Let me start by saying, I love Snappy Salads. The Irving location off MacArthur is my favorite but since my job has moved downtown, the Harwood location has been the closest store to order from. Well, I'm pretty much over this place/location. I've noticed that ordering from this location that its a rarity that my order is ever entirely correct, but today took the cake. I order online via their website (not thru doordash, ubereats, etc,) at 11:51am, and the EXACT SAME THING, every time I order: a Texas Taco salad with extra meat and dressing (on the side) with sourdough bread and butter. It arrived at 12:09pm. I received the dressing and the bread but received NO MEAT...not the meat that came on the salad nor the extra meat I requested and paid for. I am beyond pissed. I call the store the minute I saw it, but they don't answer the phone until after 1pm. My lunch is over by this point. When the store finally does answer, they can't remake my order and send it out again bc they now have no drivers, they can however give me a refund but I have to call another number to get it. Called the number, and they offered a refund for the cost of the salad ONLY, until I protested, then they gave me a refund for the extra meat too. This location is going out sad. If they would take them and pay attention to what they doing, maybe there would be fewer mistakes.
