"The newest addition to Main Street is Smoked. Its play on smoked meats and seafood covers a lot of ground with a 30-seat main bar, a back bar that opens onto a stylish patio, a U-shaped oyster bar, and a basement-level speakeasy. An onsite brewery shares space with a cocktail menu that leans a bit towards rum drinks, garnished with house-made items like lava salt dipped in dried citrus." - Stephanie Burnette

Johnny the bartender was awesome! Gave me some really neat info on Columbia and happenings around the city. Makes an excellent French 75. Most restaurants aren’t open past 2:30 in the city and don’t open until 4 pm for dinner service - but smoked has a limited menu and comes in handy if you are having a late lunch! -Also, their events are always top notch. NYE party was incredible!

This place is amazing. The food is top notch and delicious. The drinks were amazing. I will definitely go back. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The monkey bread was so fresh and cooked perfectly. The ribeye was delicious but a little too thin. I highly recommend going here.

We've been wanting to try Smoked for awhile. We finally did a couple of nights ago and we were definitely not disappointed! I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled this time because we enjoyed it so much. We didn't have reservations, so we waited at the bar until our table was ready. I ordered a Smoky Old Fashioned and the bartender Jonathon asked if I wanted to upgrade the bourbon to Elijah Craig. I did and it was a delicious cocktail. Even after the smoke dissipated, the smoky flavor lingered throughout. We were seated before finishing our drinks and were quickly greeted by our server Michael. He was efficient and informative. When I mentioned we were interested in wine, he quickly got us the wine list. We ordered appetizers while choosing a wine. We got the smoked beet salad and shrimp cocktail. Both appetizers were very good and the perfect portion size. For entrees we ordered filet mignon and smoked lamb ribs. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sides of grilled asparagus and whipped potatoes made for a great combination. The lamb ribs had a nice char, just the way I like it. The meat was tender and the bones pulled away with ease and the portion size was generous. The truffle fries were hot and delicious. The flavor was a great pairing with the ribs. The fresh slaw was a refreshing offset to the savory flavor of the ribs and fries. As full as we were, when we heard the dessert options, we decided we definitely had room for dessert. We ordered the pistachio cheesecake and Meyer Limoncello cake with raspberry drizzle. Absolutely two of the most delicious desserts we've had in a long time! Overall it was a wonderful experience. We left very full, very happy and looking forward to our next visit!

My husband and I were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary. The restaurant decor was beautiful for soft intimate dining experience. We tried the burnt ends as appetizer and they were delicious very tender . I got the filet minon wild mushroom risotto, asparagus and enjoyed a Mon Cheri. My husband had the Lamb ribs with fries and asparagus. Every thing was delicious our waitress provided excellent customer service to enhance our dinning experience. Definitely recommend

Google
Most enjoyable first time visit. Had lunch on Sat Nov. 16, 2024 - didn’t realize there’s a Sat market on Main Street each weekend, didn’t matter cause even though there’s a ton of food trucks and stalls selling snacks, we wanted a more refined dining experience and we found one. Love Smoked. Super friendly staff, Mary, our server was terrific and the two food items we had were fab. We had the bleu cheese salad with added grilled shrimp, dressed perfectly, Delish! And we had the Fish and Chips, (Cod) with truffle fries - excellent. The fish was obviously fresh battered on site with a light but crispy batter. The truffle fries were a real surprise, I don’t normally like truffle anything, but these were good, very good. Worth the drive from Spartanburg! The atmosphere is lovely. Thanks Smoked!!!

Google
Fabulous food, great ambiance, and attentive service!! This place is great for celebrating a special occasion... pricey, but so worth it. Our Thanksgiving menu selections were seafood dip, clam chowder, branzini, chateaubriand, and bread pudding with vanilla ice cream, plus 7 sides. Delicious!!!

The food and service were amazing! Would definitely go back again! The steak was perfect and the risotto as well. All the food we ordered was super delicious! 😁

Google
There are so many good things to say! The service was top of the line. I came in almost 1 hour before my reservation and was seated right away. Our server was welcoming, friendly, and very courteous. We dined on the outdoor patio, which was beautifully decorated, as the rest of the establishment. Kudos to the decorator! Everything was well balanced. The food was pretty good, but the mushroom vegetarian dish was my favorite. I 100% recommend everyone to try it! The drinks were decorated with a single flower on top and were very tasty. We had the whole outdoor seating to ourselves, which made the whole experience even better. Will definitely come back next time I visit. 😊

Yelp
Stopped here randomly while in Columbus around lunch time and it was amazing. We have already told friends about it and are planning to get back here for dinner soon. They make their cocktail mixers from scratch ~ if that doesn't tell you the level of commitment they have to deliver an amazing experience, I don't know what would. I cannot wait to get back here, experience the full menu, take pictures to trade my friends and family not nearby and fully joy what they have to offer

Amanda M.

Yelp
We had an amazing dinner her w friends !! Server did a great job giving recommendations and timing out the food as we got there shortly before the kitchen closed. My friends loved the Fish of the day which was Flounder, seafood dip w pita was our fav appetizer though. Favorite entree was the lamb ribs *chefs kiss!! So flavorful and perfectly smoked! Cant wait to go back and try more!

Yelp
Smoked is always such a vibe. The low lit ambience is excellent for a date night. I happened to be celebrating my birthday and it was perfect. Our server was amazing. She checked in with us often, made excellent recommendations, and had our food out to us promptly. I generally go for the great selection of oysters, but the menu doesn't disappoint either.

Charlyn W.

Yelp
The ambiance was everything definitely too their time to make it nice and comfy from the bar to the restroom to the outside seating area all definitely well put together and pictures ready. Service was good we had Bryce and he took care of our table with great recommendations. The footage oysters 10/10. The lobster roll 8/10 I was sure if it was supposed to be cold lobster or warm because I had pieces of both. But the flavor was good and the portion size was filling. Will go back

Sharron M.

Yelp
The ambience, presentation & flavor of the food and service was excellent. The music had me hooked when we walked in.

Capricia T.

Yelp
Wait staff was so great. Smoked was a nice place to visit for lunch. Not too packed but a nice crowd. Not too noisy but I imagine it could get to be so with a rowdy bunch. I thoroughly enjoyed.

Enxhi B.

Yelp
We stopped here for brunch on a short road trip through South Carolina. Made a reservation online on OpenTable. We parked in a parking garage nearby, super cheap. The interior was cute. Our waitress was great. I ordered the grilled salmon with a mimosa, and my hubby ordered the prime breakfast burger with fries. They were delicious. Would definitely recommend stopping here for a tasty meal!

Tanisha W.

Yelp
Very nice ambiance, nice romantic mood with low lighting. We had a large party and a private room in the back of the restaurant (party of 10). We went on a Saturday night, and they had a live performer. Great Tasting Food! The drinks were STRONG..I had to dilute mine a little, lol. The service was good for a large party and it was reasonably priced. Highly reccomend.

Anna C.

Yelp
We came in pretty late before closing, but the service was still good and the food was excellent as well.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to try out the Mixology class at smoked, having been patrons of the establishment previously. While we found the food quality to be a bit pricey for what it offers, we've always appreciated their cocktail selection and the ambience. So, despite our reservations, we thought it would be fun to give this Mixology class a try. Unfortunately, our experience got off to a rocky start. Arriving early, we hoped to enjoy an appetizer and a drink before the class began. However, it took over 20 minutes to even get noticed at the bar leaving us with no time to order. This initial service hiccup reminded us why we hadn't frequented Smoked more often. Nevertheless, we were there for the Mixology course, which turned out to be enjoyable, overall. The instructor was engaging, though a small microphone would've helped with the sound. We appreciated learning how to craft delicious drinks and picked up some useful tips along the way. On the downside, the course description promised "savoring past appetizers", but what we got was a meager, self-serve charcuterie board with barely enough for a single bite each. For the price point, this felt underwhelming. Additionally, the lack of recipe cards or any means to jot down notes was disappointing. If you wanted to remember the ingredients, you had to rely on your own devices. For a venue like Smoked, attention to the small details is crucial. If you're considering the Mixology class, I'd recommend eating beforehand, (but maybe not at the restaurant), bringing your own note-taking supplies, and perhaps some hand sanitizer for the messy part of drink-making. In summary, while the Mixology class at Smoked had its highlights, there are areas where improvements could elevate the experience, especially considering the cost .

Yelp
Walking into this restaurant was definitely a different experience in Columbia. There was live music it was dimly lit and beautiful. I started off with the scallops which I have to say was amazing. I wasn't sure of all the ingredients on the plate but everything paired together nicely. This would be perfect as a larger entree option. I also had the lamb chops which I asked for it to be well done it was definitely charred maybe a little too much (it was huge btw) but the flavors came from mostly the Brussel sprouts. Idr the name of my drink but it was absolutely weak with far too much ice. Overall nice experience though, I loved my server she was consistent with checking in on me during my solo date.

Morgan H.

Yelp
Love this place, super nice inside and decorated nicely. You can't come here for a casual or nice night out. They have a great selection of food items!

Krissy B.

Yelp
Let me start by saying smoked is a pretty restaurant, beautiful inside. I was there last night for a friends birthday dinner celebration. We ordered the lemon Parmesan chargrilled oysters to start. They were pretty good, we ate them all. For dinner I ordered their $49 pistachio crusted halibut over risotto. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. My dinner looked like it died in the window, when it arrived it was luke warm almost on the cold side. The risotto was gross, it wasn't creamy at all, it was gummy and clumpy and had little to no flavor. Fish was cold and way over crusted. I will not go back to smoked ever again, for the price, you can have a much better dinner and experience at any other place in town. Hendrix that is right above them is 1000x better.

Leah J.

Yelp
I had heard mixed reviews about this place, but my husband blessed me with a night out so I decided to give it a try. I didn't have a reservation but it was not packed for a Saturday night. I decided to sit at the bar - which is full service. The hostess and the bartender were so sweet and welcoming. I started with one of their amazing cocktails (which change seasonally). I believe it was called "Smoke in the Garden". It was just amazing. The glass was rimmed with dehydrated strawberries and what tasted like a smoky tajin. They make all the elements of their cocktails in house - and you can really tell the difference. I have seen some comments like the food was "not on par" for the prices. I have to disagree. If you don't appreciate or understand fine dining or quality ingredients I can see how a lot of the menu can seem steep. I haven't seen many places in South Carolina that have Japanese Wagyu beef on the menu. However, if you're more of a Applebee's guy or gal, this spot might not be for you. It was a very tough choice, but I went with the Honey Garlic Sea Scallops. No words. The scallops were cooked absolutely perfectly and they were very fresh. The Brussels with pork belly lardons was probably the best side I have ever had. It was a perfect complement to the jumbo scallops. I was impressed with the portion size as well. Will definitely be coming back to sample some of their fall cocktails and let hubby experience one of those steaks! Beautiful ambience, fast and friendly service, amazing food. Definitely a more expensive menu than average, but here you definitely get what you pay for.

Yelp
Looks can be deceiving, all smoke and no fire. When you walk into the place, you think wow great place, highly stylized with great vibe. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable. But we should have known when the cocktails arrived that we were in for a disaster. So pretentious and just awful. From cocktails to appetizers to main course everything was just trying too hard. We watched as another guest was getting table side service for a steak. A large wood plank , with a heated salt rock on which the chef placed some wagyu beef. It was painful to watch. Tip: When 2 out of 3 guests don't take more than a few bites of their meals you have a problem. Alarm bells should be going off in the kitchen. I attempted the catch of the day Snapper, over cooked , tough and side was pure salt. Wife attempted encrusted halibut. In short nothing good to say. My son had lamb ribs edible buy once again way over cooked. Tuna tartar this was actually good. Stick with ribs and beer you"ll survive. Ambiance and service was great.

Sheree W.

Yelp
This place is amazing! The food and drinks were so good and my French 75 was probably the most delicious I've ever had. The Bolognese was cooked to perfection, and though I was expecting more meat, but I was not disappointed with the flavor. The crabcakes were all crab meat, not much filler, and the shaved brussels sprout salad was light and refreshing. Our server was very attentive, and his recommendation was a pork chop, which we did not get but both tables on either side of us did get it, and they raved about how good it was. we also tried the fish dip which was baked and creamy. It was so delicious that it was gone before I could even take a picture. You should definitely start with that app. This is a great place to go out for a date night or drinks with friends. I will definitely be back next time I am in town.

Yelp
So this by far is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The food is very fresh and tastes very good. It gives you a fancy feel without being to out of reach for those who are in different budgets. This restaurant is more on the expensive side however if you are used to paying 30 dollars for a meal you should be fine. In my opinion I believe it is worth for the food experience. The restaurant has an outside area with heaters and has a nice small interior. It makes you feel homey inside. With still enough space for large parties I had 12 people in my party and had enough room just tell them in advance of course for large parties. The waitress was very nice and explained everything very well and was very good. She gave us what we needed in a timely manner. And was there to answer any questions we had. By far my favorite dish was the seafood dip when I tell you it is amazing it is amazing I ate it all lol. And didn't have room for my pasta which is the first photo. I definitely recommend getting that pasta if you go there it is so good. This restaurant is definitely one to try they do change their menus every week though so that is something to keep in mind. I would definitely go there during brunch there is some good stuff on that menu. Overall really good experience definitely on my list of places to go back to. For more instagram @worthdishes

Yelp
Ambience was beautiful. Customer service was superb. The food that we had was very delicious.

Ananya M.

Yelp
Came here for Valentine's Day date night and they had a limited menu. The vibes inside were nice and we got to sit right in front of the window in this little nook that felt very intimate. The service was ok, our waitress was a bit awkward and not very friendly tho. Food was very overpriced for what it was. When the menu is limited I believe it is bc the restaurant has perfected those dishes. This was not the case. The duck was overcooked with the fat not being rendered enough giving it an unpleasant chewy texture while the meat itself was dry. The pasta with mussels was alright but more sweet than savory. The lobster arancini was very bland and needed more salt. For the price it is not worth it. I could not recommend unless you're coming for drinks because their smoked old fashioned and doctors orders were very good. Otherwise, pretty disappointing experience

Yelp
July 4th dinner Beautiful dining room Wait staff attentive but not informative Needed to inquire too many times to get further information on specials When replacing place setting it was done improperly Meat entrees were incredibly salty Cheeseboard was stale Red snapper w/grits was tasty Tuna tartare was okay Cool vibe Large bar area

Steven O.

Yelp
As much as I like Smoked, I won't patronize it again...3% surcharge for using a credit card!! Forget it!

Nygel P.

Yelp
My wife and I visited Smoked for lunch for our anniversary. We had a great experience. It was our first time there but we felt like regulars. Erika was our waiter and she provided great service. She provided great knowledge of both the food and drink menus. They offered us complimentary desert and bubbly since we were celebrating. We will definitely be back!!!

Amanda D.

Yelp
Fantastic ambiance. Beautiful venue. Was only here for a drink but loved they have a good seafood selection. Will stop by for that next time

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Food was delicious, so was the service. We had a great time celebrating my best friends birthday

David T.

Yelp
Classiest place in cola! Service and food was over the top. Highly recommend brunch on the patio

Sharon G.

Yelp
The service & food temperature. We asked for a salad to be split & came in one bowl with extra plate. Also ordered a ribeye to split & it was brought with a plate underneath the one plated meal & the server stated "I think they put this on another plate because it was too hot." She did not know we wanted it split. We then had to cut and separate our meal at the table. Then to top that off steak temperature was cold even though steak was cooked correctly. Bright spots were the blue cheese salad & the lobster Mac & cheese. I was disappointed because myself & my group had looked so forward to the experience at this restaurant.

Layla B.

Yelp
What I love most about IG stories is that it tracks the time a photo was taken!!! I literally drove all the way from Charlotte, NC to Columbia for to spend $30 for my meal + %20+ tip for the amazing lady at the bar that took my order (I had to order my burger off bar menu because I was already warned that outside of Oysters and their appetizers and their drinks everything else was ) in this trash establishment! Imagine making reservations for 7 pm on the 22nd day of September 2023 at Smokedsc for over 20 guests! Imagine your party only having 1 "UNO" "One" waiter. The fact that this picture speaks facts at what time I got my food! This is just a part of the story about last night's experience from HELL....please know we are just getting started....Yelp, Open Table, & Google reviews are coming and definitely creating reels for IG, Tiktok and Facebook! Just know the same energy we put into loving our friend is the same energy we about to put into making sure Columbia knows that Smoked in Columbia, SC does NOT like to serve parties of more than 5 people when their skin is Melanated! We about to call a spade a ! #smokedcolumbia I was yesterday years old when I found out that in 2023 that this was an ALL White Establishment! They literally called SLED on a group of 20+ black Queens/Bosses!

Justine D.

Yelp
Food was good, but SUPER expensive. Cocktails were tasty and we heard they have a speakeasy downstairs. Great service, but we were also one of two other tables. The ambiance was super nice--classy and hip.

Lorren P.

Yelp
We absolutely loved our dinner. The restaurant was beautiful and inviting. I fell in love with the decor instantly, I felt like I walked into a fancy restaurant from the 1920's yet modern. The service was good, a bit slow at first but Definitely picked up as the evening progressed. We started with appetizers which were delicious, of course our drinks were on point. Our entrees melted in your mouth. My husband had never had roasted garlic on his steak and now he says he can only have it that way. Our meal was incredible and a wonderful date night experience!

Bob S.

Yelp
Smoked is a great addition to the fine dining options in downtown Columbia. It opened in November 2021. We just experienced our first dinner and can't wait to return. When you arrive, prepare to be wowed by the stunning décor. Smoked consists of three dining rooms, an outdoor patio and an even an oyster bar. The menu is heavy on seafood for the starters, with various meats starring in the entrees. The Sea Smoked Dip, made with crab, shrimp, oysters and creamy cheeses was a great starter. Bummed to learn their decadent Lobster Deviled Eggs are only served at Brunch. The Tuna Tartare and Steak Flight are at the top of our list for our next visit. For entrees, the Rockefeller Ravioli was delish, with smoked oysters and Romano cheese raviolis. What was surprising was paying $40 for five pieces of pasta. My wife ordered the wet-aged ribeye. It was perfectly prepared, super tender and flavorful. Another guest was impressed by the salmon, which was the fresh catch selection. Everyone at the table gave it thumbs up. The showstoppers were the sides. The Jalapeno Crab Creamed Corn was rich and yummy and the Crispy Brussels with Butternut Squash & Nuts was outstanding. Smoked has an outstanding craft cocktail menu. The Smoked Old Fashioned and Doctor's Order were both winners. The Chaotic Light was recommended by our server and looked beautiful when served. But when you get a glass full of ice, that doesn't leave much room for the drink. I'd take a pass on that option.

Tarhy A.

Yelp
We had high hopes for this establishment but were greatly disappointed. Our server was great. The atmosphere is amazing and it's basically 5 stars for that. That's where it stops. My $75 ribeye steak wasn't worth the price. It wasn't a thick cut of meat, flavor was average, and it didn't have a bone which would have made it more flavorful. I can and you can grill a better high quality cut of steak in your backyard than this high priced version. My girlfriend and her son's filet was over cooked and they sent it back. The potato's and asparagus that came with all of the meats was fine. The place is beautiful inside and out. The high priced food is very lacking and we will never come here again. We wish them luck but proceed with your own wallet for average food.

Bonnie N.

Yelp
Delightful menu, fresh food, beautifully presented, great service, comfortable seating. We have been twice and enjoyed tremendously. We have another reservation... looking forward to the oysters.

Diana G.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. Savannah is the best! She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We loved our meal. Thanks for a great night.

Aaron O.

Yelp
Great time, great food, great service!! Thanks Kat!!! Get the burnt ends and deviled eggs!

L H.

Yelp
The reviews for smoked seem to be hot and cold. Maybe we caught them on a hot night or maybe the weak reviews are harsh. The food was excellent. Our server, Maddi, was excellent. The drinks were very good. The vibe was just what we were looking for-- Classy and not cramped. The nearest patrons were 15 feet away, so our conversation was private. I had the lamb ribs, she had crabcakes. Both were excellent. We would definitely go back.

Danielle P.

Yelp
Food: 5 Customer Service: 5 Ambience: 5 Location/ Parking: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Reservations: Yes This restaurant is situated in the heart of main street of downtown Columbia SC and and near the state capitol. The decor is a stunning mix, luxury, and modernity. Every table provides a clear view of one of many different bars within this restaurant. I strongly recommend reservations because this restaurant is still fairly new, and it stays busy pretty much every day. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to everyone. I would recommend people to review their menu before making reservations, because their prices are based on high end value items such as oyster, halibut, aged steaks, etc. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The chefs use the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are simply delightful. The restaurant also offers a wonderful drink menu, and they offer one of the best wines in the region. The drinks are pricey but surely worth sampling. This was definitely a fine dining experience and we truly enjoyed everything we ordered! I would highly recommend it to friends and family members who want a great experience!! I'm sure that we will be back in near future.

Maritza R.

Yelp
My wife and I went to Smoked to see what the hype was about. The food was mediocre. The daily special for the evening was sold out. The coke we bought was flat. The food was bland to say the least. The service was okay. The waitress had to keep apologizing for things not being what it was hyped up to be. The seafood dip was the hit of the evening. The ambiance was good. They couldn't pay us to go back. We spent $150 dollars for food that was maybe worth $50.

Triana R.

Yelp
The reason why we gave 3 stars is due to their service -- otherwise I would've given it a 1. Our server Jones was exceptional, kind, and patient. We came in as a family of four, traveling from Augusta (1.5 hours one-way) to mix it up for a weekend. We intended to eat at Hendrix next door, but they were closed for the weekend. We gave Smoked a shot since it was next door. Although we were not expecting any accommodations for children's meals, Jones went out of his way to ask the kitchen staff if they provided any kid-friendly meal (I.e, chicken tenders and fries for $18). Out of everything we ate, we only enjoyed the seafood dip. The ribeye my husband ordered was ordinary and less exceptional than Texas Roadhouse. My lamb ribs were extremely overcooked. My son who ordered the lobster mac and cheese, only got a pinky's worth of lobster, which costed us $25 (wow!). Outside of Jones' service, we were not impressed with the quality of food given the price point.

Sandria T.

Yelp
Food and service is amazing. Oysters are the best in town. Cocktails are unique and delicious.

Victor G.

Yelp
Not for us... won't be back. I'm sure it's fine for a place to get a specialty cocktail and apps but can't recommend the place. Appetizers of smoked seafood dip and steak tartare were good. The mains not so good. Had a filet mignon which was perfectly cooked but the sides were mediocre. The Parmesan grilled smoked asparagus was nothing more than what seemed to be steamed asparagus. The stuffed chicken breast was minuscule served with some broccoli that looked like leftovers from the prior day. Service was good, and the server offered to make some corrections but we declined. Last was some sort of fried curried kale and other greens with rice. Tasty but unfortunately nothing to go back for. Dinner for 3, two appetizers and one beer $200 before tip.

Laurie P.

Yelp
Excited to try Smoke after such good reviews, but unfortunately we must have caught them on a bad night. After waiting over an hour for our meal the temperature on all 3 steaks was off. Steaks were cooked correctly but cold. The burnt ends were not rendered down enough. The only bright spot to the meal was the lobster Mac and cheese that was cooked perfectly and the company I was with. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Samantha S.

Yelp
This is definitely one of my go-to spots in Columbia. The food is always freshly prepared, the drinks are always delicious and I love the different seating options. Highly recommend. Perfect for a date night or girls' outing. The service is always top notch.

Meagan J.

Yelp
Very beautiful ambiance. It's sexy, modern, cozy, yet fun. Great space for a birthday dinner or date night. I went for a birthday dinner and had a great experience. Our server was awesome. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and was very attentive. The food was beautifully displayed and the portions were perfect.

LaShanta H.

Yelp
I did a food and wine event there in late September 2023. The event cost $60. You only got 4 oysters with various toppings. You DO get lots and lots of wine. But there should be much more food offered. They should have at least 3 of each of the types of oysters. I left very hungry.

Pete A.

Yelp
Visually stunning restaurant. I stopped in for the Smoked Burnt Ends and a cocktail. Service at the bar by Christian's was great. She had lots of energy and a polite energetic way about her. I will try this place again for dinner or Happy hour. It's got a great vibe.

Jennifer H.

Yelp
Charming, sophisticated bar off main st. Food is excellent! We ordered oysters, pork belly, and tuna tartar. Our bartender Cassidy was such a delight! She made us her espresso martini and I would travel all the way back from Boston all for her martinis - its that fabulous!! I highly recommend ordering Cassidy's Espresso Martini!

Sam W.

Yelp
Stopped in Columbia on our way to N.C. and decided to have dinner at Smoked because it was highly rated on Yelp. It has since lost a star, understandably so. We had an underwhelming meal, the preparations and presentation were bland. The service was on par with Appleby's or Red Lobster. For the prices they're charging, they need to step up their game in every regard by 1,000%. The owners should look at what Lula Drake a few doors down is doing and try to emulate them as far as service and quality goes.

Went to lunch here after army graduation and it was amazing! The food was delicious, friendly staff and the whole restaurant is tastefully decorated inside and out! The cocktails are picture perfect and very unique. We will definitely eat here again when we visit Columbia
