Absolutely amazing! Sno serves the best shaved ice with 100% natural flavors that taste so fresh and delicious. I got the Thai tea and coconut, which was the perfect combo, while my husband loved his mango and guava. Our toddler enjoyed his strawberry—he couldn’t get enough! After years of going to Bahama Buck’s, we were blown away by how much lighter and less sugary these tasted while still being full of flavor. The texture is perfect, and it’s the ideal treat for a hot summer day. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The other reviews were right; this place is amazing! I followed the recipe of another reviewer and got the natural coconut and Thai tea and it was so delicious! I’m coming back for sure ^_^

After getting fed up of my wife dragging me to Bahama Bucks, this place was refreshing. I used to like Bahama Bucks but constantly tricking my taste buds into believing sugar, chemicals and ice was a good substitute for my favorite flavors, it was nice seeing a place with a natural flavors menu. I had the mango and guava flavor with mango pieces added and it was amazing. I really enjoyed it. Now I won’t mind my wife dragging me here whenever we’re in the area!

Pickle snow cones are a must in the summertime! I will sure drive across town just for the pickle snow cones! The staff is very friendly as well.

Been coming here for the past 2 years and absolutely love their shaved ice. I personally love the natural coconut flavor with just a little cream with it and George(the owner) always makes it the way i like, so yummy! You must try this place I am sure you won’t be disappointed.

I love this place! Their soft serve ice cream is phenomenal (I LOVE their turtle sundae) and so are their natural flavors of sno cones (coconut lime is my favorite. It is so yummy and refreshing in the summer time especially).

The best sno cones hands down. The ice was better than Bahama Bucks and other local places I’ve tried in the past, and they have some of the best natural flavors. The Magonada with fresh, chopped mangos and Thai Tea sno cone are top tier.

They have a pretty large offering of flavors and toppings! You can get other items besides a snowcone, such as a hotdog or elotes. Customer service is good. They're patient with you and offer suggestions if you're a first time buyer. Shop has seating for about 15 - 20 visitors.

The manager is very rude. He refused to honor a discount coupon that was emailed to me a few weeks ago with no expiration. He then told me to get to my same account I use with my phone number to scan another code in the store to get to a rewards balance. He then very offensively grabs the phone out of my hand without permission and proceeds to start clicking things. I will not be back at this establishment! I've been going here over 5 years since before the pandemic and they've lost a loyal regular paying customer over their shenanigans.

This place is PHENOMENAL! They make their own flavors from scratch, have a giant selection of natural and regular flavors. Plus the owner George is super friendly and welcoming. Check this place out if you haven't already!

The people here are extremely awful. Have come here 3 times and every single time they are rude AF and give attitude. The very short guy with the long gross hair is gross and Melanie, talk shit on customers in Spanish. I truly hope management knows how this place is run by the angry employees there. This is the absolute last time I come here. They have gotten enough chances and benefit of the doubt with their service and attitude. Save your money and go to banana bucks instead. Pretty run of the mill snowcone place. You order at the counter with the friendly staff and there are a few tables to sit at. It's nice that it's indoors in the Texas heat! There are lots of options, from natural flavors to real fruit toppings, or top your snowcone with Oreos or a pickle. Not the most flavor options I've ever seen, but definitely more than enough. For $4 I got a "small" natural watermelon snowcone (which was actually pretty hefty!) with gummy bears and sour spray, so the price is less than a Bahama Bucks type store, but more than some mom and pop shops I've seen. The natural watermelon actually had some watermelon seeds in it, which made the snowcone feel healthy! I couldn't really taste the sour, which is a little disappointing. Overall, can't complain, and will likely be back whenever I'm in the neighborhood!

This Shaved Ice location is very good. Price's are moderate and snowballs are very tasteful unlike most snowball places I've had in the DFW that are basically sugar water with food coloring. Also love the fact that they are extremely fast with your order here. Every other place I've been to in the DFW seems like they have to go to Antartica to make your snowball. Also the look aid pickles are extremely good.

Best snow cone shop in Dallas. I'm from south Louisiana where we have them on every corner but it's hard to find a good snow cone (or snowball as we call them) in Dallas but this place is legit. Bahama Bucks rations the flavoring like it's made of liquid gold. Not this spot; nice and juicy.

I'm giving away a secret here but if you're a Thai Tea lover, this is the place for you. Their Thai tea sno cones are worth the drive. They also offer a variety of natural and homemade syrups that we prefer for our kids. So good!!

Let's get right to it; delicious!! This place reminds me of my childhood. They have a lot of Mexican deserts and toppings. They also have some good custard that you can top with fruit. They're open from 12-9 so that's good and they are kind of in a hidden spot but it gets busy so it's always nice to be able to get in and out for some dessert.

When it comes to snacks I love snowcones. I am a big fan of really smooth shaved ice and not too many people can do that well. Overall this place is really good and I think they really mastered the shave ice technique. Price isn't bad either for a medium snow cone it comes out to about $4. The only problem I would have with this business is sometimes they don't get the flavor to go all the way through so when you get to the middle of your snow cone at times it's just ice but that being said, I like this place and I've been here many times and will be back many times just ;something to note moving forward . A very good business. Lots of good flavors, good smiling faces to greet you, and service times that don't take too long. This business is inside the farmers market. Also note the natural flavors taste super bare when ordering, they taste pretty much just like the fruit ordered without sugar. Still good just different

This place is awesome for both kids and adults to just back and enjoy Have fun picking out all the flavors that your heart desires! Then pick from over a dozen toppings if that's your things to add on top! Super clean establishment on the inside with just a few new cheery red booths to sit at! I did observe several guest eating and smiling in the car as well as sitting outside too on the side walk! Fun fact: you can also order candy togo in a small or medium cup! We ordered a cup of gummy bears togo for a few bucks and it was totally worth it! Customer service was outstanding , so ensure to come with fun in your heart and enjoy the great feeling and great taste of an snow cone !

Maybe I'm just not a fan of snow cones in general, but I didn't think this place was spectacular. I got their medium strawberry natural flavor with a cream topping and a vanilla custard filling. The strawberry natural flavor tasted a lot like strawberry jam that you would put on a PB&J sandwich. It was too sweet and not very natural tasting. The cream topping seemed to be something along the lines of condensed milk. The vanilla custard definitely is a good thing to add to the snow cone because it adds good flavor and texture to an otherwise homogenous dessert. The medium is a good size for two people. Service was really quick and it was pretty busy at night. I'd probably come back if someone really wanted snow cones and get other flavors.

Went tonight and Aniya took cars of us. She was working alone with several patrons and didn't let the rush phase her. Prompt and professional. Owners you have a great employee in Aniya. Will definitely be returning.

When we're visiting Dallas, I swear we come here twice a day! The natural flavors are so good. I think at this point we have tried them all with tamarind, coconut and strawberry being our favorites. The natural colors don't have any artificial colors and are made with real sugar.

I absolutely love there flavors! I have tried there changita natural lime juice with pickles and koolaid that was super delicious! Also there natural mango chamoyada that was super good jazzed it up with spicy chili powder, lime juice and a tamarindo straw! So many options and love that you can sit inside with air conditioning that's a plus considering most snow cone places don't have that luxury!

Currently allowing 6 people in line inside at once. They have a variety of options in flavors and their ice is very soft and equally coated with flavor. I come here for the custard filling. I got guava and friend got natural mango. I had expected actual mango chunks/cubes but they seem to have been cooked with sugar (half way to a mango jam) as it was overly sweet.

Shaved Ice with vanilla custard (ice cream) in the middle... what could be better on a hot Texas day? It's going to be packed on a hot day and there's no place to eat outside so you may have to grab and go. My only complaint is that you're limited to two flavors max which kinda sucks so you gotta really think about what you want. Also, don't stand in line u til you're ready to order. It's not much space but let folks pass if you're not ready to decide. They have natural flavors (limited options) which are real fruit juices they make and have less sugar. The other options are the typical syrup style flavors which I thought the watermelon was too sweet. Overall, there a sure standout in a market and I'm surprised there aren't more of places like this in Dallas

Disclosure: I have visited Sno 1 time. Sno is a shaved ice and yogurt dessert place in Dallas that offers a number of natural and artificial flavors to go along with their shaved ice. It's a good place to go to beat the heat when you want a cold, but not heavy (ice cream) treat. My Overall Rating - 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Sno has a nice, clean yet plain interior. You'll find several tables and chairs, and you place your order on one end of the counter and pick up on the other end. On our visit, they had some non-functional parlor games and a new, unboxed ice machine off to the side. I think they're about to upgrade their equipment but for now it was a bit cluttered. 1/2 Star. Service - There were a team of two people working. One took orders and the other filled them. When there was no line both filled orders. They were efficient and orderly, no issues here. 1 Star. Food - For me, I measure all my shaved ice experiences against Ululani's in Maui. They're shaved iced is so pure and soft, you'd think it was cream and not ice. Unfortunately, Sno's shaved ice is just ok. There's no light, creamy texture, it's just shave ice. Nothing outstanding. However, their natural flavors are great. Mango is a hit, and my wife likes the tamarind. The artificial flavors are a bit sweet. You can order with cream, but we didn't on this occasion. But again, it's a good alternative to ice cream and yogurt. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Maybe - I do want to try the strawberry with cream. In the case of Sno, it's not you, it's me. Ululani's is just so great I have to compare it to them. So Sno is a good Dallas alternative. 1/2 Star. My Yelp Rating Scale (Sum of all parts): 1 Star - Atmosphere - Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I'll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star - Service - You can have a great meal with bad service. But that's also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It's important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars - Food - I'll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it's really all about the food. 1 Star - Will I come back? - If I know for a fact I'll return, I'll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food (2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I was very excited to try this place, and was a little disappointed since it has 5 stars. I always get my favorite flavors of half chamoy and half tamarind, and with tamarind pulps on top this time (didn't know that was possible). For an extra natural flavor (tamarind), it was $0.50 more and $0.25 for the pulps. With all the extras, a small ended up costing me $2.25. Not bad! What bad was the quality of the ice. It was very inconsistent. Some part were chunky and some were finer, but even the finer part wasn't as fine as TC's shaved ice. I couldn't even finish it, because it was too sweet. Way too much syrup. One of the cashier recommended mango con chile to my friend, and that was a little better, but the shaved ice was still crappy. The service was good. These high school girls seemed a little lost, but they tried to be helpful. I like how this is a sit down place. Too bad it wasn't good, but I'll come back for a second try.

Texas weather is as crazy as I am. Hot one day, cold the next. On a particular hot day during winter in Texas. Weather was near 90, I decided to cool off with a snow cone from Sno. It was my first time in and I like that they offer mexican flavors like mango with chamoy and tamarindo. YUM!!!! I made a mistake of ordering a tamarindo without con chile. Don't make the same mistake I did. Get the tamarindo con chile. When he handed me the snow cone, it was just tamarindo. I was like wheres the spicy stuff? grrr luckily, they had tajin in a container. I put some in my cup and called it a day! it was so good!

Visiting my grandson and decided to take him for a snow cone or ice as he calls it. My daughter reccomend we try this place and her suggestion was great. They have a huge menu of flavors and add-ons like fruit, cream, ice cream candy they even sell soft serve yogurt. I wasn't in the mood for anything fancy so I decided on a simple strawberry snow cone. The ice was perfectly shaved and the syrup was perfect.

So happy to have tried the sno cones here!! The shaved ice is very fine and flaky, something I've haven't been able find in any of the sno come stands I've been to around here. I appreciate that they offer "natural" flavors. I didn't get to try but definitely will during my future visits. Got the kids rainbow sno cones. They are not stingy with their syrups! It's almost a little much since the shaved ice is very fine. I got the mango sno cone with chamayado and chilli flake. I wanted the tamarind but they were out. The place could be a little cleaner though. The hallway to get to the bathroom appears to be storage for videos game machines.

My husband and I came to Sno because of a few of our friends who love this. They are a well know snow cone spot and shave ice restaurant. It's quite informal and is kind of tucked away off of 75 in a shopping center. It's seems to be quite popular because the line was out the door when we went. There were several places to sit but not a lot of tables that accommodate huge groups. Sno has a variety of flavors and you can mix the flavors together to get the flavor that you desire. There are tons of selection in flavors and they are very generous in what they give. I'm not gonna lie I can appreciate that in the summer time, especially in the Texas heat. If you are looking for a place to get a frozen treat make sure to check out Sno and it will cool you down with a sweet taste in your mouth!

We found this place inside the Dallas farmers market. They have natural and artificial flavors. We got the natural mango shaved ice with spicy seasoning on top. We could have added fresh mango for one dollar extra. Everything tasted really good and fresh. It's nice to have all natural options in a world filled with artificial everything! This was very refreshing on a hot summer day!

Visiting from Las Vegas and decided to try this place based on the 4.5 star reviews. Walked up to the counter and saw the toppings bar which looked completely disgusting and dirty. Stuff spilled everyone and they just opened. I'd agree that this place can't be up to code. Sorry for TMI but I've been in the bathroom all day since having this. Don't recommend at all.
