I ordered the brisket tacos and they gave me store-bought tortillas. Which are different than what I usually get in the homemade tortillas. Unless the menu is updated, this is disappointing. 2/26 930 PM

The place is great. But I ordered 2 large meals for my team and they messed up all orders. They skipped on the brisket on 2 BBQ bowls, missing sides, mixed orders. Im very disappointed because the food is great but eating a bowl of Fried Onions and Mac and Cheese with no brisket is just sad.

Everything was amazing ! Gabby was super nice and helpful with the menu ! Also restroom very clean and the restaurant was nice! Cooks were amazing with our food ! Very fresh and hot ! I would recommend everyone to at least try it once ! Even if you’re new in the area ! Don’t be shy ! Thank you once again !

This place the food was delicious we went on a Friday around 5:45pm. It wasn’t packed the lady for helped us out was very nice she gave us a free Brisket Mac n Cheese (7/10). When we got our food we ordered a Brisket Quesadillas which was delicious (9.2/10), the smoked brisket fries were good as well the fries were crunchy how we like them (10/10). We will be back to try different foods next time.

Absolutely Delicious! Brisket is moist and pulls apart. The fried chicken fries are sooo delicious too. Highly recommend.

The food is delicious. The service is amazing. Diamond made us feel very comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. The ambience is amazing, outdoor seating and indoor seating is available. Definitely recommend this place and I will be back. The service is great too. I also like how you pay before you sit down and they bring you your food so you can eat and leave conveniently.

Briskets here never disappoints. Tried the brisket tacos for a change and that turned out my new favourite. Everything here is tasty and very filling.

So so so good. The portions are huge. So sharing is the way to go. The lemonade is not too sweet... so that means it was perfect. It's a family ambiance. The staff is nice and polite. It's Pat at the register, get a number and they bring to your table. Casual, laid back and everyone is easy going. All in all a good place.

Restaurant Review: Disappointing Service Despite Refund I recently visited Smoke and Fire during the lunch rush, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, leading to long wait times for both ordering and receiving food. While I understand busy hours can be challenging, the lack of efficiency and communication made it even more frustrating. There were only 2 people working. 1 chef and server/cashier. My food sat on the counter for 15 minutes. They offered to remake the food, but we were out of time and my friend, 8 1/2 months pregnant, could not wait any longer to eat something. My excessive wait and unreasonable delay of my order led me to request a refund. The restaurant issued the refund, which I appreciated, but I later realized that they kept the tip for the total bill. I paid for the drinks as well. This felt unfair, especially considering the lack of service received. I typically try to be understanding of staffing shortages, but if a business cannot provide timely service, they should at least ensure they properly reimburse customers--including their tip. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I'm not sure I'll be returning anytime soon. Do Better Smoke and Fire

Came in at abt 1230pm-ish on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered to go. 1/2 lb brisket Waffle fried Mac n cheese Smash burger Side salad It wasn't tamper busy but it took a good 25 mins to get the food. It's ok I wait for good/hot food anyday. Though the cashier was only person on floor; so she was pretty busy... The bathroom as clean as well as the dining room... Came home was missing my salad...called but nobody picked up their phone Food was good....

The staff here are so friendly! There's also so much seating both inside and outside. The food was interesting. It wasn't bad, and had a good taste, but I don't think this is a place I'd visit again anytime soon. On the plus side the portions (especially for the fires) are huge and definitely shareable. This is a place I would recommend if you didn't know a place to eat and wanted to try something new, just to see if you'd like it or not.

Smoke & Fire for the win! I really like the indulgent BBQ and hot chicken menu, spacious indoor and outdoor seating, and laidback vibes. The Brisket Mac is the stuff dreams are made of: a giant short rib, sliced smoked brisket, and two cheesy burger patties nestled in between thick crisp layers of Texas Toast! We also enjoyed the DIY bowl, which we ordered with street corn, fried chicken tenders, and crispy onions. Thanks to Ju for her friendly hospitality and the complimentary cheesy fries and mud pie!!

We went there for lunch. We walked in and stood at the register waiting for someone to help us. I asked the woman in front of us, if this is where we were supposed to order and if anyone was there. It was a good five minutes before anyone showed up to take our order. When we finished ordering, we were asked if we wanted to tip. Normally, I don't tip on counter services, but I tipped. When I sat down, I looked at the receipt trying to figure out why the amount was so high. The first thing that I noticed was that when we ordered the waffle fries, we were asked which sauce we wanted, we were charged for the sauce. In addition, there was a service fee. I wasn't happy that I was charged a service fee in addition to being asked to tip. The food was good but I didn't care for the loud music that was playing. My other criticism is the amount of single use plastic. We were each given a plastic packet with a plastic spoon, knife and fork.

The food here is excellent, they know what they are doing with brisket. The Mac and cheese is delicious and so are the fries. I appreciated all of the fountain drink options, they have the usual sodas but also unsweetened black tea, sweetened green tea and lemonade options. The service was outstanding. Aracely and Cristina work so hard to provide quick and efficient service. I don't know if it was the night we came, but they could use more help. They take orders, clean and deliver food. On a busy night, it's impossible to keep up. The restaurant is clean and the booths are comfy. There are plenty of TVs to watch the game, tonight we are watching the World Series and this is a great spot to cheer on the Dodgers.

Came here for the brisket! Drove here from Torrance to try it out. I got the 1/2 lb sliced brisket ($13) which comes with texas toast, cornbread, curtido slaw, pickles, and bbq sauce. I also ordered a side of waffle cut fries ($5) and smokey house specialty lemonade ($3.99). For the 1/2 lb brisket, I received 4 slices of brisket. The texture was so bad. The meat fibers looked like it was arranged in a grid-like pattern and when you tear, the tear follows the pattern. Texture was way too soft. Flavor was okay. The texas toast was a bit bland, I couldn't even taste the butter. The curtido slaw was really bland too. Corn bread was good and the fries were really good. The smokey house specialty lemonade has charcoal powder in it. It tasted like regular lemonade but a bit denser from the powder. Service was okay as well, They forgot to add the bbq sauce for my friend's brisket. They forgot to serve my fries so I went up to them and they had to double check on their receipt and brought it out 5 minutes after my entree came. They also have 3% service fee included in the sale, and also asks for additional tip when ordering. Interior is very very beautiful, I love the wooden table, it looks so elegant and modern. Also I believe dogs eat free here(?) which is a nice gesture from the business. Not going to lie, I felt let down with the brisket. The texture was bad and not flavorful. Could use better quality meat than the one they are ordering from their supplier.

Excellent spot for BBQ! The prices are quite reasonable AND there is plenty of parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. The space itself is clean and no frills. My favorite was the The Mac Rib. I didn't think I'd love it bc there was A LOT going on on that sandwich....but it worked remarkably well and I loved it! It's like 3 meals: Brisket, short rib and hamburger. Really well done. The Nashville hot chicken...I loved everything about the sandwich but the slaw. I'm not a fan of black pepper, IMHO such an under developed spice and so many better ways to get a better kick flavor....but the sandwich still held up to the delicious standard. Likely bc that chicken is SO GOOD. The Mac and cheese was also alright. My son really liked it. I liked the street corn best of the three sides we got. That was nice. I'd definitely go back, and my son wants to bring his buddies next time he goes.

Food was just okay. Service to take order was quick but food was very slow to come out. I like that we could sit for a while and hang with friends / drink some however.

Super flavorful, moist, and Tender bbq! The Mac rib was huge and messy it the eat way possible. The sauce on the lamb was very tasty, and the lamb was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were good, however we weren't big fans of the Mac and cheese.

Please update your time because on maps and google it says it closes at 11pm and when I arrive at 9:54pm the employees told me their about closed and with no more brisket too serve. This place is good but as a customer I expect proper operation of the restaurant I lost my excitement of coming to eat here.

Great place to discover. I'm not from the area and looked around for a place to eat lunch and found this great place. We had the pulled pork tacos and they were in point. Tortilla was grilled just right, soft and delicious meat, topped with cole slaw and a nice sauce drizzled over the top to pull it all together. They have a good list of normal soda, Mexican soda and beer.

This place is a gem. If you like BBQ this is your spot! I tried the Mac sandwich and my buddy had the hot chicken sandwich. Can't go wrong with either. Sure it's a little pricey, but if it's good quality you want, you won't be disappointed.

Brisket tacos and brisket fries were pretty good. Ordering was pretty fast. The girl who broour food was rude when we asked for ranch dressing. She told us we had to pay for it up front. Pretty chill place.

I love this place. The food is SO good, wall art is impeccable, restaurant is huge so seating is never an issue, and their happy hour deal is awesome. They also always give us freebies. 10/10 recommend

I've come here a few times and I always get the brisket tacos. They're always pretty good. I did take one star because the Mac n cheese isn't super flavorful but it's still better than expected. There's plenty of parking in the shopping center, the service is typically always spot on. However, the floors are slippery lol ... I'm sure it's because of all the grease smoke. Overall, when I'm in the mood for breaking the diet, I will come here.

Dude. They haven't answered the phone in weeks! Trying to call about the rib First the reduction in portion and now the poor excuse of not answering their phones I wouldn't trust them with catering either! The form to contact them is useless because you'll never hear from them!

A BBQ spot that is more on the upscale fast food side. This was definitely something different and i'm glad we tried it. I mean the reviews caught our eyes and the pictures sold us. When we walked in we went up to the counter. It took a few minutes of us standing there before one the employees asked if we wanted to order and then sent us to the other side of the store where the registers were (just no employees yet). They definitely should have had a sign or something to direct newbies where to place an order. Order process was easy and the gentleman that helped us we super friendly and provided solid recommendations. I choose the plate which was very affordable. My husband ended up with some monstrous sandwich, which is what they are known for. The food was good. My meal was a good bang for your buck. Husbands sandwich was pricey. He enjoyed it as it had a good amount of meat, but didn't it was quite worth the price. Both of us had leftovers which is always nice. They have take home boxes all over the store for easy grabbing and packing your extras to go. Overall solid experience. I did find my food to be a bit to salty for my tastes. Also, a solid portion of meat was given, but the sides were tiny. Coleslaw was only a few bites, a few pickles, and toast.

My first time in the restaurant and I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Fries medium spicy, it was so good! Judith the server helping us at register was kind, the food came out fairly quickly. The restaurant is nice and clean, overall a good experience. Very much recommend!

Very impressed with the food. I went with some picky eaters and I was shocked when they liked the food. The service was prompt and I loved the ambiance. The decor on the walls was awesome!

My beef brisket fries was ok tasted like birria (that boiled in water taste) not that Texas bbq taste at all, the smash burger was good, too bad my waffle fries didn't come out in time. I finish my burger and I like to enjoy my burger with the side of fries at the same time. I had to go ask for my fries. They complementary me with a free side of mac & cheese. I took it, but I'm not a fan of mac & cheese at all by the time I got my fries I was done with my meal so I just asked for a box and a bag to go not really impressed with this location and service.

I would've given them more stars if the service was better. Came in, wasn't greeted even though there was a worker working by the front door. Had to interrupt them to ask where I should order. They pointed me to the register and told me to wait for the cashier to get there. I head to the register and get in line and the cashier comes shortly after. We make eye contact. At first I'm standing there looking at the menu, but she says nothing to me. She doesn't call me up, she doesn't say she's ready whenever I am, doesn't acknowledge me, nothing. After a few minutes I ask her if she was ready, and that I was standing there and she says she didn't see me. Perhaps the worker was having a bad day, perhaps there needs to be better customer service training, who knows. Anyway, I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and unfortunately the chicken was dry and the bottom bun was soggy. We sat in the back patio and there was a swarm of bugs flying in the center. I kept feeling like I was getting eaten by mosquitos and kept seeing bugs fly by my friend's hair! They did have ample parking and a lot of seating, both inside and outside, which is nice, and a happy hour drink menu, but unfortunately due to my experience, I won't be returning.

The ambiance is on point, a great place to grab a beer and some good food! I would throw a smidge more seasoning on the brisket but it is SO tender. The service is good and everyone here is really nice. We come back because it checks the boxes and does have a good assortment of things to try, i would only recommend them getting down and dirty with the seasonings and a little more salt. This place here! Brisket sandwich was just the way ai like it with plenty of brisket smoked just right. The service was friendly and courteous. The ambiance is lively and busy. Great food.

Decided to try Smoke & Fire based on checking it out on Yelp and I am glad we did. They had a ton of options that all looked good so it was hard to choose what to order. My wife had the Brisket Quesadilla and I had the Smash Burger with Brisket on top. The quesadilla was really good and the burger was outstanding! We shared an order of Mac and Cheese that was pretty tasty also. Judith took our order and was our server. She was very nice and answered any questions we had about the menu. Service was great!

Interesting place Food: The portions are healthy, but the taste isn't all there. I think the intention is to lather it with sauce to mask the lack of seasoning. Service: Definitely subpar. Almost like you're inconveniencing them being there Ambiance: It's warm and inviting. I like the aesthetic. It's a real comfortable place. TLDR: The food is okay & you should probably only do pickup or delivery service.

THIS BRISKET SLAPS! Location has plenty of parking. Lots of seating. They have an outside patio, and inside patio?!? And an inside inside. Serves villains brewing and lots of limited time collabs. Lots of beers and drinks to choose from. The brisket was really good! 1lb for 26.00 is a reasonable price. Includes toast, slaw, pickles and sauce. Perfect balance of lean meat and fat. I was full as hell and I shared this with my girlfriend. The waffles fries remind me of Jack and a box curly fries. The portion is huge at 5.00. Good place to bring friends.

Ordered online (12/5) and the food was pretty bad. Smash burgers were very dry, little to no sauce, and no flavor. I don't think I'll come back to this location. It wasn't busy inside and the service was fast.

It was good, very nice place in Paramount. The service was quick and attentive. Burgers and sandwiches come alone but the Brisket fries were enough for four to share. The Smash Burgers are missing the grill onions, that's no-no. Planning to return and try another items.

I love coming to all the different Smoke & Fire locations. I recently moved close to this one, so I've been coming here lately. They are always really nice and throw in free stuff for us. Also, the atmosphToday, I came in with a good friend for some good bbq and a couple drinks. As always, it was incredible. My friend and I had the brisket burritos. You cannot go wrong with it. We also tried the hazy ipa they had on tap. Ju took our order and she made sure that our experience was enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for your hard work and hospitality!

We were greeting immediately upon walking in on Saturday afternoon. Large selection of food and drinks. We had the 1/2 brisket that came with coleslaw and toast and also the Nashville hot fries. The food was delicious and definitely lives up to the hype. The inside was very inviting with some cool tunes playing. I would love to come back soon.

Quality of food and services beginning to falter once more. Been a long time supporter and have taken plenty of friends and family to this chain. Not sure who made the decision but this is so much less food than before for a side that cost $5. I wouldn't care for a price increase for the same amount of food as before. or a notice that the food quantity is changing so I can order accordingly. I guess I just hate being misled when it comes to these kinds of things. Restaurants cutting more and more corners to squeeze the customer yet we got food vendors upping their game and matching or exceeding the quality and quantity of food being provided.

This American BBQ is hidden gem. Plenty of parking. Social media was promoting this so I had to try it out. It's known for one thing: huge portions of American classics: pretzels, bbq sandwiches or Mac N Cheese. Got the giant preztzel and the famous tower Rob Sandwich and Mac N Cheese by adding brisket to it. Both are almost big as my head. Sodas are fountain. Both are very tasty and good and it satisfy my "big" requirement. Overall, very good and highly recommend if you want a giant twist on American classics

Whoa. Blown away by their Nashville Vegan Sandwich. It is stacked high with crispy, meaty oyster mushrooms seasoned very well and paired with a delicious, refreshing curtido and pickle slices. The pretzel bun is yum and this sandwich hits all the marks in texture and savory goodness. I ltook out some layers of oyster mushroom so I could bite into it easier, so basically had a side of fried oyster mushrooms to boot. It comes with moist cornbread which is nice. This is splittable - it satisfied 2 of us and saved 1 of us from a food coma if we had went it alone. Didn't catch the names of the folks who helped us but they were great. The vibes are laid back and it's nice to see many families of color here. I was also impressed with the next level decor- super nostalgic and enjoyable. One of their murals is possibly the best Selena I have seen and it's on a bathroom wall (!) What?! I also dug the shout outs to The Sandlot, RBG and 10 Things I Hate About You. They have style coming out the ears.

Place is great. Summer was amazing. Came in with a really kind gift and hooked me up with a side. First time here. Left with an amazing impression. I got the MAC rib cause that's what you have to try. Overall loved it. Had a food coma after. But the only thing I have to say is that the big rib was a bit overcooked. There were some parts that were pretty tough to chew. The center was nice and juicy but I wish I could have enjoyed the Mac rib more. The smash patties were awesome. The sauce was incredible and the brisket, that was everything. The brisket was freaking amazing. Got some brisket on the mac & cheese, and it was to die for. I would come back here in a heartbeat to have some of that brisket. It was juicy tender and amazing. They really know what they are doing here.

3.5 . Delicious food but not outstanding. Smash burger is ok nothing special to it. Fries are good. Brisket sandwich is ok too. Good service and clean restaurant.

I recently went to their riverside location with my friend and couldn't wait to bring the fam to the location closer to home. I was also excited to try different items. It's a Tuesday, celebrating my daughter's and father in law's birthdays. Quick parking, quick ordering, quick seating and quick service. Everything was great, the highlight for me was a 10% alcoholic seltzer called Bro water, it hit really good! We were given complimentary pretzel bites and cheese which added a great touch.

Best BBQ spot I've had near Long Beach! The brisket was tender and juicy! Great mac and cheese, and the cole slaw was fresh! Happy hour 2 for 1 beer is awesome. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Julie, Gabby, and Cristina, for the great food and service!

THE FACT THEY ARE A SISTER COMPANY WITH VILLAINS BREWERY!! They serve all their best beers on tap Honest fact: I didn't know that until arriving. We found smoke & fire on yelp as we were heading home HUNGRY and decided to give it a go, Super excited about coming here. We ordered the brisket quesadilla & brisket waffle fries which was absolutely One thing we regret doing is not ordering the MAC Rib sandwich... it looked amazing. We will for sure be back, thank you to Caitlyn for all of your help ordering, it was our first time and she answered all of our questions and was beyond patient with us. You were great help!

Stopped by for lunch because we were in the area and had heard of the original Smoke & Fire. The menu looked stacked and we had a hard time deciding (limiting ourselves). We weren't super hungry so we settled for the brisket quesadilla, hot chicken sando, and kids cheeseburger. Everything was super well-presented and tasty! The hot level for the chicken sando was perfect for me. En fuego would have been a struggle. The chicken was pounded really thin so it wasn't the juiciest but it was still very flavorful! My husband really enjoyed the quesadilla as well. We'll be back for sure to try The Mac Rib and more! The staff was also super friendly and helpful in giving feedback and helping us decide!

Love this place. Very high-end food for a value. Giant selection on the menu to cater to kids and adults. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Gabby who was jolly and smiling. You know you're at a great establishment when employees are excited and happy to be working. She recommended a number of amazing dishes. Our three favorites were the Brisket Quesadilla, the 1 pound of brisket and the Nashville Tacos. I highly recommend Smoke & Fire Social Eatery and appreciate the experience because of Gabby & the rest of the staff.

Service was A plus plus, brisket fell off the fork, everything was tasty and delicious and reasonably priced. Great options for beers and ciders and dog friendly patio. Great music, great vibe. Will definitely be back.
