I ordered two salads & a smoothie. The Ooo Wee for me and the Giddy Up for my brother. I was able to ease my fork over & taste his. Both salads were AMAZING. The Fresh ingredients, an even bigger taste, with Eco friendly packaging. I love this for our area! The smoothie was a TN Sunset that was truly refreshing on this hot day.

I've stopped by several times to get some smoothies, salads & oats. The "red, white, & blue" oats are hands down the best! I've gotten a few "off" the menu smoothies- Grndszn & The Enforcer, both delicious made the Smo way! Smo & SB are so passionate about everyone's health & genuinely love their customers! Everyone is Kinfoke when they stop here! 🤙🏼

I have enjoyed every single salad, overnight oats, smoothy and juice I have purchased, the food is amazingly delicious and you can’t beat the knowledge and courteous service they offer! I hope this turns into a brick and mortar business for us!

Everything on this menu tastes amazing! Never thought healthy could taste so good, energize you and be good for you all at the same time. It’s all about learning to live a healthier lifestyle and I encourage everyone to at least give it a try. Many different options to choose from. Soups, salads, treats and smoothies are absolutely packed full of flavor. Phenomenal! You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing customer service and great people overall! Very knowledgeable when it comes to the health food industry. Oh and can’t forget the food is absolutely delicious! (Especially the overnight oats and smoothies)

Best food around town! Not only is it delicious but you can eat it while feeling guilt free. Make sure you give the Smozenberry Smoothie a try it’s a personal favorite!!
