My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this dispensary — and we’re so glad we did! The customer service was above excellent. Ariana, our cashier, was absolutely the best. She was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in trying. The products here are hands down the least expensive and the best quality we’ve found. This place is definitely a hidden gem. We’ll be coming back every time we’re in the area!

The staff is excellent, quickly helped me out with an issue I was having. Thank you again Timothy! You can't beat the prices either, I was skeptical of what the product would be like because the price was so low. It was no different than any other place though, only half the price if not more. I am definitely only going here from now on. Don't forget to ask about the secret menue!!

Excellent service, great environment, and above all else, extremely communicative and empathetic. They listened, researched, and helped me get the perfect product for me, as I am extremely physically disabled. Also I would like to highlight how fluid and natural the vibes felt! It was like going to your friend for advice. 5 stars!

I was at at the Lowell store on Monday Oct. 20 and I want to start by saying EVERY employee that I have interacted with has been fantastic. They are always friendly, patient, and helpful and that is exactly why I keep going back to that location. On this specific night Kristin was the employee that assisted me, when she saw what I was buying she told me about the current sales going on so between that and (mostly) her giving me her personal opinion on certain items I was considering. She helped me save more than I thought possible and at the same time managed to talk me into a much bigger sale. She definitely went above and beyond so thank you to Kristin :-)

My girl is literally a 'kid in a candy store' she drives three hours to go to Smyths. Prices are unbeatable and the selection is endless. Help is knowledgeable and friendly

I’ve been going to Symths since they opened. Jake and Shawn are my favorite budtenders. They’re wicked good at their jobs they need recognition. They actually know the products!!!!!!! Also Jordan is awesome. I love how Symths has cheaper pre rolls that are better quality than anywhere else .

Such a nice place and good energy. Meledie helped my wife and I today and it was a great experience 🫶🏽

I wholeheartedly recommend checking out this super clean and funky dispensary I was greeted upon walking in by Berto (so sweet) and Sean (super kind) once inside we were greeted by all the staff! everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable I was lucky enough to have Ricardo help me, but Thomas and Jordan were great assists as I "window shopped" they all were super patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and made great suggestions!

6 stars. Professional, honest full of integrity and most important know how to deal with handicapped people

They sell flower that has bud rot and mold, they will not refund you. Hopefully the state can do something about them.

I recommend this establishment is a professionally ran team who are knowledgeable in the various products as well as people skills. That in itself is a fine reason to make one a returning customer .....

My favorite place for good value and great customer service. Parking here, or in particular taking the left turn into the lot if you coming from Tewksbury absolutely sucks but that's because Lowell drivers are literally the worst. I lived in Boston many years and Lowell drivers are worse than most down by the city. That said, I still visit here when I can and minimize the trips by stocking up. There stuff always works and that's why I keep coming back.

It sucks to sort because it's always a problem, none of the ones I chose have it.The first time the order was lost, it wasn't there and now it doesn't have anything I ordered.

This is my go to place when I'm in town to pick up some prerolls. I used to love their own brand, with the ceramic filter. So when I stopped in this time around, I picked up 4. These were all packed so tightly that it was impossible to get draw out of them. I took the filter out, that didn't help so I tore it open to smoke the flower in a one hitter. The flower was so densely packed, I needed to break it apart. The other brands of prerolls, with a paper tip smoked fine. I'm disappointed that I can't count on the Smyth brand anymore.

I adore Smyth and it remains my favorite dispensary nearby. They have awesome prices (occasionally they have $20 eighths and $4 prerolls pretax) and a good selection. I usually preorder but both the preorder and walk-in lines go quickly. Always well-staffed and the staff is so welcoming and helpful! They have kiosks to browse and order, and they also sell some accessories like papers and bongs. I've never had a bad experience. The only downside is the parking lot is hard to get into/out of and it fills up quick during busy periods. Overall highly recommend for a stoner on a budget.

Visiting family in Massachusetts from Honolulu I have been disappointed in the past with the flower from other dispensaries being dry and overpriced. Smyth Cannabis on the other-hand is absolutely amazing. My girl and I came back here 3 times in our two week stay grabbing over an ounce of different strains of flower. 10/10 for quality (everything was sticky, tasty and smoked amazing), service and price. I will be returning here everytime I visit.

Can't say anything negative here. It's a weed store and they have lots of options. People are friendly, of course.

I've been there few times. Very nice staff. And prices seem to be about the same as other dispensaries in the area. But would be great if the customers leaving would read the sign "NO LEFT TURN" If you cause a accident in doing so then you could hurt it for the rest of us.

Amazing place!! I highly recommend for anyone!! I dealt with one of the managers Nick earlier, and let me tell you, he goes above and beyond for his customers! They have a huge selection that is definitely worth every cent you will spend here!

Everyone who works there is honestly a sweetheart and the prices are very reasonable. The negatives about this place is service is slow an the parking lot is so small there's probably 2 to 3 accidents a week in the lot. Sometimes I have to drive around a lot for 10 minutes until I just give up. It used to be very convenient to stop by for the friendly staff and the prices but it's just too much of an inconvenience to search for a spot for 10- 15 minutes and wait in line for 25 -30 minutes.

Good prices and selection but the staff is sort of rude. I've had a couple experiences with staff that have no customer service skills whatsoever ever

They have great competitive prices but why can't the sales associates not receive tips like so many other dispensaries? How does that hurt the owner? They deserve to be able to get gratuity especially the pleasant ones with great personality. Work on that

Their prices are amazing and the staff is great. everything about this dispensary is soooo goood. but when u go to pay, and put ur pin in, the keys on the pinpad don't work... then u keep trying to put ur pin in over and over... ur card gets locked and u cant do anything abt it. leaving in dispare... no weed, no functional debit card, only pain and agony.

You don't have to place a pre-order, they give you the option to place an order on their kiosk and pick it up right away! if your looking for nice high quality affordable smokes, this is the place! Smythe has great products for great prices. Got 1/4 of flower and a 0.5 cart for under $100. Their order online system is super easy to use and always ready within 10 min of ordering. Their packaging is also fire, I look forward to getting their jars everytime. Love this place

purchased high potency flower, it said 38percent thc ..was like wow never seen that its gotta be strong... got it and it was nothing near that percent..googled it and it said weed don't get that strong, shady, never trust what they advertise it's total bs, I'm thinking they think its strong enough for people not to even know the difference lol
