"Sometimes people cry because they feel empty. One way to fill that emptiness is by going to therapy or developing healthy habits such as waking up at 6:30 a.m. to go for a run or volunteer at the puppy shelter. But one much simpler way is by accessing a spread of bottomless free snacks — and this bar has an entire table filled with just that. If that’s not enough to convince you that this is the perfect place to weep, please refer back to the name (literally Snack’n Blues), which seems to imply that it’s a good place to show up hungry and sad. (The “blues” part also refers to the live music on-site, which can drown out those sobs.)" - Megan Jones

What a wonderful place. Great blues DJed by one of the owners, who are brothers in their 70s. Candy bar for high sugar snacking. A beer selection which is appropriately simple: blond or dark. Nice staff, nice lighting, nice wall art. This place is great.

There should be more bars like this one. Not too loud jazzy/bluesy music, friendly atmosphere, good prices and free little snacks. If there is no more sweet and salty goods on your table, someone from the staff might just drop some at your table.

First of all it's a jazz bar not a blues bar and yet they barely played jazz music. Waitress seem slightly intoxicated and it was only 10:15, also not very friendly. Weird creepy dolls hanging from the ceiling. Music was even more creepy.

Neighbourhood bar where you can, as advertized, scoop up a handful of candy and treats at the door, pick up a pint at the bar and enjoy a curation of Jazz and Blues music while you attempt to not hit anyone in the face with your cue, at the pool table.

Bartender was nice but the owner was extremely rude to my wife and I. Not a good place for tourists! The snacks were good but unless you’re a local, don’t try this place.

When they're playing blues and jazz, it's the best dive bar in town: free candies and snacks; when they aren't avoid it.
