10/10 I’ve had the pleasure of ordering here multiple times since working in the building. The amazing staff has built great relationships with the tenants, providing excellent & fast service. My go to order is the Chicken Chipotle Wrap :)

Food is always fresh & clean! Staff is amazing and has great customer service. They greet everyone that walks in with a smile or/and a hello! Also, thanks Sara at corporate for your help!

I mostly like this place but this happened multiple times that even after I asked to put less dressing they put some much of it that becomes inedible, specially in Buffalo chicken salad.

This review is tough the salad was great, but the atmosphere was terrible first you should never have molded cheese on the line and I understand it's a lunch rush relax let the customer look what they want on there salad there was three customers in front of me and I had to be on there back to see what I wanted and lastly most salad places mix ingredients not throw them on top. This store definitely needs more guidance especially being in downtown Dallas.

Not typically a 'salad' person but went at the recommendation from the office I was visiting. Have to say pleasantly surprised, was actually pretty good and filling. Busy place with what I assume are regulars in a hurry. I was the slow poke holding up the "snappy" flow but plenty of patience and got me taken care of. Will definitely add to the lunch rotations.

Here at this snappy salads I have ALWAYS received excellent service from all the employees. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Establishment is always so clean and organized. Gets really busy during lunch hours but the staff manages everything so well that you’re never stuck waiting for too long. The manager Paty is such a sweet person she manages her staff and restaurant very well it is obvious. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and will continue to do so! 5 stars all around. Will always recommend to anyone.

I've ate here several times since it's convenient and close to my work. The food I've had has always been good. My favorite is the gogo steak wrap and the baja shrimp wrap. I also like their sweet potato chips. Sometimes I just go to get those. I usually do pickup and service has been good.

They are very friendly and prompt about helping you when you enter.

The business has finally fixed its door problem. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the weather. 5 stars.

I was craving a good salad, so I came here today to try this place out. First time, I got excited when I seen all the fresh vegetables options. I ended up ordering the grilled avocado salad and added grilled chicken. The First Lady to assist me was patient with me and helpful. The Second Lady tossing the salad and adding meat had a bad attitude and was rushing me. I checked my salad before I left because I didn't see her add the grilled avocado which is what I ordered and it wasn't there. There was not a rush so I couldn't understand why she was so angry, and forgot to add the key ingredients to my salad. The First Lady that has Great customer service helped me and added my grilled avocado and tomatoes to my salad. My salad was pretty tasty! I wish the service would have been better towards the end of my visit. Working in the service industry requires implementing great customer service. I hope she will do better with treating every customer like it's their first time.

The location is convenient and there is a snappy app. In addition to salad, they also serve wraps, grain bowls and juices. The app will allow customization with the salads. There is little customization with the wraps (ex. Cannot change the dressing).

It was decent. A lot of different options and combinations. However, nothing was that flavorful which is kind of strange. Had a buffalo chicken salad and it didn't really taste.

This is my go-to lunch spot during the week. I'm here 1-3 times a week and almost never have anything other than a great experience. I always order the same salad w/ a couple customizations, and now the employees know my order by heart. If they were open later - I'd grab a salad for dinner on my way home too.

Fast, quality, and good service. What more do you want out of a snappy salad? The create your own salad combo seems a little daunting at first (pick two of this, 8 of that, and 3 of these). Came by on a Thursday around 12:15pm or so. Line wasn't bad when we arrived but by the time we were halfway through it, it tripled in size! I got the custom chicken half with grilled avocado and it was plenty of food. There is a good amount of seating inside and outside. They keep the place pretty clean and our table was bussed as we finished which was perfect. Definitely worth adding to the rotation and I'd absolutely come here again for lunch!

Disgusting!! I ordered a southwest Grain Bowl and who in their right mind would completely drown it in the spicy seasoning. I had to throw it all away because it was not eatable! Will not come back

Let me start by saying, I love Snappy Salads. The Irving location off MacArthur is my favorite but since my job has moved downtown, the Harwood location has been the closest store to order from. Well, I'm pretty much over this place/location. I've noticed that ordering from this location that its a rarity that my order is ever entirely correct, but today took the cake. I order online via their website (not thru doordash, ubereats, etc,) at 11:51am, and the EXACT SAME THING, every time I order: a Texas Taco salad with extra meat and dressing (on the side) with sourdough bread and butter. It arrived at 12:09pm. I received the dressing and the bread but received NO MEAT...not the meat that came on the salad nor the extra meat I requested and paid for. I am beyond pissed. I call the store the minute I saw it, but they don't answer the phone until after 1pm. My lunch is over by this point. When the store finally does answer, they can't remake my order and send it out again bc they now have no drivers, they can however give me a refund but I have to call another number to get it. Called the number, and they offered a refund for the cost of the salad ONLY, until I protested, then they gave me a refund for the extra meat too. This location is going out sad. If they would take them and pay attention to what they doing, maybe there would be fewer mistakes.

The staff were pleasant, the restaurant is clean and oh my god the food was delicious. The Korean bbq grain bowl is amazing!

This is a great place for a good salad. Ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Definite value for money.

Can you give a location a zero? This experience totally failed for a first impression. 1. Ordered Buffalo Chicken salad online for 12:20 lunch pickup. Arrived at 12:15 food not ready until 12:50. 2. Sooo many folks waiting on food no where to stand or move around while waiting. 3. They actually seem to have lost my order so I had to yell my order to them. Which they then made w/o the customizations I paid for online. Very disorganized and not professional AT ALL... 4. This salad presentation was just horrible in my opinion and was obviously thrown together. I am very displeased with this location and will never patronize Snappy Salads again.

Built my own salad today. Earlier in the week I ordered a shrimp wrap. Everything has been tasty and fresh. A great spot for a quick bite to eat-- when the line is not long.

I usually go to the Snappy Salads in Frisco, but thought I'd try this place. It was not very good. My salad was dry due to very little dressing and they gave me very little sides even though i was willing to pay for extra. I ended up eating lettuce

Love this place. Salad ingredients are fresh and plentiful. You can order a custom salad, one of the interesting salads on the menu, or customize a menu item. You can pick from one of many dressings and how heavy or light. The staff is pretty patient with people who don't understand what a light amount of dressing really is. Or order with the app and it's waiting when you arrive. The half salad is good sized, although it seems smaller when it gets jammed into the takeout container. I'd skip the wraps -- they're pre-prepared and can't be customized. By only negatives (besides the fact that it's not in my building) is that the lines are long at lunchtime and the sole dessert is a lemon cookie (eww).

I absolutely LOVE this place! My wrap is ALWAYS perfect and the staff is so personable. You're greeted when you walk through the door and they even know your order!

This updated review is in response to the business owner's comment. I did contact Grub Hub regarding my order, however, my understanding is that Grub Hub is not actually responsible for making my salad. So regardless if they read these yelp reviews or not, this review is specific to the fact that the employee of Snappy Salads who made my salad, did not include dressing. The option I selected when I ordered said that I did not want dressing on the side. I received no dressing on the side OR on my salad. Unacceptable.

Snappy Salads is actually really good but this location is not. The employees are ridiculously rude and the ingredients are not fresh. I assume the employees are this was because of the location but it's still not ok. As I was going through the line to complete my order, the salad maker literally stops in the middle of my order to tend to the next person. I know that lunch time is busy but that's no reason to be rude and provide terrible customer service! I will not be returning to this location nor recommend. It's also not clean.

My new addiction, the chimichurri salad. This will be my go-to when I need a pick-me-up.

Today was a perfect example of why this place is so maddening and why I haven't been back for several months. I ordered the "full snap yellowfin tuna". Order taker says, "full yellowfin... here or to go?" "To go," I reply. As i'm watching the gal cut up the tuna, I notice she's only cutting one piece of tuna (the full snap comes with 2). I mention it, and have to now wait for them to sear another piece of tuna. Delayed. They finish the tuna and hand me the salad and I notice there's only half an avocado (should be two). I start to speak up and realize the issue from the get-go is that they've been making me a half-snap the whole time. I'd been charged for a half-snap with full tuna, sp I paid accurately... it just wasn't what I wanted. I didn't even bother asking them to fix it. I'd already checked out and... frankly... it's par for the course here. Gotta be willing to settle for "close enough."

So after reading the reviews, I haven't had any issues like other reviewers. I find that my order is always made right (online & in person) and the line at lunch tends to move fairly quickly. However, this place needs some work. This is at the bottom of my office building, and although I've never been a big snappy salad customer before, this place couldn't get anymore convenient for me and was excited when they put it in. That being said, I will never visit this store or another snappy salads in the ever again. First off, the price. $17 for the full snap and $12 or $13 for the half snap is OUTRAGEOUS. That is with half meat, no extra veggies or avo or anything. Basic. What a freaking rip off. If you go to Salata and get the same size salads, it's half the price. I rather walk the several blocks and save $10. Second, quantity. The salads aren't that big for the price and they skimp on the meat and veggies. ‍ Lastly, the quality. Not that great. Doesn't ever really seem fresh and their dressings aren't great.

I'm now dropping my rating down to 1-star. I've had nothing but problems with my order when ordering online for the past few months at this location. So today, I decided to place my order in person and can you guess what happened??? Yes, they still messed up my order...thankfully I told the cashier up front I would only pay once I saw that my order was correct. Your best bet is to order something with ZERO modifications or go to another location.

Always a great salad and great service. Get you a full size or half size. You can add half an order of chicken for a couple bucks but there's plenty of items to add to your salad. The more the merrier. Thank you very much!!

I love snappy salads but I hate this location. I normally order online so don't watch them in person make it and it always comes to be DRENCHED in sauce. I do not ask for extra sauce. What's the point of eating a healthy salad if it's not healthy. Pretty sure i got like 5 pieces of lettuce today and the rest was toppings and dressing.

A healthier option for downtown. It's a fairly quick place if you are in a hurry. There are a few grab and go salads as well. My biggest complaints is the value for how much you pay. For $10-12 the lettuce to toppings ratio is a bit off. The small size is pretty big, but that is because of how much lettuce there is. I ordered the steak salad and had about 10 cubes of steak, 5 tomatoes, and some onions included.

First place to get me excited about salads in a long time. Fancy inspired ingredients with unique fancy sounding menu options or build your own. They also serve fresh bread and soup. Their best selling salad is the warm avocado and I have to say, that's my favorite too. This place can get pretty busy at lunch hours so best to show up early or late. You line up along the counter (Chipotle style) while your salad is created and pay at the end of the line. Seating is shared long tables. I like their cardboard to-go boxes. Their portions are big and filling.

I love Snappy Salads. The taste is great. But I would recommend going to the store to order. I do order ahead and go in to pickup cause I'm usually in a hurry, and almost every salad except one has had something wrong. If I say dressing on the side, it's on the salad. Or you don't get dressing at all. Or ingredients are missing. I just wish they would pay a little more attention when making their pickup orders.

This is my go to lunch spot! I love Snappy Salads and I've been ordering online for pick up from this location A LOT! It's always good no matter what even if I get a wrap or a customized salad. I have not ran into any issues with my order being wrong or not good which is a plus. If you need a healthy lunch and work downtown this is a great option and it's not $20 on lunch either! Lol

I'm giving this location 3 stars solely for the customer service. Not great. I love their steak wrap and the taste is consistent across multiple locations (they are skimpy of the steak at this location), however, every single time I've visited this location they can't seem to getittogether. I came to pick up an online order 10 min after the pick up time and still waited and the order still came out wrong. If the food was below average this would be a lower rating.

I come here all the time! Rosie is the absolute sweetest, that girl is my frand now hayyy!!! The new warm thai salad that they have is to die for and I crave it like on the weekly! Couldn't recommend this location more!

Because it's not already loud enough that you can barely hear the person taking your order due to the open concept, or all of the conversation, even the construction constantly going on outside let's crank the music as loud as possible just to make sure that nobody can hear anything so they talk even louder, perfect!

Service was okay speed, but definitely not worth the money! Paid $9 for build your own Snap Half.. and it's no bigger than my (very average sizes) palm!

The salads are awesome here. Kim at the downtown location is always super attentive and provides great service! She gets my salad for me as soon as she sees me come in so I don't have to wait. Jess

I was surprised at how fast the service was even though I walked in during lunch hours with a group of 3 I was also greeted with a nice smile by the employees. I had the grilled avocado salad, it was fresh and delicious my friend had the bam bam salad and it looked great as well. My food was too good that I forgot to take a picture.

Unique, great tasting salads, but my biggest pet peeve is when they leave ingredients out that are listed on the menu. Happened with both things we ordered. For the spendy price I would expect a little more attention to detail. But would for sure come back, would keep a better eye on the assembly process.

I enjoy the salad here, as for quality of ingredients and type of salads, this place is great. The review is more about customer service. The main problem I think is no one knows how to speak english half the time and its tricky to get your order correct when you get in that situation. Usually happens when grabbing a late lunch near end of closing time 2-3pm.

Food was good but service at front desk was terrible I ordered a wrap which you go to front desk to order the lady took 20bmin to take my order then it took forever to get my order .. I rather spend my money somewhere else customer service is bad wont be back and will not recommend

This was only my second time at Snappy, same location. Both times I got the seared yellowtail and the first time it was great! So I got that again to go today for lunch, but found out upon getting back to the office that the fish had only been seared on one side. I noticed that it was super busy today at the grill, but not even searing both sides of raw fish and then putting it in the salad is unsafe for eating. Hopefully this review will be seen and corrected for - I'd love to try it again, and hopefully get the money back for a salad I certainly didn't eat today!

This place is so good! I've been there twice at lunchtime and tried the crispy artichoke salad and the warm garlic-chili shrimp bowl. Both dishes were very tasty. Yes, it's on the pricey side, but the flavors are great, everything is really fresh, and the hot items are cooked to order. Yes, the line gets crazy after about 11:30. So go early, and enjoy!

The service here leaves A LOT to be desired. There is one woman on the line, that is extremely aggressive and argumentative. She has singled me out twice to re-request I show her my receipt. Also, they have ZERO CLUE what a true allergy is. When someone says, "wheat" they should know exactly which products contain wheat. Lastly, I don't understand how they can charge different prices for the same salad. One day, you get charged extra for a normal portion of dressing, the other day, they charge you $3 - I will never be coming back.

The food here is great but nearly every time I've been the service is EXTREMELY slow. I won't return.

I'm surprised that there aren't more 5-star reviews for this joint. I've had nothing but great experiences. Personally, I love the Piadina Steak wrap: perfectly marinated streak, pickled onion, shredded carrots, wrapped in a fluffy tortilla. SO ideal. Seriously, I think this is the best casual lunch option in downtown Dallas. Chill out with your negative reviews, people!

Warm cauliflower salad is my favorite. Absolutely delicious and healthy lunch. However, everything that I have tried from Snappy has been awesome. You will not be disappointed!!!

Awful service. Closer you get to checkout, the bigger mess it becomes. Cashier is rude. I can order a soup every time and she will check me out, rush me off, and I wait 10 min for my soup or until I remind them- and when I do, she rolls her eyes and doesn't say a word. they mix up orders and lose orders all the time. It's a mess and staff is very rude except for the first 2 girls by the salad bar area who are very polite and efficient

The portions of the salad are huge! So don't think you're making a healthy choice necessarily. I had a regular size of the salmon salad. The salmon was a bit overcooked to me so it didn't have the right color, but I think overall the flavor of the salad was good and it was very filling. There is also a little too much dressing. One of my friends got the southwest salad which I think I'll try next! They had an entire avocado in her salad and it looked so green and ripe! Make sure to ask them to ease up on whatever salad dressing there is.
