Amazing! Loved the Tandoori Chicken with saffron rice. It was fresh and tasty.

We are in Dallas for a volleyball tournament and decided that instead of going out to eat every single day for 5 days, we will try the meal prep company. Great selection, portions are not huge but very filling, and macros are awesome.

Food choices seem to be great. I still have to give it a try. But the customer service is poor. The guy at the shop has a very weird sense of talking and I had a very hostile experience. Seems like they might not have experience with all kinds of demographics. He was tagging along with me, I felt like I was at a jewellery shop and could run away with the million dollar "meal" 😂

I’m new to Dallas and was looking for something to help for those days I don’t want to cook but still want to eat healthy behind Snap Kitchen! Priti at the front desk is AMAZING so helpful with everything and anything, highly recommend this location. Update: 7/28 entire staff is phenomenal! Corey took care of me today and recommended this Peach BBQ Brisket!

I hate to leave a bad review but today on 7/20 I and maybe 3 other customers were waiting outside at 6:45 bc the door was closed when the open sign was on and they close at 8. When I first showed up an employee (male w a bandana on) closed the door after letting a customer out locked it and ran to the back whilst on the phone. I waited in my car thinking maybe it was just a br break situation. At this point 4 customers did the same as I did. We knocked and nothing. After maybe 15 mins the employee walks out (running actually)and locks the establishment (again) and leaves in a car. Idk if it’s on the employee or a staffing /scheduling issue but it was bad customer service. I feel like the employees being hired are hit or miss here all the time. There’s been some weirdness a few times that I’ve come and it’s such an easy job….. there is one good lady that works there though. Anyway food is good but customer service is not the best. Maybe they need to be paid more so they’re motivated to actually do their job…..

I am surprised by the negative reviews of this location. I find the gentleman who works here very friendly and helpful. I have picked up pre-made meals here a few times to take for lunches to work. The food is on the healthier side so fits in with my weight loss goals and getting in protein. If you sign up on their app and order your meals to pick up (they will be bagged for you upon arrival) they give you a discount. I would use this place more often if they rotated different meals. It's the same stuff week after week. Most meals heat up in the microwave in less than two minutes and they are tasty and quit filling. Priti is one of the most kind hearted customer service pros and takes excellent care of me. I have been a Snapp customer for many years. My best experiences have been at the uptown location. I love the freshness and convenience of the Snap meals. Being a single person, it is so much easier than shopping prepping and cleaning up I highly recommend this business and their staff. Five stars all the way!!

We love this place. It makes grocery shopping and eating healthy so much less stressful. Also Priti is the MOST helpful. She keeps us coming back.

The store is relatively new so they are still working out some kinks. I have visited a few times and they seem to have their groove now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the different snap programs and plans and will help you setup online to make your ordering more efficient. The store is clean and well organized. The items online are always in stock when I visit. The food is fresh and packaged accordingly. Great quality ingredients for different meal plans. A little pricey at an average of 10.00 per meal but This is great for someone like me who hates meal prepping but likes her meals prepped.

I ordered the chicken pesto pasta and I got food poisoning! I emailed them to let them know. No response. Never again

The older (bald / goatee) guy behind the counter is the rudest individual I've ever encountered at this location. My wife and I have been customers here way before Covid and ever since they opened back up guy has been nothing but rude, unhappy and disrespectful. I'm going to to the BBB, Google and Attorney General to express my concerns for his irrational behavior and mental / emotional unstableness. We used to love SNAP but they lost a weekly order from a family of fit athletes due to this man's attitude & behavior. Terrible hire.
