine was great, and the bartender was very informative and she did a really great job. Some great ones they had strawberry shortcake, butter cake, peach, and more. We wanted to go eat the burgers that they had, but I guessed the restaurant closed at 7:00. It was like 7:19 and I was surprised that a restaurant would close at 7:00 in the Branson landing. So then we decided to come the next day after for the burgers. When we came the following day for the burgers and omg no air conditioning. It was 95 degrees that day and we were sitting in stale hot air. But On the plus side, the burgers were amazing. The only bad thing about our meal was that I only got 5 onion rings and 5 fires per meal. And for the price, 4 burgers and 4 drinks with sides for $65. Kinda expensive. But The band preforming was also really good. So overall, really good. They just need air conditioning.

Yelp
This was a last minute find. In the middle of a Tanger outlet mall, nonetheless. You walk in and get the full immersion experience with the tester pourer. I was totally digging the people playing the part of the hillbilly. Little did I know that our server had a Jax FL connection as a tattoo artist by Mayport. We'll greeted by the staff you are brought in to the fold of a large bar. Do not miss trying the Salted Caramel! It's kind of like butterscotch but better. Smooth as a bald man's head after a fresh shave. Missouri law requires you to have your ID on the bar while tasting. It was an entirely free tasting and funny as heck because my buddy reels you in to his story. Additionally, you can have a taste of the spicy Bloody Mary made with Habanero peppers. OMG this will set your mouth on fire more than kissing your favorite imaginary high school crush on prom night! Don't forget to check in. You get a free shot glass! Must go! Don't be distracted by the outlets.

Yelp
Sat night before Memorial Day, so before busy season for them. Very few patrons inside. Staff all very friendly. Prices were very fair. 9.50 for a burger and 1.50 gets u a small amount of fries and a drink. I had mushroom and Swiss. Burger was a 6 out of 10. Very simple with a good bun, but light on flavor. Decor inside is very cool. Moonshiner and 50s mobster style. Moonshine tasting bar was fun, few jokes and free samples of all their flavors.

Shannon A.

Yelp
So much fun! Great mixologist. It wasn't busy so we weren't rushed and ended up buying several flavors because we couldn't decide which was our favorite.
google avatar

P P.

Yelp
If you've recently graduated college you probably have the skills needed for the tasting bar. Extra points if you were in a fraternity

Yelp
Smith Creek Moonshine made it to my "must do" list due to their gorgeous outdoor photography. Surprised me to find out that they're located in a commercial area with no outdoor area at all. It was still a cute visit. The moonshine tasting was fun and they have lots of fantastic flavors while the restaurant burgers were just so-so. They offer lots of sweet, dessert-like bar drinks perfect for warmer temperatures too. PROS: -Free tastings. The guy giving the tastings was super knowledgeable, and he asks for your list of interests "up front" to ensure he's giving you their selections in the right order to ensure it tastes as good as possible. He also gave us a couple other recommendations to try as well. Very friendly guy. -Despite a lot of their marketing on their website, Smith Creek Moonshine is actually located right in the middle of the "Branson Landing" - which is basically a giant, 4-block pedestrian area full of shops and stores. Lots of chain stores but lots of non-chain stores too. This makes parking much more of a pain, but it also means you can visit a lot of stores at once. -Their moonshines are definitely less of the "hard liquor" and more of the "palatable liquor". The taste descriptors are pretty accurate, and most of the flavors taste decently sweet with less of the "burning" you'd expect. -Very friendly staff. The restaurant was dead, so we had more attention than usual, but the bartender was really nice, was happy to explain to me how to make the drink I ordered for at-home drinking with their moonshine, and was all-around pretty awesome. -Interior is pretty cute. Lots of hardwood, industrial-type furniture, and even some "swinging cowboy doors" that lead into the restroom hallway. (Gender neutral bathrooms, by the way!) CONS: -Food menu is a little limited. It's basically just a "burgers and fries" type of joint if you're here for the food. -Burger quality and fries are pretty standard. Not bad - but not great. Getting some of their gourmet or stuffed burgers will probably add a lot to the excitement level. I'm not sure the beef can "stand alone" taste-wise. -Seating is pretty limited on the restaurant side. I could see them running out of spots relatively easily. -Their alcohol selection is definitely on the expensive side - especially when some of the drinks only have an ounce or two of alcohol in them. Definitely not strong pours here.

Yelp
Even though every other place surrounding had two hour waits they got everybody in and out with amazing food quick as could be. Great people and great food and moonshine.
google avatar

Kali G.

Yelp
We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place even though it was considered their "off season." My husband and I each got a burger, and they have interesting selections. But, my husband's burger wasn't done and for the price, I felt kinda jipped on the amount of fries we got. I got the Granny Apple something (I forgot the name) drink with the Apple pie shine in it and it was great! BUT you get to sample all of the different moonshine they have there (13!) and the bartender was super friendly and upbeat. We ended up buying the coffee, sweet tea, butter cake and salted caramel shine. It was hard to choose because all 13 tasted delicious!
google avatar

Kurt R.

Yelp
Went here with the family so I could get my 'shine on. Things to know: It is part retail store and part restaurant. You order all food at the bar. FREE MOONSHINE TASTING Well decorated, definitely sticks to its theme. We had a party of 12 that went in around noon on a Sunday. Quickly seated with no fuss. After placing our order I went to do the moonshine tasting. The tasting is served with a side of comedy. Moonshine and a comedian are the new peanut butter and jelly. I ended up getting a jar of Butter Cake to make my own root beer floats with. Worth it. Food was good. Nothing came across as an OMG I have to have this again, but it was all good and cooked as ordered. Total experience was great. All of the staff were nice and friendly. Would go again.
google avatar

Kristi N.

Yelp
This is a fun little stop at the Branson landing. Many flavors of Moonshine that you may taste until you drop. We also had a light, tasty lunch at the cafe. The bottle prices are discounted as you buy more. This was like dessert!
