Ok, our greeting was not the best start to the dinner since no one acknowledged us for about 5mins. But actually the food and service later redeemed itself. The flavours of the dishes varied a lot and the tasting menu is great value for money. The place is a little farther out but it’s beautiful and well worth visiting. I would definitely come back

Smoix is a true gem in Menorca: elegant, creative, and full of soul. You can tell there’s real passion behind every element, from the ingredients to the plating. The location is stunning, peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short ride from the heart of Ciutadella. Whether you’re celebrating something or just want a memorable night out, Smoix delivers on every level. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely return.

Smoix is an exceptional restaurant located in a beautifully decorated rural hotel. The ambiance is both elegant and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The food was absolutely amazing—creative, delicious, and presented with great attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. This is a lovely restaurant in a beautiful, romantic courtyard setting. We travelled round the island & this was the best restaurant we ate at. We had the 6-course tasting menu. Each course was beautifully curated & unlike another similarly priced Menorcan fine dining restaurant we ate at, we found that at Smoix you have both flavour & form. Also, another important consideration, the dish portions were not chintzy either, as for example, in the case of the dessert course, there were three beautifully presented dishes. The restaurant was also very accommodating in swapping out one dish, for dietary reasons. A wonderful culinary, dining experience in a relaxed setting.

Super nice and secluded place, beautiful garden, amazing food and very friendly staff.

We got the time mixed up and arrived 15 minutes late to our lunch reservation, we called to explain and the staff were very accommodating. From the first mouthful to the last we enjoyed every bite. The wine recommendations given to us by the staff were also en point. One more noteworthy point was that we were two people and the staff asked if we intended to share dishes that we had ordered, when we said that we did, they then brought each dish divided on to two plates and presented beautifully! We were so happy with our meal and hope to visit again next time we are in Menorca - it was a real treat!
