Smuggler's Cove

Had dinner at Smugglers Cove while spending the weekend skiing at Camelback Resort, and I’m so glad we stopped in! The Chesapeake Bay soup, oysters, and Alfredo Royale were all fantastic, and the cocktails were great too. Big thanks to our server Michelle for her excellent service. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Food: The food was astronomical. So many options, it’s almost impossible to choose and everything tastes differently and it makes you want to order everything. I tried so many dishes, this review would be bottomless if I list them all. To name a few, I ordered regular fries and truffle fries and tasted the difference. The truffle fries had a lot more flavor than the regular. Fun fact about truffles, they are mushrooms. Why is that important? Because fun fact number 2: a kilogram of truffles is worth more than a kilogram of solid GOLD. Don’t worry, the fries are just sprinkled in truffle so they don’t cost as much as gold, and they are definitely on the “to do” list. I also recommend anything with see food including alligator bites. You read right. They serve alligator meat, and it tastes really good. Heads up though, it’s hard to cut do you have to pull it apart instead of trying to bite off a piece. Service: Susan was really nice and gave us a lot of advice for what to order and checked in often. Compliments to her and the chef! Atmosphere: Kind of feels like when you go into a middle age tavern or diner. Very calm and nice, but the cameras and speakers and music broke me out of my day dream and reminded me that I’m in the 21st century.

My husband ordered $100 Tomahawk steak. They brought it out and he tasted it. He asked me to try it. We both said it was kind of funky tasting. I asked the waitress to see if the steak was aged or cooked in wine. Because, that will often make food taste odd. She came out and replied. “The cook said no the steaks had just arrived that morning.”The steak tasted bad like it was rancid. I ordered the Chilean Sea bass. I think, they sent the stripper instead. It was dry from being overcooked and my mashed potatoes that came with the meal were cold. The conch fritters were not worth trying. The bits of shellfish were extremely chewy not prepared well at all. The alligator was different. Though, I expected it to be. The best thing we had that evening was the calamari. Although it was lukewarm when it arrived at the table. We ended up leaving everything. Paying for half the check because my husband did not want leave there without some kind of payment for the transaction. I do not recommend this establishment. Very disappointed.

What are fun surprise of a restaurant! It's definitely a townie kind of place that looks it's age, but with very delicious food. The only let down was the service. Stood at the host stand with 3 people behind it for a couple minutes before we were even acknowledged. Our server was a bit slow, and after food was dropped, didn't show back up until we were done. Everything we are was very very delicious. Not what I expected in the middle of Pennsylvania. The oysters were slightly dried out because I'm sure they were shucked ahead of time for the dinner rush. Would like to see a mignonette with them though. Alligator was a bit tough but very good. I would recommend if you are in the area.

To start it was our anniversary today and my husband made reservations letting them know as such. We sat outside which was a nice atmosphere all around. And that is about all I can say nice. Diner for 2 ... 160 dollars with tip no fancy drinks etc. Jumbo mozzarella sticks were very good marinara was nice... asked the waitress if the house salad had carrots as I'm very allergic she said no and out comes the salad filled visibly with carrots... no cheese no croutons essentially lettuce and carrots. Dressing super watered down no big deal I didn't eat the salad my husband did. I ordered the Alfredo royal looked like someone half chewed up my lobster and spit it out no flavor. My husband got the French onion soup which tasted what I imagine pizza soup to be even smelled like pizza but absolutely tasteless. Then he got 14oz prime rib medium rare just look at the photo we had to take it home so I can do something with it at all. Absolutely 0 seasoning and looks as though it was boiled in a pot of water it was gray and just nasty. I've never seen a 40 some dollar steak look like that. Despite all this didn't even offer drink refills or make any extra effort considering we told them it was our anniversary. To say highly disappointed is an understatement. Ended up going to wendys after so we could at least eat something edible. Save your money people

This place is amazing the food delicious and the service impeccable. I definitely recommend it. The oysters were fresh and delicious. The seafood gumbo wow it had plenty of seafood. The best lobster roll have had.

Good evening Google Family. I visited for the very first time today. I found this wonderful place on Google. I was looking for a seafood place and this turned out to be a GOLD MINE!!! What a FIND!!! I am so excited that I found this location on Google. After the fiasco at Seafood Heaven, Smuggler's Cove is heaven-sent. I started taking photos as soon as I got out of the car. The young male seated me and then I told him I wanted to take pictures of this wonderful place. It reminds me of a movie. Then I finally sat down. My server was Joe, who turned out to be the BOMB!! Joe was so kind, patient and so attentive to my every need. I ordered an appetizer to start out with. Broiled stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat and then I ordered for my entree, chicken francaise. Both dishes were delicious!!! I also received the salad bar as one of my sides. I could eat here every day. I was wondering where everyone was, meaning other customers. . It was pretty empty when I was there. Everyone started coming in when I left. I visited the rest room and it was very clean and neat. Also Smuggler's Cove is larger on the inside then it looks outside. I had a terrific dining experience here and I would certainly, you can bet on it, I will definitely return. Our first time here, it was our Anniversary and so loved everything. Our waiter Joe was the best, he made sure we didn't need anything or let our drinks empty. On point with everything and definitely will be back.

Ambiance- Dined in the outdoor area. Nice and I would give it 4 STARS. Service- The server was polite, tried his best to offer good service but he did fall short in several areas. First he didn't have a silverware set on the table and took a long time getting them while the food was on the table. Two- He brought tea cup sized plates for us to eat our appetizers on. Had to ask for larger plates when the entree arrived. He was a pleasant and congenial person and a good conversationalist. 4 STARS Food- The food was definitely not the star of this meal. The appetizer of fried calamari was definitely frozen and deep fried in much to much oil. The broiled seafood had 2 of the 5 mussels completely closed and not edible. They should not have been on the plate, especially at this price point. ($43.00) The scallops, shrimps and lobster tail were overcooked and rubbery. The 2 clams especially were very salty as was the entire meal. The onion rings (1 of 2 side dishes) were fused together into one solid heap. The other side dish, baked potato looked to have been under a hot lamp drying it out. The food was very disappointing and not worth the price paid 1.5 STARS.

This place was pretty decent. They have coupons in local tourist books for a free appetizer or dessert, which is a good value add if you can find one. We went when it was almost empty, but we had to wait a while to order because the waitress was chit chatting with what seemed to be regulars. We got the steamed clams which was a good serving and delectable when dipped in butter. For entrees, they have decent options including daily specials. I wanted to try the prime rib which was tender and juicy. They also had a special of shrimp 3 ways, so we share coconut, blackened, and scampi. Those were all great. The sides were as expected. There is a small salad bar that can count for one of the sides, and it's a nice way to customize to your liking. The interior is a bit dated, but the bathrooms were nice and there was plenty of parking. For a decently priced dinner with a good variety of options for everyone, this was pretty good.

We came here on a Friday night after not being here for awhile. I had been seeing many enticing ads about how they updated their salad bar. We set at the bar and ordered drinks. I was pleased to see they had seafood specials for Fri & Sat and we both ordered the Twin lobster tails at $29.99 ($10 less than normal). My husband and I got the salad bar, and he ordered a baked potato while I ordered broccoli as our second side. We were seated at the bar and both grossed out that they kept bringing dirty dishes to the bar instead of putting them in a place out of sight-- or heaven forbid, in the kitchen! Yuck- not appropriate. Anyway we went to the salad bar which looked exactly as it had in years past, except there were new bowls and tongs! The offerings didn't change! When we got our meals, I had broccoli (which was nicely steamed and not mushy) but my husband didn't get his potato. It was when we asked about it that we found out that the salad bar now counts as two sides! So they gave me the broccoli as an apology for the miscommunication. The lobster tails were delicious and the side of melted butter was hot, so that was good. The server was pleasant too. I'm not sure how soon we'll go back though.

Went there years ago and it was a wonderful experience. Went last week for a family event. Will never go back. Food was not good at all. Service was bad and prices were way over priced. Is the restaurant under new management?

Ambiance was nice but a little dark some of my party had difficulty reading the menu the menu. We requested a candle for the table. The food was a mix of good and average. The calamari was crispy and plentiful. The thickness of the roll, overpowered the taste of the lobster. The seafood melt was smothered with shredded cheese which impacted the delicious taste of the crab, scallop, etc. Great service. Our waitress was attentive and nice.

Not bad, service was top notch, the hot wings were mild/medium at best. Side salad a little skimpy. Others enjoyed the seafood ( lobster, crab legs) . So strictly seafood probably a 4 star

Wonderful experience! Being from out of the area, we were concerned by some mixed reviews; apparently we were among the many fortunate to have a positive experience. Our server was a real sweetheart and that always seals the deal for us. Wish I had gotten her name. Food was excellent. Food was everything we had hoped for. I had the crab pot. Plentiful and perfectly cooked and seasoned. (Just suggest they offer some sort of designated dish to deposit shells.) My husband had a steak and loved it. Owner or manager came around to see if we were satisfied with everything. We were very pleased that we had chosen them to celebrate our 45th anniversary! (Pleasant, rustic ambiance, but considering our honeymoon was in a log cabin in West Virginia, it was perfect!)

It's was fine. Average meal without being anything special. Our server was very nice and offered suggestions on meal selection and drink specials. However, everything was very slow. Yes it was busy but our server wasn't attentive. Drinks went unfilled and we were halfway through our meal before she ever check in after the food runner dropped our food. I do always love the decor of a seafood place. We had a nice time but don't think I would come back.

We've eaten here many times in the past and have always been pleased with our meal. But this time, I'm not sure what's going on with the quality of the food. Firstly I ordered unsweetened iced tea...awful!! It was so watered down that it was tasteless. One of the sides I ordered with my entree was a side salad.....again, awful. The lettuce was soggy and wilted; the blue cheese dressing tasted like it had been altered. So disappointing. In the past the salad bar was offered as a side; it seems that is not an option. Barramundi was moist and.well prepared. Baked potato was cooked well also. Our waiter was very attentive and accommodating. I guess we'd have to give it another try . I believe that the rumor mill implied that there were new owners. Not certain if that is the case though.

We have been away for a while but we had to get to Smuggler's Cove for November's Buster Crab Days! The food was terrific! The corn and crab chowder was so good I bought ten containers to take home!! Michelle was our waitress and she was friendly, knowledgable and did everything she could to make our dining experience a great one. Darren was the host and was also super friendly and also very concerned we were enjoying ourselves. Great job Smuggler's Cove!

Tons of space for groups, plenty of regular seating and even a bar area seating. Great variety of food and everything is very good. Service was exceptional. Great experience. Thank you!!

The atmosphere is fun enough. About what you would expect from a fish spot in Baltimore. Makes you feel like you're on vacation. Service is seriously solid, attentive, and able to answer any menu questions. As for the food, the crab and oysters were lovely. I got the french dip, and it was somehow still dry. I blame myself for not getting seafood at the seafood place. Stick to the ocean, and you'll be solid. I'll be coming back to try more.

Been here awhile ago and seafood was ok. Thought I would try it again. We ordered Lobster mac and cheese and Wagu burger. Burger was really salty on a stale roll. Mac and cheese was watery and very bland. Kind of expensive for what you get. Very disapointed.

Great service food was excellent.Great environment and very cozy.This is one of my favorite restaurants in the poconos.

Firstly, we got there before 5:00. There was two hostesses and only 2 couples ahead of us with many empty tables and it still took them 10 minutes to seat us. Our waiter did come quickly, took our drink order. He brought our drinks promptly and took our food order. However, that was the end of the good service. After our salad and soup came we ordered another glass of wine. The lobster bisque was the special for the day and it was awful. Our meals came and my scampi sauce was the worst I ever tasted. We were both done eating and never received the wine we ordered. We even asked another waitress to check for us since we hadn't seen our waiter. We definitely not be going back. The only good thing was my husband's stuffed shrimp.

I've lived in this area for over 20 years and have visited this establishment a few times, they have updated the inside a bit and it's comfortable enough to sit down and have a meal, the food is okay, we ordered mozzarella sticks and were cold when we got them, I had a soft shell crab sandwich and it wasn't all that, it had very little taste to it, not how it is described in the menu at all, my wife had the seafood risotto which surprisingly was very tasty but was Luke warm, now when it comes to the service it has very little to be desired, in the hour and a half that we spent there the waitress came back only once to check on us, but we did notice that she was very attentive to all the other patrons that walked in after us who just so happened to be white and not hispanic like us, she also forgot the take out order we place with her that one time she went out of her way to check on us.

The service was not the best and the food was average but not enough to go back. I hope I never get another gift card. The place is spent, worn out, and not maintained. The seats are uncomfortable and worn and the table top was down to bare raw wood. There are refrigerators sitting empty in one of the dinning areas. It's time to close for a bit and take care of things.

1. The silverware should match as well as the plates 2. The hideous paper under the mismatched silverware is giving "diner" 3. All of the servers are sweating profusely at all times 4. Why are there no bus staff refilling our water, replacing used silverware or giving our sweaty servers a break? It seams like these servers are running around to tables everywhere. 5. The disgusting silver round cups we get served butter or tartar sauce in have remnants of call "health bureau" vibration. 6. Don't put out fake candles that never work. 7. Modify. 8. We'd like to watch the actual General and Assistant Manager Clean tables and humble themselves.

Food was delicious. Had a pound and a quarter lobster. Perfect choice. Hadn't been there in years. Glad we decided to go there again.

In town for some snow tubing and stopped in to eat with the kids ! We had kids burger, tenders fries , sides of broccoli and burgers for the adults Everything was very good ! The inside is very cozy, rustic and clean. We will be back when we are in town again .

i ordered a cali burger which was good. also tried the seafood which was fine, it was a bit pricey for what you got when it came to seafood. the service was relatively good, and the restaurant gave a very family vibe.

My companion had to look for a hostess to be seated. She left us with menus. We waited 25 minutes as 3 different wait staff walked past us multiple times, ignoring our signals, I have never in my 40+ years of hospitality service experience seen such disregard for a customer. We walked out.

Absolutely horrible place. The food is horrible. Gumbo? Puke. Let's talk about the staff. Total town rejects. The bar tender has NO one sitting at counter yet she walks around like she is too good work here. She doesn't offer to help the other staff (which is limited). The Bartender has a mental problem. Now my waitress. She comes then disappears for a long time. She seems aloof and is like a pinball in a machine. The hostess brought my food (cause my waitress was MIA) and I asked her for some extra tartar sauce. She replied with yes, BUT never came back. Hummmm. This place looks like it's ran by misfits. No wonder the reviews suck here!!

I am not new to Smuggler's Cove. Coming here is a must when we visit Great Wolf. The food is affordable and good quality for the price. Friday specials are awesome here. It looks like your typical seafood restaurant. The vibe is nice and the staff are friendly. The seasonings of the food taste great don't be shy to stop here it's definitely worth it. I left with a $103 bill before tip for a family of 4.

Just left there and not going back. We are local and like to go for the convenience. We usually get the salmon but they were out of it so I got the striped bass. When the bartender put it in front of me it smelled horrible. I don't know how the kitchen could have served that. It was disgusting. This is the third time they have served us bad fish. If you want to be known as a seafood restaurant you should serve fresh seafood. When the bartender took it back apparently the "chef" said he could smell it from across the line. Then after almost killing me they have the nerve to give us a check. Their customer service is worse than their food. My advice is if you go make sure you smell the seafood before you eat it. If it smells like ammonia..... send it back. Very disappointed.

I have been eating in this place for the last eight years and I went there last night with my husband. I ordered fried calamari. It was raw and rubbery and when I sent it back, they literally put it back on my plate after it was put in the microwave. My husband ordered linguine and vegetables. It was just boiled pasta and boiled vegetables put in a bowl no seasonings nothing I ordered a ribeye. It was the most disgusting steak I ever had in my life. We ordered stuffed mushrooms. They were so small. You cannot even see them on the plate and they were ice cold They put us in the back room. I swear they forgot about us. Very bad experience would never go back there nor would I ever recommend this place do not waste your money.

I found this spot while looking for something for dinner. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and sat at the bar. It took the bartender a while to get to me, I guess, because he was leaving. Nicki ended up taking over, and she was very nice. I started with the espresso martini, and it was good then I got wine. For my meal, I got the seafood Norfolk with crab, shrimp, and scallop with linguini. It came out and it looked good and tasted good minus the scallops. The scallops needed more seasoning. Also, they were supposed to put the seafood on the pasta. Instead I had to pour it on with a hot plate. Also the salad bar was pretty decent. Had a not so bad experience.

Table was dirty. I don't mean a few crumbs I mean dirty. I asked for an extra napkin to lay my plate on. I had eggplant Parm and it was a small portion and the spaghetti looked like it was from a hospital cafeteria. Check out the steak my friend ordered. It's grey! My other friend got risotto and there was a nice dead bug in the bottom. They gave her a new one to take home but didn't act like it was a big deal. The drinks were great and our server was nice. I just think the place is kinda dirty.

As one of my sides I ordered the salad bar. Not much available however it was tasty. You get rolls with butter. Rolls are tiny but good. Ribeye steak had alot of fat. Lobster tail was overcooked. Might go back again to try something else. It was just ok.

The food was really good and the service was great. The entire hostess and wait staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Horrifically bad food and drink , had to search for hostess upon arrival- the margarita was void if flavor and tequila. Seafood was wayyyy overdone , like to a point of killing it again. Oysters Rockefeller w ete not whole oysters just tint peices off something diced up...Filet had no grill or broil marks and was clearly cooked from frozen in its own ice. Server was very good . No human should every eat here

Smuggler's Cove is a suitable choice for a meal if you're coming off I-80, but when you're up against a slew of fast food spots, that's not stiff competition. I dropped in around 7:00 on a Sunday evening and got a seat at the bar. The place was busy, but it still took nearly 10 minutes to get the attention of a server. That said, service was pretty quick after, with my order of fish and chips fresh from the fryer. The fish (in a Yuengling beer batter) was hot, crisp, and tender with the chips (house made potato chips in place of the usual fries) crunchy and avoiding the inevitable burnt edges you find with most fresh chips. Pair with the zippy tartar sauce and it's a fine dish. Prices are a little higher than expected and service can use some definite improvement, but it's worth a stop if you're looking to avoid the usual fast food grease.

Very busy for late lunch. We both got the salad bar as one of two sides. Very good and fresh ingredients. Husband got an ice tea and I had coffee. Coffee weak and cold. I did ask at end for it to be taken off bill and they were nice about that. Service was not great. Not sure why but everyone was getting food and drinks before us. Maybe she was overwhelmed. Seafood Is not premium but ok. Maybe another server would have helped but she was nice enough but overwhelmed.

Service horrible. Food was OK. Server took 35 minutes to first approach our table. The took 20 minutes for starters and 40 minutes for dinner entrees. We never got our bread. Wouldn't be returning for another experience.

We went there because our friend really wanted the crab legs, which it turned out they were out of! She had coconut shrimp instead, which she thoroughly enjoyed. In fact, we ALL enjoyed our meals. I had a piece of grilled flounder & linguine with homemade sauce which was really good & I also had the salad bar (3 of us did). What made our meal even better was our server Christie, who was EXCEPTIONAL. Not only was she polite & friendly, but she was professional as well. When we go back I would most definitely ask to sit at one of her tables. We had a very good experience this evening. Thank you Christie.

I went here three years ago about and everything was amazing. The food, service, just everything. I was in the area again and was like I have to eat here cause I remembered how amazing it was last time. It took like 10 minutes to even seat us in a pretty empty restaurant. But I was willing to move past that! Then they seat us and pretty much forgot us. We waited 40 minutes for SOMEONE to even come take our drink orders. The restaurant had maybe two other tables full. It was empty! Servers would pass our table and literally not even look at us! We ended up just leaving and eating at the red lobster down the road. Honestly this was such a bad experience I will never eat here again and I will tell anybody who asks not to either. 0/10

We typically sit at the bar & ALWAYS have oysters before our meal. Oysters are WONDERFUL, as are the coconut shrimp. We get a steamed lobster (a biggie) and split it (3 to 3-1/2 lbs). It's always been AMAZINGLY yummy. Bar staff is friendly & attentive. Our last visit was not as good - we sat at a table & while the service was good, the meal was less than enjoyable (lobster was not cleaned). Since we've always been happy with the food, I'm going to assume it was an off-night, so will still rate it as a fun place to go with great seafood!

Where to start. Stopped for lunch on a Sunday and the line at the door gave us our first warning. Once we got to the desk the frazzled woman told us it would be 15-20 minutes before we could be seated because they only had one cook and two wait staff show up for work. We decided to have a drink while we discussed our options but there was no one working the bar. The menu was expensive and so we decided to leave for a different restaurant rather than wait for what was most likely a sub par expensive meal. The nearly empty restaurant looked very nice though.

Came here for a birthday dinner and ordered the swordfish special with baked potato and broccoli $27. The meal came out and the swordfish was on the small side. Had a bite and could tell it wasn't fresh. For the price and portion size I was expecting something better than what was served. Had the banana pudding for dessert , it was good. Nice looking place just disappointed with the quality of the fish. Brittney was my server and she was excellent!

Drinks were good, food was good. Service was fantastic. But my experience was truly saddened. During our visit, the owner came storming out of the back to address the bartender and was absolutely disrespectful to the bartender who was working so hard. This kind of interaction was so unprofessional and disrespectful. We felt so sorry for the bartender. He must have been completely embarrassed. The owner needs a true lesson on how to treat his employees, especially when around customers. It truly ruined our evening and made us feel uncomfortable just being there. To the bartender on duty we apologize you had to go through such and we hope you remain in good spirits. COVE STAFF GREAT JOB HANDLING THE SITUATION, COVE OWNERSHIP BIG THUMBS DOWN. ​

The only thing good about this place was our waitress. The calamari appetizer was ok at best, but the marinara sauce was chunky and tasteless. The chili sauce came right out of a jar. My wife's Seafood Norfolk was awful. The shrimp was tasteless, the crab slightly better, and the scallops tough and flavorless. The prime rib seemed to have been boiled and was tough. This place was good years ago, but has gone downhill for many years now. Had 2 bad experiences here a few years ago , but decided to give it 1 more chance. Still overpriced and second rate food. Last time getting burned here.

Casual comfortable place with ok food. Enough gluten free options to satisfy folks who require that. The food prep is more like a diner than an actual seafood restaurant, but the prices are reasonable and everything was "ok". Large with lots of seating. Not busy on the weeknight we stopped but I can see it being hopping on a weekend. Server nice, but busy leveling tables and fixing chairs so even though not many customers he did forget my wife's sides before running and we had to flag down someone else for drink refills. It's ok. I wouldn't protest if a friend wanted to stop here but won't go out of my way to return.

This place is a nice place to take friends and family. I have come here about four times. I have had: fried seafood platter (3 stars) tasted bland, a little watery (pre-packaged or frozen?) prime rib (3 stars) - tasted frozen and watery, good price as a special (Thursday) snapper dinner (3 stars) did not taste fresh nor prepared well. stuffed flounder (4 stars) over cooked but tasty and also quite expensive. I like the service every time and the place is clean and inviting. I feel that they have tons of potential. The chefs and cooks seem to lack the ability to execute these dishes well. The stuffed flounder was great but at $36 it is unaffordable.

Service staff is Excellent. So attentive, and really very lovely to speak to. Dinner was delicious & well priced. One of the best steaks I have had in a long time. If I could find anything to complain about, it did take a long time to get our meal after ordering, and some of it was cold when it did arrive at our table. If staff wasn't so terrific, I would have been really turned off by the long wait & cold food.

We have been going to Smugglers Cove since it opened up. Brought family and Grandkids there. We also like to go to Mount Airy Casino and stop for dinner. On 8/14/24 we stopped for dinner. It was a complete disaster from the minute we sat down. First of all, it took 15 minutes for a wait staff to arrive. He was young and not very well trained. No knowledge of drinks and disappeared for another 15 minutes or more with our drinks. My husband asked for a glass of Chianti and I got a lemon drop martini. We chose the salad bar as a side, and at 6:00 PM everything was almost empty and the tomatoes were ready for he garbage. Ordered the twin lobster tails with baked potato and my husband ordered a cheese burger with fries. A few apologies later about the long wait even though the restaurant was not crowded . Finally dinner comes and I received two brown looking smashed lobster tails that were inedible. My husband got no cheese on his burger and no fries. I asked to speak to the manager and she came over and was appalled at what came out of the kitchen. She said that there is a lot of new employees. I told her to tell the chef to try it.. It was a block of salt. with two brown, flattened tails. After another half hour, I received two perfectly cooked lobster tails but they forgot the potato which was no big deal. The bill totaled $92.78 and we gave the waiter 20% because it isn't his fault that he had no training. The one glass of Chianti that the waiter brought over was $22.00 on the bill.Nobody suggested comping our dinner, and on the way out, the manager took my phone # and apologized for the entire evening but I have not heard a word from anybody.It's a shame that a restaurant with a fine reputation is receiving one star reviews. I wish that I had taken a photo of the lobster, disgusting!

Second time the family ate at this restaurant. (Food was good the first time) Unfortunately we didn't even get to our food this time.... We waited 20 minutes after our drinks were delivered to our table and our waitress never returned... This was at normal lunch hours (12:30) on a dreary non-busy day.
