This was my first visit to the smoke ring. The service today was incredibly quick. The staff was friendly as well. The food came back in a matter of minutes after our order was placed. It was hot and pretty tasty. I had the Brunswick stew. This is one of my favorites. It had a little kick to it and was full of tomatoes, okra and corn. It needed more meat though. There were only trace amounts. The cornbread served with it was very good. I also had the fried green tomatoes. The tomato wasn't ripe and was not the highlight of that appetizer. It was hidden in batter that was just as think as the tomato. This one was a miss for me. A thinner, lighter batter with a thicker tomato would have been better. This restaurant is worth another try though. If you find this review helpful, please "like" below.

This place has nice decor and feels very welcoming. Went there to grab lunch before the Falcons game and We can walk to the stadium from this restaurant. Food was good and they have Alabama white BBQ sauce. Only few places I know of has this sauce. Good number of beer on tap available.

It looks like they've taken some great things OFF of their menu, but what I had was SLAMMIN! Wish that it'd been quicker, but staff was nice. Got take out. Wing sauce was great.

We shared a plate of pulled pork and brisket with a few sides (mac & cheese, brussel sprouts, and street corn). The food was average. Not bad but, for example, the corn and brussels lacked quite a bit in flavor. The pulled pork was just okay, the brisket was a little chewy. The location is very close to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Being there on a non-sports-event evening felt like we were in a bit of a dead zone. This is not necessarily a negative comment, just something to think about when deciding whether to visit. Big screen TVs throughout, so it would be decent for watching sports events. The service was solid. Our server spent a little extra time with us explaining the options for the meat plates, she was attentive, and she readily put together a root beer float which was not on the menu but a craving I had. In summary, the food and venue were average, the service was friendly and attentive.

BBQ Meat Loaf tasted like dog food, now I’ve never eaten dog food but if I did I image this is how it would taste. So then I decided to try my wife’s pulled pork sandwich, that tasted like it was cooked with bucket water used they used to mop the floor. The 3 other parties at our table had the same experience. I would go into the service but if you still eat here (yes I’m sitting at the table as I type) after reading this, god bless your heart....

We have had the best meal at Smoke Rings in Atlanta Georgia. I had the brisket burrito and Keta had the ribs with baked beans brussel sprouts. Great dinner on the last leg of our trip from Richmond Hill GA to Guntersville Al to Chattanooga TN back to Richmond Hill GA. Smoke Rings has the best BBQ and atmosphere in Atlanta Georgia. Make it your must stop while in Atlanta Georgia.
