Discovering an authentic Texan barbecue spot in Hong Kong was a delightful surprise, thanks to Restaurant Week! The smoked meats here are exceptional and a must-try. The ox tongue was incredibly tender, the beef brisket burst with rich, beefy flavor with melt-in-your-mouth fat, and the ribs were perfectly fall-off-the-bone. I’m already looking forward to returning for their smoked sausage and the massive smoked beef rib! The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming vibe. My only critique is the ventilation—given the indoor smoker, the smoky smell lingered on us after leaving. Still, the food alone makes this restaurant worth revisiting!

The most tender brisket fells like marshmallows :-) and very tasty. The ribs were equally very good. Authentic BBQ taste. Friendly service. Feels warm in some areas of the restaurant so choose a table with ac. Uphill walk from Queen's road central through LFK. We'll be back to try the other meats on the menu.

This restaurant offers delicious American-style smoked barbecue that truly delivers on bold, smoky flavors. Our favorites included the pork ribs, ox tongue, meatballs, and brisket—each of them was fantastic! All the side dishes were good as well. However, there was one issue: the dark meat chicken was undercooked. When we cut into it, it was still bloody, making it tough and inedible. In my experience, cooking the leg and thigh properly can be a challenge in Hong Kong. On a positive note, the chicken breast was cooked perfectly. The service was very good and friendly as well. We discovered the restaurant had a $300 corkage fee so we brought a really good bottle of wine.

I hadn’t been here in a couple years due to travel and hectic schedule. Did a take-away and have to say, the smoked brisket and beef ribs are on par with anything Ive ever had in Texas. The tender juicy brisket melts in your mouth. Great sauce too on the ribs too. The staff is so nice. I’ll be back

Friendly service. But the food was really not good. Booked for a small celebration night for 2x people. We left with our plates half full, didn’t finish our drinks and didn’t even bother ordering dessert. Feels like a simple basic fast food than a “Texan experience”

Nice (American) barbecue joint in Central, not too busy when we went for dinner on a Tuesday evening so it was a pretty chill atmosphere. We had brisket, pork spare ribs, beef rib and some smoked cauliflower. The brisket was incredible, so soft and full of flavour, (went down great with their green hot sauce). Cauliflower also an immediate favourite, crispy on the outside and perfectly tender in the centre. The pork ribs were kinda hit and miss, with some sections being delicious and other parts quite tough and hard. Beef rib was incredible - massive portion and amazingly cooked. Honestly we were so full we couldn't even finish, but it did make for amazing leftovers for the next day. Nice selection of barbecue and hot sauces, nice vibe, meat is as good as we've had in Houston TX. Would happily come back to try out more of the menu (cornbread I got my eyes on you).

We reserved a table for 7. We were given basically a table for 6 and squeezed one spot at the end for the 7th. Instead of apologizing the response was it was the last table, request for adding a table was denied.. there was ample space to add one as all ‘large tables were made up of small square ones. The place was hot and humid, not sure why, one of the most uncomfortable seatings I’ve experienced. Place was way too noisy for my personal taste. Servers were very polite. Most of the food was quite good but do not deserve the high prices. The salmon Caesar salad was very disappointing, canned salmon was used, I was expecting smoked salmon (maybe I read the menu incorrectly

American style bbq. Good food, drinks were small but strong. Went in on a Thursday evening and it was pretty empty and quiet, ended up getting a little busier as we finished our meal but there was still plenty of space. Music was good but for some reason they never play a full song, just snippets and then on to the next one. Good place to get away from the heat.
