Some people like the saucy style of BBQ, which is what they do here. I prefer a dry rub, visible smoke ring on my meat and more bite rather than fall-off-the-bone texture. I didn't get much smoke from any of the meats we ordered (ribs, brisket, sausage, chicken). Portions are enormous, with generous sides. Fries and coleslaw were good, mac and cheese on the bland side.
