I recently went to this Smoothie King location with a co-worker for $5 Friday. When we have gone in the past, service has been a highlight. However, when we went today it was far from it. First, we waited an extended period of time for our order while those who ordered after us were served. Once the first part of our order was completed, we discovered that it was made incorrectly. After pointing this out, we were told that "they are the same thing" and it would not be re-made (shocker, they weren't the same). Meanwhile, we pointed out that the second part of our order had been sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes while other smoothies were blended before. When we pointed this out, even more smoothies that were ordered after ours were blended. Mistakes happen, but when employees are rude and inconsiderate of customers, it turns customers off.
