Just picked up my race number for the Polar Opposite and wanted a smoothie. Walked around the plaza and found this place. AWESOME smoothie. I got the Running Man and my daughter got the Nae nae. She loved hers also. The owners were very friendly. Great experience. Will have to come back and try other menu items.

Just got a smoothie from there! The people were super nice and friendly. This is a little sweeet for me so next time I may ask for less juice but overall I like it!

I love this place. Been twice and got the same smoothie and it was excellent each time. The team working there has always been nice and friendly. I’m used to paying same price or more at big smoothie chains and the drinks at those places are inconsistent and can be disappointing. I don’t think I’ll have that problem here. The attention to detail is better and it’s a small business so it’s a win win. The location is also easy to get in and out of even if you’re not seeing a movie or shopping—they’re right by the escalators and it’s easy to park (free!) and hop right upstairs. Will definitely be back to try food sometime!

I had the pleasure of dining at smooth n groove after watching an amazing documentary film . The smoothies were really good (best I had in Atlanta ) and I must say the wrap I had yesterday !!! Truly was the best wrap . Fresh and seasoned !! Amazing customer service as well . Will definitely be back

This salmon wrap was so good! Very simple but had a lot of flavor. The smoothie was delicious & refreshing. The establishment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner is personable & funny. The service was fast. I can't wait to go back & try more!!
