Taco pizza & Smittys burger pizza such a good bar pizza ! Joe was a great bartender/server on a busy Sunday ! Will return often for the potatoe chips, curly fries & pizza !

Smittys is a place that should not be missed, just keep in mind it's basically a bar, and it's kinda small. The day we went we had to park across the street at a closed stores lot. But, if your a bar pizza lover, this is definitely one of the places you have to go. The pizza here is excellent, French fries are very good as well. Service was great. Will definitely be back for more pizza in the future.

Heard so much about Smittys, finally tried and lovedvit, will definitely go back, a picture of the pepperoni here, which we had taken 2 slices already. Delicious

Ordered 15 pizzas for a birthday party. Pizzas were ready for pick up 30 minutes after opening, which was much quicker than I was expecting. The pizzas were all perfectly cooked, which blew me away. I was expecting the pizzas to be a little "off" since I ordered so many and was told they'd be done so soon, but all 15 of them were top notch. Might be the new favorite "South Shore Bar Pizza".

Trish took care of me and she is awesome...!!! I told her what I wanted, green pepper crispy and laced, she told me that is the way it will be done without asking, it was perfect 👌...!!! As it always is ...!!! Smitty's is one of my favorite places to go for SSBP ...!!!

This was a great find. After living here all my life I moved out of state 3 years ago. I returned for a brief visit and craved a bar pizza. I found Smitty’s and it was the best! The bar was absolutely amazing. The history was a sight to see.

Another great and local food establishment I can’t believe I have been missing out on. Their chicken wings are so delicious and I am addicted to their sweet teriyaki wings and their pizza is so delicious too. Simply perfect as it has the right amount of toppings and isn’t too cheesy just how I like it. I will definitely be going back again for more of their delicious food.

Years and years ago I worked in an establishment that defined "pub pizza". We were known all across the south shore as the best pizza bar none. Well, that establishment went by the wayside but the concept of bar pizza has apparently taken on a new meaning. Found Smitty's and finally a place that does justice to equal my efforts from decades ago. If you enjoy great bar pizza you absolutely must go to Smitty's. It's the closest thing I have had to "my perfection" from years ago that I can find. My fav used to be Amvet's pizza in Randolph but Smitty's is a great option! For you old timers, I used to work at the Bell Buoy in Scituate Harbor. No one else even sold pizza back then...

Great draft beer prices and the best "bar pizza" in the area! Small in size but they do a huge carry-out business and the service is good. Friendly group of regulars.

Smitty's is easily one of the best bar pizza joints around. Everyone we've brought here loves it! It's a no-frills kind of place and that's what makes it so inviting and unassuming. The wood paneling, the bar, the keno, the vibe is just homey local goodness. Our favorite pizzas are the pastrami& pickle, the burger pizza, and the chicken Mozambique. But really, they're all amazing and you can't go wrong especially with the specials! We always ask for them well-done and with laced edges. The seasoned curly fries are a classic add-on as well. Don't expect to be able to order pickup on busy nights- they shut the phones off early!

So this is one of our regular haunts. We got the pastrami and pickles add jalapeños as per recommendation from staff. Woo hoo delicious Get a side of curly fries and call it a day. Their gold fever wings are next level

Look at that crust! I know crust like that, I love crust like that. Private parking lot, small place with wood paneling. Love the vibe here- not trying to impress anyone just doing what they do. What do they do? Push out good smelling food and simple beers. The smell in here had my expectations set high. We did 6 wings (garlic parm.) and 2pies. One linguica and one bacon. The wings: meaty! YES! Decent blue cheese. Very flavorful. The wings were a solid 4 Pizza: I know poeple love this place but hoenstly for me it was missing something. Something about the sauce I beleive. It was bland. It needed a kick of garlic or sweet. It fell short. But heck the crispy crust is dope! Most interesting thing about this place was the ladies room: It's an old room they shoved make shift stalls into which allowed for a cramped space and logistically it's hysterical.

Love this place! The food is always delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

True Score: 4.25 Stars Got to love Smitty's. Great dive bar atmosphere with surprisingly good food. The place is dark and crowd is loud, but you'll always meet some nice people and have a good time. The bartenders are friendly. Smitty's specialized in bar pies and wings. The wings are better than the bar pies. Their garlic buffalo wings are great, they klnow how to cook the wings properly too. The bar pies are pretty good, probably in the top 15 of master list of SSBP mainstays. TIP: Order the Fried chicken and bacon bar pie, laced edge, well done. This one is contender with the big boys of SSBP's. Cold beer, wings, bar pies, decent prices, and cool atmosphere. You can't lose with Smitty's. Thanks

This place is a gem. It was crowded but friendly. I took home their bar style pizza and must do it again - YUM. The flavors and that crust. MUAH! Chef's kiss.

Being someone who worked in the food and beverage industry 14 years, I've got to say they make one of the best buffalo chicken pizza's I've ever had working bars as a mixologist everywhere from Killington,VT to Downtown Providence, RI. In that same breath I've never seen a business that's so unreachable during listed business hours. It's very disappointing. This has always been a neighborhood bar. Quite frankly as a neighbor, it's not so neighborly anymore. Instead of answering and hanging up the phone, maybe say "Thanks for calling Smittys, unfortunately our kitchens closed", or relay the current parameters to order food there.

Chicken wings and Mozambique pizza was very good. Drinks hit the spot with the food. Service was great.

Hands down the best pizza in this area. We get so excited we usually forget to take pics lol- but next time we are in will post pics for sure. Pizza is bar pizza to perfection- and you HAVE to get their home made potato chips. Kids love the fresh chicken tenders. Eat in or take out- but if you eat in the bartenders are awesome :)

Everything was great the beer was ice cold . We will be back . Prices are really good.

Smitty's was recommended to me by a friend. He knows that I'm a fan of pizza and wanting to try their bar pizza. My first was at a restaurant in Wareham. I remember that day, chourice and onion. Was good, should have ordered two. So last week I tried Smitty's; a sausage and mushroom to eat at the bar. It was absolutely exceptional. Chunks of mildly spicy sausage, plenty of shrooms, enough cheese and sauce. I was disappointed to see it get down to the last piece. So I got a chicken Mozambique pie for the road: chicken, peppers and a flavorful sauce. This is a totally different type of awesomeness is how I must describe this pizza. Smitty's is an all around Boston sports bar where I would have no issues bringing a friend. Great beer selection, more than pizza on the menu. Friendly and efficient staff! The place was spotless, no raunchy odors. Clean tables that are neatly spaced out...I sat at the bar. I took the ride to Smitty's and will again; and so should you. If he's there say hey to Steve the gentleman tending the bar. Peace out with pizza!

The Yelp reviews gave me high expections about their pizza. So i ordered the cheese pizza to best evaluate the cheese, sauce and dough taste and ratio. I was blown away. Delicious. It's a small place and can get packed. But i was lucky and got a seat at the bar and was introduced to the owner, Brittany and the bar tender Joe by a friendly patron (Justin) as we watched the Patriots crash and burn for their season opener. At least the pizza was delicious and the beer frosty cold.

Pizza is great but they don't answer their phone...kept trying to call to no avail so I decided to go there and sit at the bar and order my Togo pizza while enjoying a beer or maybe 2...was told they wouldn't let me order Togo and that I had to eat it there because they were running out of ingredients and wanted to save them for customers eating there...ok...so you want to save the ingredients for customers that eat in the restaurant and who will also be buying alcoholic beverages... understood...however I was going to be buying at least 2 alcoholic beverages while I waited????...so I left empty handed without them getting my money for pizzas and beers...i guess they're doing so well they don't care...well since that Sunday night 2 weeks ago I tried twice since and no answer...so no I would not recommend a place that doesn't answer their phone and at least say "sorry we're out of ingredients" rather than have someone drive there and told "we don't want your money unless you eat inside the establishment"

Hands down, no contest: Best pizza in town. Perfect South Shore Bar Pizza...if you like your pizza to be a 10 inch pizza with crispy cracker crust with toppings to the edge and laced, this is place for you. Wings/Tenders are amazing. Beer is cold. Service is off the charts--the Staff is friendly and they hustle like no other establishment around town. Yes, it gets loud and is often crowded, but it should be--it's because everyone in town knows to go there because it's great! It's what a small "dive bar" should be. 5/5

Damn that's some good pizza. Place is clean and has a bar as well as tables. Seems like a popular place and I get why. It's a comfortable atmosphere and the pizza is really good! Personal size, thin crust, pan -cooked style.

Had a party to goto, decided to bring South Shore bar pizza...Called Smitty's for 5 pizzas. First time going here. Got there early, bartender was super friendly to a new face. Pizzas came out in the time they said. Awesome bar pizza. I loved the "laced/burnt" edge (whatever you like to call it); and Smitty's nailed it. Can't wait to go again (I live an hour away). And oh, everyone at the party loved the pizza as well, thanks Smitty for turning me into a hero (ha!).

Smitty's has some of the best SSBP (South Shore Bar Pizza) around...by far! I used to go to Smitty's long before they introduced pizza but I believe that the owner saw the opportunity and not only jumped into the market, but straight up stole it. Cheap Beers, great wings (better than Wendells if you ask me) and DAF pizza. Just go and try the pastrami and pickle...you're welcome.

I came in on a dreary evening after a long day. The burger with BBQ and onions was *really* good and so were the hand cut fries. With 2 pints of beer total was about 24 dollars and I made heavy use of their Comcast xfinity WiFi and played some songs on the touch juke box.

Great place, you won't be disappointed! Wings are bigger and better than any of the chains - This place has a clean, chill, safe and relaxing feel. It's the quintessential New England townee/local bar but with great food, friendly customers and a knowledgeable and attentive bartender. It nice to know places like this still exist. Definitely a gem!

The pizza is fantastic. Yes, it's a small neighborhood bar. Yea it's bar pizza. If you want gourmet go someplace else. We tried the cheese and the chicken Mozambique pizza. Both had great crisp and fantastic crust. This pizza is way better than town spa. Who wants to go to a spa for pizza anyway? I'm not getting a facial. I'm getting bar pizza.

Their pizza is out of this world but they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. It's impossible to ever place an order. They close super early for a pizza place and if you don't call at like 4:00, you're out of luck. It's too bad because it's really the best pizza around.

The bar looks like a fun place to hang out but i read reviews and looked at all the food online and was excited to try it. Well when i got in there, there were only two tables and a bar. The two tables were very close and there were already people at one table so we just sat at the bar. When we asked for menus they said its all written on a chalkboard on the wall... Well there are menus online and a picture with many tables but I was fooled when I walked in there. We just went somewhere else for dinner.

Clean and friendly place. Really good food & service too. Weekly food specials are always delicious. Price is right and they feed you good. It's a local neighborhood sports pub with a friendly local feel. One of my favs is the Smoked out burger. Wings and pizza are phenomenal too.. Also offer breakfast all day.

I f'ing love this place!!! The bartenders are awesome and the food is simply great pub grub! Breakfast all day?!? Yes please! Best wings (mild bone-in or boneless) and comparable to Wendell's (if you know Wendell's, you have to try Smitty's)! I eat the wings and hand cut chips once a week. I do breakfast with the homemade hash every other week. Other goodies are the O-rings with the boom boom sauce and the homemade mozzarella sticks! Sweet clean atmosphere! See Nicole, liz, Byron, Josh or Chris at the bar. Great personalities! I did not know any of them before going here and happy I do now! Thanks for being awesome!!!

Best buffalo wings in the city. Their buffalo solider is my favorite sandwich. Soooo good. You can not beat their beer prices. It's family owned which makes it 100x better. They keep it so clean, which is most important to me as a customer. Sports always on tv, the best little gem of the city.

Less a sports pub than a neighborhood bar, it is, nonetheless, a welcome addition. Clean as hell...doesn't even SMELL like a neighborhood bar. Food is simple bar fare: burgers, wings, simple salads, with one big exception: THEY SERVE BREAKFAST ALL DAY!!!! Heavenly!! I was torn between breakfast and a sandwich but the sandwich won out. I had a BLT, my guy had a hangover burger. Both were excellent. And the hand-cut fries were delicious. That's a biggie with me: can't stand places that use frozen fries. Liz is the bartender/waitress. She couldn't possibly be more friendly and attentive without being pushy. Nice to find a place so close to go to!!!

Glad to see Smittys is back to Dinner Specials again. Love the meatloaf and shepherds pie especially. Prices are great!

Came here with my kids and family for breakfast and it was horrible. Not really kid friendly. More of a dive bar then a sports pub. They offer all day breakfast but were all out of shreds, and I was told that the cook on Wednesday mornings no longer makes home fries (why is Wednesday different then any other day) so we had no option for a breakfast side other then meat, the menu says pancakes, waffles, and french toast but they don't even offer waffles ?? And the pancakes I did get you couldn't even cut with a butter knife.. My husband got a burger and wasn't happy that the ONLY cooking option was WELL DONE. They DON'T cook them any other way per management. ((I've never heard such a thing) One thing I can say is the bartender was very attentive but that could be because the place was dead and we were the only customers.

Best fish n chips on Fridays in the area. The buffalo wings and French fries are awesome

Smitty's is one of my favorite places to go there's lots of seating. The bar has sports cards in the counter. There's super friendly staff. There food is amazing there burgers and specials taste great along with their hand cut fries. On Fridays there's karaoke u can also request a song to listen to. If u want to watch a different channel they usually will. It's all around a great place hope you try it.

They have the best food here! Breakfast and lunch! Great for a hangover and great for just meals in general. Their service is good and it's a friendly atmosphere. They got some great drinks too :) I would recommend them any day of the week
