I’ve been going to Smoke Token & Vape N CB Dream on Harding for years! My boyfriend & I are weekly customers sometimes twice a week. I bought a brand new Kado Bar 10000 vape at Smoke Token last night & this morning it ran out. I called the shop & was told he could give me a discount on the purchase of a new vape but that I would need to take it up with the manufacturer. I don’t deal with the manufacturer I’m a customer of yours & a regular customers at that! In the 4 years I’ve been vaping I’ve had vapes that were defective or just tasted bad & never had an issue returning them within literal hrs of purchase. I’ve always loved both these vape shops but I will be taking my business elsewhere after this. These vapes aren’t just a couple of $$ I can’t afford to buy a new one every day! Very disappointed ☹️

Unfortunately, smoke token has degraded over the past year or so. Power shifts in management combined with massive oversight from the Smoke Token Murfreesboro store fueled its transformation into just another run of the mill snake oil smoke shop. There has been a serious loss in the feeling of hospitality that was once displayed. The staff are very uneducated about the products as a whole, and the products and selection are extremely lacking and constantly changing and being pushed on you. The store is full of a whole lot of nothing and it is frustrating. You are harassed from the moment you walk into the door. Every customer is treated like they are a wallet. It did not use to be like this. I worked here and the lack of support from upper management on things that actually needed change ruined the experience.

Love the staff! I've been working with shops for 4 years and I really had a great experience working with Nick. Everyone was really cool. I'm definitely going back on 4/20!

when I'm in town I usually try to stop at this place to get tobacco and coals. The staff at this shop are very friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in the door they greet you and try to have a conversation. They're very consistent with their customer service. you can tell they work as a team.

Some of the employees here are useless and are just lazy kids but their selection of everything smoking and hookah is amazing, the owner is very knowledgeable of what he has and what you want! First of all, the best Smoke Shop in the 615 area code. Every time you walk in, you are greeted with smiles which are followed by exceptional customer service. Personally, Kelvin and Dearius have been the only 2 to help me. You can tell that they're both stand up guys who have the customers best interest in mind. And on top of this, they have the best and most affordable collection I've seen. They have the really nice glass, as well as smaller more affordable pieces. Tons of variety. I really only go to smoke token, and can't see myself going anywhere else. Yes, if it was a person, I might marry the store.

Typical Rob Shop...that is what I call the Cigarette and Beer stores. Nothing much, just a form of a Mapco or Gas Station but NO Gas, but plenty of beer and plenty of smoke items Most of these places are the same. Full stocked and crowded with merchandise This one is well lit and I like the name. Prices are about the same High like all of them even though they say Discounted. I personally don't drink or smoke but I have to go to these locations for my hubby Ugh..I don't like them personally

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, just ask them anything. I know some people that go for the first time and may have questions but are timid to ask, at this place they will make you always feel comfortable. They do not harass and stand over you they just nicely acknowledge you and let you do your looking. They will let you know if you have any questions just to alert them and they will glad to help. As for the stock, they have a massive collection of different toys and trinkets. Its a smoke shop just a large one with a lot of stuff. They have something for every person for every budget. This place is my superstore for all my smoking needs, I recommend everyone to check them out. They also have the world's largest hookah in the window, you have to check it out.

Smokin token has always had an WIDE variety of all smoke products and GREAT customer service. I went in today pricing some bongs and asking random questions. The guy was knowledgeable and accommodating. All their staff is great. Would recommend every time ANY location.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and directed to the area I was looking for. From there, one of the employees talked features of various products with me and laid everything out expertly. Will definitely be going back.

Smoke Token rips there customers off I came in to buy a Aspire Odyssy Pegasus Kit which I found online for $69.00 on amazon and Smoke Token wanted $115 + tax. I explained that I want to be a customers of there because I have to buy my refills somewhere and I'm not asking them to match the $69.00 just meet me in the middle so they offered me $107 + tax. BUY ONLINE DONT BUT FROM THEM.

Nick was great! Unsure of what we wanted when we got in, but left with what we needed. He was knowledgeable about the products which made our decision easier. Will definitely be coming back!

Staff is friendly. Anything you desire, is here. If not, they'll make it for you. Prices are ok. Situated in a shopping center with plenty of lighting and parking. They are open 365 days a year. Perfect place to get Xmas gifts.

Staff was super nice and knowledgeable. While looking at the starbuzz shisha the lady was super helpful and was showing me flavors that I wouldn't have even thought to try. Mainley carried al fakkar and starbuzz, had a small variety of fantasia. They had a large selection of hookahs, they are a little more than what they are as far as buying online but if you are leaving with product in hand. There was several hoses that could be bought separately. Very clean, and staff was nice, and reasonably priced, will definitely go back.

This is a great place to come an shop. My boss left his phone in the place and nick ran after us in the parking lot to make sure that my boss got his is his phone. they are some extremely great people.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could! The staff is really knowledgeable about every aspect of hookahs and shisha. She even talked me OUT of buying a particular bowl based on what I told her my usage patterns were. They have probably the widest selection of shisha I've seen anywhere so far, too, and prices are very competitive. I think this will be where I buy all of my supplies from now on!

I was greeted multiple times when entering, walking through, and leaving. The store is larger than most and well lit. They have a wide variety of items. Associate that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. Ask for a customer loyalty card to earn 10% off a purchase. They are located in the shopping center behind Goodyear.

Typical smokeshop. I came in here looking for a specific candle, and the very friendly, very helpful shop owner led me right to them. Cases of colorful glass pipes and all myriad of smoking devices line the walls. Cigarettes and cigars are also for sale behind the counter. Not a bad little shop!

I have been coming to this place for years now and I love it! If you're looking for excellent customer service then this is the place. If you're not sure what to buy that's alright because everyone that works at Smoke Token is very knowledgeable about their products.

*Murfreesboro Location* (Nash location has always rocked, given I have never needed to exchange anything there.)Would give 0 stars if possible. Bought a Pax2 this past Saturday. Oven doesn't work right. They sold us one that had been opened, only other one they have like this is open. Took it back in today and they refuse to do anything about it. Rude, waste of my time and $. Drove over an hour to get here. I asked to just return it and get a sealed Pax3, since they had those available in same color. They called Pax while I was in store and told them that I just wanted a 3, not the case. They shouldn't be an authorized Pax dealer and I'm going to fight like hell to make sure they won't be in the future. DO NOT SPEND MORE THAN $10 HERE. Do not invest your $ in any expensive product here as they will roll their eyes and not support helping make the purchase right if it is wrong.

HolyHell. So, I've been to a few head shops in my time.....But, DAMN! I felt like a kid in a candy shop when I first entered Smoke Token. This place is huge and packed wall to wall with pipes of all sorts. If allowed, I would've pitched a tent and just camped out on the floor somewhere. Got everything I need right there. Haha. On the real, this place has a huge selection of pipes, vaporizers, anything to do with smoking. Their glass pieces are a little pricey, but the majority of that is because the products are name brand and not generic. Whatever, they all break the same. It's just personal preference I suppose. If you are looking for a smoke shop, this is the mothership of all other smoke shops. Definitely check this place out!

I don't know what everyone's definition of "knowledgeable" is but it is far from describing the people who work at this place. These "knowledgeable" people sold me what they called a "nemesis mod" only for me to look it up and find out its a Chi You clone. I'm no mod expert, so I rely on people at these stupid shops to be at LEAST "knowledgable." Go to smokers paradise. It's an exit down. Yea, they may not speak much English there but they won't sell you COMPLETELY false equipment. OH, and I forgot to mention, I had to take that Chi You mod back not once, but TWICE to finally get one that wasn't defected. Complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!

This morning, I broke my glass pipe. My tried and true companion for a long time. I was devastated but decided to adopt a new one. I needed a new pipe to bond with. I was very pleased with the selection and prices at Smoke Token. Walking in, the shop is clean with white floors. It is lined with glass cases that contain a good selection of glass hand pipes, water pipes, vaporizers, grinders, and other odds and ends for your smoking needs. There is a decent selection on hand pipes, though they really could use a better selection of locally made pieces and the high end small pieces. I wanted a thick glass piece to replace my old tripple blown pipe. I got a nice piece for $20.75. It was a good price for the quality. After my first initiation, it is not a perfect piece, but it is nice. They have a good selection of small glass hand pipes for $5-$20. I was impressed with the vape selaction as well. They cary all the major vapes. they have a great selecsion of pocket vapes. I saw the Atmos raw (wich is sweet), the Magic Flight Launch Box (which I own but is less expensive on amazon), and the best one of all: the Pax (http://www.ploom.com/pax). They are all great pieces. They also carry Volcanos and other lower end box vapes. I didn't get too deep into the selection, but I did not see dabbing supplies. I will update this on my next trip (which will be soon). I need to bring in an old water pipe to see if they have a matching glass on glass downstem. They also carry a bunch of e-cig supplies to help with quitting the nasty tobacco habit. There is not a huge selection of places in Nashville to buy glass. This place is pretty good though, with reasonable prices too.

Really, I've never been to a better smoke shop. Trista helped me and my girlfriend the entire time we were there and was super friendly and knowledgeable. This place has everything one could ever want and the prices are great. I highly recommend this smoke shop over all others in Nashville.

From the outside, it is very well lit up and inviting. I've shopped here a few since they've opened and I have no complaints at all. This place was just ok there's a lot of glass but alot of its cheap stuff, they try to trick with the clutter, lol but overall ok for your broke hippies but if you want something nice and really unique maybe look around for a different shop
