Sno Cap Drive In

My husband and I were just visiting and he picked this place and we were so happy he did! The hamburgers tasted homemade and so did the french fries which I tend to be picky about. We also ordered an ice crea, a milkshake and we’re not disappointed! We also came with dogs and they had a water bowl outside for them. Also one of the employees came out and offered ice cream to our dogs and it was a BIG one! Overall everyone was nice and it was an amazing experience!

As soon as you enter the main stretch through Sisters, you can’t miss the Sno Cap Drive in. This place has to have been here for 40+ years and still serves up amazing burgers, fries/tots and super delicious milkshakes, traditional diner style. Pre-COVID you used to be able to walk in and place an order and they had a few booths inside with a big menu to view. Now they operate out of a window for placing orders which is simple and straightforward. Once your food is ready, a nice team member from their staff will come out to bring you your order. They have amazing BLT’s with Nice crispy toast and fresh lettuce and tomatoes to compliment the real deal bacon, no super thin cut crap like some other sandwich/burger places make the excuse of calling bacon. They can even add extra bacon to anything you order for a few for bucks. They do fries or Tots which is always fun and even Onion rings too! They can do you a single patty, a double patty or even a triple patty burger if you’re feeling hungry and they also have grilled mushrooms which are on their mushroom swiss burger, if you like that. This place is old school in a good way and a hot spot for lunch/dinner with locals and travelers passing through town on a weekend. I highly recommend you make a stop to the Sno Cap Drive In for a delicious meal and an amazing milkshake for dessert! Thank you for reading my review and Happy Dining!

Can't beat the ma and pa burger and ice cream joint. Service is as fast as possible However, they get busy so don't come expecting fast food. But they make up for it with exceptional burger and fries and all the ice cream varieties whether you want your ice cream in a cone, cup, or the way I prefer it. A shake. Make sure if you get a shake you get a spoon.

on a very long trip yesterday we stopped at sisters at the snowcap Drive-In fast food. Maybe ten people in line quite a few waiting,used to be a good place to eat. Insides diner total disaster very dirty no one's allowed to go in dine because of some kind of makeover. But business is still open. The owner of said establishment was inside hollering at her high School employees that work for her. Very rudely and loudly so all patrons outside can hear. These young people looked like they were broke from her hollering, I wished my phone was on me. Another lady that was at the counter when I was getting my drinks that they had forgotten was a lady waiting for her meal. They had forgotten her completely I was 237 she was 221 everyone above her order line number had gotten their meals and she had not received anything I had to leave. Will not be going back to eat at a dirty establishment and to watch her treat her employees that disrespectful, was just repulsive. I heard her holler more than once and I saw it when I was at the window. They have no parking, the city has provided small parking spaces through this whole cute little town for all the tourists that go through the town. This cute little town runs mostly from tourists

July 2nd quilt show. The place was busy. Great ice cream and shakes. Take away shakes to drink on the way home! Great Mike shake! Home made ice creams. The shake was thick and delicious. It's hard to beat. I drove along way before finishing the large shake I had purchased. I will definitely go there again and again when visiting our friends in Redmond. They had food items but we didn't have time do eat any. Maybe next time or maybe just a milkshakes will be enough for us! Come by and enjoy your own made to order shake.

Staff was very rude. We waited 30 minutes for just 2 milkshakes. After seeing others that came in 20 minutes after us getting their items before us, we went up to ask where the shakes were. After asking very nicely we got the reply “ARE YOU SERIOUS?”.

Great stopping point on your way to bend, Redmond...would be nice if it were larger with a larger inside dining area. It's always busy with a long line. However, it's worth the wait and I understand the "if it ain't broke" thought process... There was a fantastic breakfast place back in Michigan that is similar - super busy but small place and they liked the small, popular feel so they never expanded either.
