This is a drop and hook, very organized. You come in through the main entrance, see pictures, blue X. They will ask you for a washout receipt at the guard shack when you come in. Once done, you drive in and take the first right-hand turn. On the left-hand side, you will see shipping and receiving. Walk in there, well marked, with your pick-up number. Then go around the building, there will be a fork in the road. To the left, you drop your empty trailer. To the right, you pick up your preloaded trailer. At check-in, they give you a "loaded trailer card." Fill that out, the gray shaded areas, and after picking up loaded trailer return card to shipping and receiving office. They give you paperwork, and you drive to the front gate. Drive onto the scale by guard shack on your way out. They check your paperwork and give you a scale ticket, and you're done. It's not a bad place to pick up, especially drop and hook. I don't know if they live load. They used to have bobtail overnight parking on property, but that is no more. There's a Loves 3 miles up the road to wait if need be.
