Smokers Delight BBQ LLC

I would give negative stars if I could. I used Smokers Delight BBQ to cater a party of 75 on July 5th and was quoted $1076.25 plus a $40 delivery fee. I requested chicken, ribs, and green beans. The food was delivered at 2:15 which was great for our party that started at 3. I put one of the pans on the buffet and the top wasn't secured so it fell open and so did my mouth. The pan was no where near full (see pics below). I immediately ran upstairs to see the rest of the food the delivery person brought in and all the pans looked bare. The delivery person even said "oh no". I asked if she could have the owner Keisha call me because this couldn't be right. Keisha called and was argumentative. She told me that's enough food to feed 75 people because not everyone eats both chicken and ribs. I informed her that I specifically came in the restaurant and spoke to Brian the chef/owner letting him know that I wanted to make sure there was enough food and if I needed to add more food and pay I will. He assured me that what I requested was fine. Keisha then said Brian didn't communicate the conversation we had to her and that she told the kitchen what was needed but contradicted herself later when she said Brian packed the food. I ended up getting chicken and ribs from another BBQ place (The Rolling Rib) who provided excellent service and a great amount of flavorful food. As I recovered from the lack of food, I finally sat down to eat one of the few ribs that was delivered and some green beans. I couldn't even bite down on the green beans. It lacked flavor and I couldn't even break the outside of it to chew. I had a few complaints from the early party goers about the ribs being a bit salty and the green beans being like gum (wouldn't break down). I immediately emailed Keisha and said I'd like a full refund because this ruined my dad's party. Not only did they attempt to pass off 50 pieces of chicken by breaking it up into 3 pans, it also tasted like it was reheated. If you're looking for quality, flavorful food worth $1076.25 don't waste time with Smokers Delight BBQ. I requested a refund and the owner Brian said we received the proper amount of food for the money. They lack accountability and integrity. Do the pictures look like $1076.25 worth of food? DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!

When I moved to White Plains in January, Smokers Delight BBQ was one of the three best restaurants in White Plains per reviews I found. After trying it for the first time today, I can easily say it is the best BBQ shop in the area. I ordered the Smoked Chicken Plate with Green Beans and Mac & Cheese, the Rib Plate with Baked Beans and Yams, and a side of Coleslaw. The ribs were fantastic. They had a lot of flavor and were easy to eat without a lot of mess. Both the yams and baked beans were sweet which is how I prefer both of these items so I was very happy. The green beans were a bit salty but otherwise had a lot of flavor and I enjoyed them as well. The coleslaw had a nice chipotle ranch dressing mixed in that had enough flavor and wasn't dry at all. The Mac and cheese was okay. I think it could have had a little more cheese on top or had a little BBQ sauce mixed in for flavor. The chicken was my least favorite item but that could be due to it being cold as it was the last thing I got to eat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall I'll definitely be back for more items in the future.

Our first time and we really enjoyed the food. The smoked chicken was my favorite. The ribs were tender and delicious. I liked the mac and cheese, string beans, and yams. The catfish bites were good. I would definitely order again.

Wow! The food here was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and kind. The chef even gave us a sample of the brisket they just pulled off the smoker. 10/10 recommend coming here!

I visited Smoker's Delight BBQ today. Let me first say thank you for the amazing customer service I received from the owner's son. He had a lively personality, respectful, and confident! He tooted his own horn about making the shrimp batter today and it was delicious. Shrimp was fried golden brown and not overcooked. Jumbo wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Collard greens and Mac and cheese were good too. I also tried the hot honey sauce...if you like a little kick, you will enjoy it, not overpowering but just enough to taste it. I always appreciate the friendliness and great customer when I order.

Let me tell you something. This is real BBQ. The ribs are delicious. Customer service is excellent. Owner is personable and talk to us about the dishes I had questions on. If you are in the area Smokers Delight BBQ is a must have. I ordered the whiting and chicken combo. I got so much food I could eat tomorrow. The yams are a-mazing. The chicken and fish were so good. I can’t say enough about the food. This is my new go to for BBQ spot. I wish I could give them more stars. I am from NC and the pulled Pork is the truth. We could smell the smoker when we pulled in the parking lot.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I did a pick up order Saturday. I had ribs brisket yams & Mac and cheese all were good and flavorful except the brisket was full of fat. I mean I could only eat little tid bits of it. I’ve had brisket plenty of places and never had to pick thru a ton of fat. If I paid $30+ dollars for food I would like a little more meat from the brisket. They also forget the bbq on the side but other than that food was good.

Someone said smokers are in the house! 🔥 Omg, I love me some BBQ, and I was so excited to try this spot! When I say I thought this was pit master food, believe me, it did not disappoint! From the ribs, chicken, shrimp, to the Mac ‘n cheese – everything was on point. 🍖🍗🍤🧀 The portions are generous, so if you’re trying to “unbig” that back, make this your cheat day meal in your monthly rotation. 😋 Just be ready for some serious indulgence! I’m still dying to try their desserts if they ever stop selling out! 🍰 This place totally lived up to the hype. Can’t wait to come back for more smoky, delicious goodness. 🔥💫
