Smokehouse 52 BBQ - Saline

We went here for Mother's Day and my family of 5 all enjoyed our amazing BBQ pork, brisket, ribs, and chicken and waffles! The service was outstanding and our waitress kept up with refilling our waters while bringing our food and sides out quickly and consistently, even on a busy Mother's Day during lunch time! We always enjoy going here for the best BBQ around. Also, their Mac and Cheese is a MUST TRY, it is so cheesy, flavorful and delicious!

This place is great! I got “The Enthusiast” with fries and smoked sausage for my two sides. That smoked sausage yo! Kelsy was our server and did a superb job. Even though the place was packed, our drinks and food all arrived in a timely manner. I ended up eating the meat from the entree for the next two days with my eggs in the morning. I’ll be going back for sure!

Amazing place!! Food was absolutely delicious! succulent pork! and looked stunning!! Our waitress Rhonda was amazing and so very helpful!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or even out of the area to take a trip and stop by!! Will 100% be going back!!! Highly recommend the candied bacon dessert!!

Really good BBQ place. Had a really modern feel and the food was really good. Didn't really have a long wait at all even on a weekend. Parking can be tough downtown but you may just have to walk a little way. Service was good and prices were pretty decent for the quality.

Smokehouse 52 is a great restaurant. My friends know the owner as a very kind and friendly man who is always happy to talk with them when they come in. The items on the menu are amazing and the size of the portions are really good. The place is always clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and well trained. The menu is a tad pricey but that's what you get for well made barbeque and home made sauces.

We debated giving 3 or 4 stars and decided to give four because our service by Lee and a brand new waitress was amazing. I strongly recommend sitting in the bar area because the noise level is extremely loud. So loud we were going to leave, but chose to be seated in the bar area. We ordered the quesadillas for an appetizer. They looked so good but with sauce on top, it made them too messy to eat so next time I would ask for the sauce on the side. My husband ordered a hamburger and he raved about the french fries. I ordered the Plg Mac. It was cold, sent it back abd still came out cold. The manager only charged us half price for it, which is kind, but we took it home to zap it and enjoy later. The margaritas are amazing! Handmade per order with their own muddled juices from lemons, limes and oranges. If the food would have been hot, we would give 5 stars.

The food was not as good as I thought it was going to be. The barbecue sauce that was supposed to be super hot was mild, alarm 52 was a big disappointment it was very mild. The brisket was very tender.

The BBQ Pulled Chicken with Pit Beans and Signature Mac (pictured) was to die for, as it always is. Never too dry, never overdone, the meat here is always served at top standard, no exception. The ladies and gents in charge of making and serving your food are always cheerful and personable, the kind of people you feel comfortable calling by name. A full service bar lets you eat wherever you want. Come try their saline location, it’s the best around.
