The girl in the is not nice at all! We are tourists and there was a misunderstanding in the order and the girl can’t handle this I ask for the small cup (20oz) in the end she charged me the medium one (32oz) And give the medium when I ask for the small She made faces at us. The only plus is the smoothie is good

Had the pleasure of coming in today loved the customer service & quality of my smoothie. Will be back !

This place was my go-to but my last 2 smoothies here have been disgusting. I have also filed complaints to Smoothie King through the website they commented below for me to reach out to. No one has reached out to me from either of my sent in surveys to the website listed below. Waste of time and money.

Quick experience here great smoothie, nothing too big to complain about wish they had a tiny bit more seating, but it’s not a big deal.

Q and her team go above and beyond! My daughter and I were visiting from Arkansas and they were so helpful and friendly! To the point I came back the next day for another toast and smoothie! If you’re in the area, go and kiki with them, they’ll give you smiles and great smoothies and toast!!!!

Best smoothie (bowl) ever!

The employees at this location, for some unknown reason, seem to resent customers. Every time I walk in, I have to encounter the rudest people behind the counter. People who ignore me, roll their eyes after I order, and refuse to even say a word to me. I am polite, friendly, and order a regular menu item, but the presence of a customer seems to be an unbearable burden for these employees. The man working at 12:30pm on 9/21/25 has truly the worst attitude I’ve encountered. Deeply rude and unpleasant every time I visit.
