Absolute shocking service from this place. We ordered our food from the counter and was given a buzzer to know when food is ready to collect. We sat where we could see the counter so it was not to far away. After around 10 minutes i thought i would wonder over to see if our order was ready as the buzzer did not buzz. As i approached the counter i noticed that there were two trays of food just sitting there, i asked if it was our order? He said yes, that he had buzzed us, and also tried to locate us. Any way we took the food to our table. The food looked nice, but unfortunately the food was stone cold. I took the food back to the counter to explain it was cold. The guy snatched the trays and threw the food in the bin, saying that he will cook some more. I immediately told him not to bother and to refund my money. He messed around with the till and then gave me a receipt saying that my money will be refunded back to my card within a couple of days. Well!! i'm still waiting and its been a couple of months now. I've emailed and tried to ring the number on the receipt. I'm going to have to put this down as $37 dollars loss.
