Bogotá’s Best Bars, Clubs, and Nightlife For Drinking and Salsa Dancing | Eater

"This bohemian blues, rock, and jazz bar and burger joint is located inside of a colonial two-story house in the arty La Macarena area. A good spot for a more relaxing night with classic bourbon or tequila cocktails. Try the Foxy Lady — rum, gin, kiwi, mint, and lemon — or if you want something strong and bourbon-based, the namesake Smoking Molly. Hungry? The burger is a fine bet. The bar hosts local bands regularly, and the occasional standup comedy open mic." - Ana Luisa González Pinzón

Truly excellent Jazz performance (Nina Simone tribute) and atmosphere. Great Mojitos! Burgers are good, but please do something about the overcooked fries. Maybe thick cut or little potatoe chunks. Both myself and my gringo friend thought they were overcooked and too crispy so 5 stars - 1 for the fries.

Amazing vibe, the live band is amazing, people got really focused enjoying the performance. Perfect place to enjoy some jazz & blues in Bogotá. On the not that bright side the cocktails hardly had some liquor on them.

Cool bar to listen some live music. I ordered the ribs and they were perfectly smoked and delicious. The place has some neat decorations too. The cover for the concert was 25,000 pesos. One regret: I wish that their drink menu would offer a larger beer selection, as there was only one choice for draft, and only Corona, Budweiser and Colombia in bottles. Unfortunately that's a problem that's common with most bars/clubs in this country. But from time to time, it'd be nice to drink an IPA... Despite that, I will be back for sure.

Really cool looking jazz club, excellent burgers, music was ok, I went on Thursday night it was not very busy. Entry price varies by night and band. 4 stars for burgers and atmosphere.

This place was missing half the menu, the wait for food took a long time, only to receive cold food when it did arrive. Went to see a band play, the music was good. I felt bad for the artists, only about 10-14, probably cuz the food is terrible.

What a wonderful place! It can be noisy sometimes, mostly because of the love music they have every night from Wednesday to Saturday (and sometimes Saturday afternoon too), but that's part of the charm for some people, and the noisy part is just one side of the experience, food is delicious, service is fantastic, and price is not cheap but for the quality is fair. I had the Creole Molly, a beef patty with Mexican pico de gallo (here it means a mix of lettuce, tomato, and a little cilantro chopped and salted), mashed avocado, bacon, fried egg, and gouda cheese, all in a brioche bun and with a side of homemade cajun fries included in the price; a great combination, mix of the American burger experience with some tweaks Latin American style. Whatever you order, be sure to try the fries, fresh and crunchy is just the beginning of the feeling eating those

I was there on an evening with a live performance of a jazz band. They were very good and worth the cover charge of 35.000 COP. The atmosphere in the bar was cozy and nice, the service was okay but the food wasn't. Okay Burger accompanied by overdone fries, uneatable, hard as stone. Unfortunately the same fries were delivered later to other persons, so it was not a one time accident.
