This salmon wrap was so good! Very simple but had a lot of flavor. The smoothie was delicious & refreshing. The establishment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner is personable & funny. The service was fast. I can't wait to go back & try more!!

We prepaid him for our church event and he left before supposed to. He didn’t supply even have the drinks he was paid for. He should give our church a refund out of a good faith. Will never use again.

Great family/black owned business in McDonough! Smooth n Groove had a lot of great options from smoothies, smoothie bowls, fresh pressed juices, and food options. The owner Keon was super friendly and welcoming. This was the perfect post-workout grab n go. Even the kids enjoyed it! Would highly recommend - can’t wait to go back!

Went to this place on a whim and glad I did! You will definitely dance when drinking it! We got the 2 step turkey melt, hustle smoothie and running man smoothie! You definitely won't be disappointed! They only take cards! No cash
