Loved the cozy atmosphere and the creativity in the menu, it definitely stood out and made us want to try everything.

Staff is friendly and caring! The menu is phenomenal with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Overall a top stop to visit in its early days! As they grow i know this place will be so much better!

Laurie and Jonathan have knocked it out of the park once again. Absolutely the best beer in the neighborhood. Stop in and have a bite to eat and and drink a couple of pints at the Heights. Always a friendly atmosphere and you will always get top notch service. These two always put there heart in the business and it shows.

Solid craft brewery and great food. The Manager was serving and was pleasant to chat with. I'll be back soon!

The food is delicious and there is variety for vegan and meat eaters.

Great new spot here in Cal Heights Long Beach

Love this new spot it's better than steel craft in my opinion and happy that's it's still close to Bixby knolls. They have food , wifi , indoors AND outdoors , and there are two humans here who make me feel seen and I appreciate them , will get their names next time but I can confirm I return for vibes. The brew is good too ! I love stouts and they do carry a couple good stouts too ! A definite must visit if your looking to just chill for a bit.

Service was great and the beer tender was friendly and knowledgeable. Todd provided a lot of attention even when it was busy. Just know that the location has a few beers on tap until license gets approved they are offering some beers that are canned. The food is delicious! The buffalo wings, fries, and pretzel is our go to as of right now. We have returned twice and everyone is super friendly and cool. Courtney, Alex, Dina, Todd, and Cello have been a great vibe! The bathroom is clean and real nice.

Their customer service is the best , Mr. Todd and Dina are both excellent human beings ! Food is excellent !!! Ambiance is the best. Definitely will come back again.

Super excited they found a spot close by and it's much better than steelcraft. There's indoor and outdoor seating. It's not huge. But they have a small parking lot and a kitchen. Dina was our server and she was great. Food was also good. I might not need to crave joe jost's pickled eggs anymore. and their fries were kid approved!

I enjoyed both the food and beer from Smog City Heights. Service was quick and friendly. It is a small building, with a few places to sit inside and a little more outside. Great little neighborhood spot. If I lived closer, I'd probably be there once a month.

Beers and bites... yippy! SCH is an incredible venue and vibe. The taproom / kitchen layout is fun plus welcoming amidst a comfortable ambiance and decor. Stellar bar seating with a wonderful array of unique crafted beers and truly something for everyone.. The food menu has all the comforts you'd want and more. Welcome staff and excellent service. I really hope this is the exception & not the rule with their food. It was burnt, & didn't taste good at all. We got it to go, so we didn't see it till we got home.

Can't wait to visit the new location in Long Beach! We adore the Torrance locations- always serving delicious beers and food options from an upbeat smiling crew in a casual beautiful atmosphere! We know it'll be a hit in Long Beach and will update our review once we go!! Long Beach is lucky!

Smog City does a great job. I discovered them at Steelcraft in Long Beach, and just now to their new location in Cal Heights. The beer is great. Not good, truly excellent my personal favorite is the Amarilla Gorilla IPA, but even the beers they have in styles that aren't to my particular taste are well-executed. The real story here is the service. Each beer tender I've had the pleasure of ordering from has been as passionate about creating a quality drinking experience for me as they are about the beer they're serving. Great people that I would definitely be friends with outside of the restaurant. I get the feeling that they all probably hang out together and go on adventures and stuff when they aren't working. The atmosphere here is one of fun and lightheartedness, while remaining super professional and customer focussed. The Brussels sprouts are good too.
