This place brings a much-needed service to Houston by giving us a break from the summer heat! I love the variety of flavors here and find it quite affordable. The customer service can be hit-or-miss as some have already mentioned in these reviews. More so with tone than anything else. I try not to take it too personally, but that would be my only suggestion to take this place to the next level. Otherwise, keep going! My sunburned, heat-stroked Houstonian self thanks you for what you do 🥵🧊

Always come here at least 2 times a week the new shift that worked Thursday (3/7/24) was rude and kept messing everybody order up! They even told us it would a long wait for two hot dogs. We were charged for extra cream they didn’t give us this. The other girls never mess our order up and they always have a positive attitude!!!It wasn’t clean either they had spilled juice on the floor & counters! We will not return again if this same shift is here. Ordered nachos with jalapeños,two hot dogs with chilli cheese one add onions,boudin,koolaid,& one medium snow cone with extra cream! Order completely messed up!

Snow cones are good however the staff isn’t friendly I ordered 3 snow cones,& 1 nacho. The nachos didn’t have much cheese and chili. Also they allowed outside dogs to roam around this store everybody don’t like dogs.

I always see this place but never gave it a try until tonight. It is a small place but I really enjoyed the artwork on the wall. The staff members were very friendly and attentive. I came 30 minutes before they closed and everything was good. I would definitely come back.

I like this place.The snow cone are always good..but my noodle spread tasted like throw up and I asked for jaleponos and they didn’t put it on there…definitely not worth $12 bucks!

The food wat great the pricing is just right on everything I can't believe that I finally found a place that has prices that are so wallet friendly. Like when I was a kid mowing lawns and using my money to get stuff like this for like $3-$5. Just awesome. Thanks alot!

They definitely have the best snow cones in Houston, however the hours they have posted aren’t the actual hours that they are open. I got to the place at 7:12pm even though it said they closed at 8pm, I was told they were closed. It’s an inconvenience to people who don’t live near by.

Whenever I’m craving a snow cone I think of Sno Dreamz! Consistently amazing snow cones. I always get the Blue Coconut with cream inside and out. Black owned business with beautiful art painted inside. Must have!

Super delish!!! You can enjoy your sno dreamz treat their as they have a few stars and benches. Pricing is very reasonable and cup sizes vary from xs-x large.

I was really looking forward to trying the funnel cake, but I was disappointed. It was very hard and not fresh at all. Instead of being light and crispy, it was tough and difficult to bite into. Definitely not what I expected--won't be ordering it again.

Silly me decided to go to a park in the middle of Houston summer in the middle of the day! We were So Hot I knew snow cones were the only cure! Yelp led me straight to Sno Dreamz, and just like that we were in heaven! Plenty of choice for flavors. The best part, they had tops! I feel like I can never find snow cones with tops anymore! My snowcone had a ton of syrup which I love. Staff was super friendly! If you need a snowcone or if you don't. Get your booty down to Sno Dreamz.

Son comes so good. The ice is so soft. With this Houston heat it is well needed. The service was really fast and staff is friendly

First off, when you walk in you can't help but notice the huge h-town mural and the Gorge Floyd (with his daughter) mural...absolutely beautiful. Ok as far as everything else- Really great service and the snow cones are SOOOO GOOOD! Disclaimer- don't come here if you're diabetic or don't want a sugar rush. LOL They definitely do not skimp on the syrup. Be prepared to get messy; it oozes over the top. Very reasonable prices considering how much you get...plus they have a rewards program you can sign up for. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars : they have a promotion, if you take a covid test on the spot you get a free snow cone -which is great...BUT it's not hygienic nor pleasing to see people spit in a tube inside the small waiting area space so close to everything and everyone.

Love her setup. Clean/welcoming. Benches for limited seating. Wide selection of flavors/ combos. I'm not a sno ball expert, but I really enjoy them. They have a few other non snow ball food items, too like nachos, frito pie, etc.

An ice lovers dream!!! Snow cones are always perfect in this Texas heat!! The ladies are very nice and accommodating!

Great snowballs! If possible go when they aren't busy. When they get busy they get Busy and the wait can be long. Worth it yes. Today I went during off peak hours. I was in and out. Staff was super nice.

There are so many different flavors to choose from and speciality combinations. I've never heard of pickles in snow cones, but I guess it's a thing they do, and you can try it here! I had the wango tango and tried the Ocean Mist and the mango lemonade. My favorite was the wango tango! It did take longer than expected because there was a steady stream of customers, but it really wasn't too bad. We'll definitely be back!

Great small local establishment. They move fast. The person that took our order was nice and welcoming.

Went to Disney on Ice with the kids and snow cone were over priced, found this gem! The kids truly enjoyed mixing the flavors and it was the perfect size.

Service is horrible. If you close early, one would expect you to open on time. The owner is awesome but she has the hardest time finding dependable friendly employees. If I show up before closing (7:52), one would expect the staff to serve customers right? This ABSOLUTELY did not happen. Such a sad situation. Being a VERY frequent customer doesn't matter, I guess. That was the last time I'll attempt to support this business.

Worst service ever if I could give no star I would , as I'm waiting in line to order my snow cone one of the workers is yelling at every customer about " who ordered the nachos " nobody had ordered nachos so nobody was answering she continued to yell for 6 minutes " nobody answering me so I'm not making anything " Had someone ordered the nachos we'd answer but nobody did which I told her and she ignored me ( I was first in line at this point so I had been waiting for a minute ) . A few minutes later we find out they had made the order twice and the girl had already received her nachos so all that yelling for a mistake they made was crazy she then went to the back to yell and cuss about how we're all about to piss her off. Long wait times , out of half of the flavors and the workers are rude as hell eating snow cones as we order cutting us off the continue their own personal conversation's won't be back The rude worker was a dark skin woman with braids seemed to be in her early 20s I wouldn't have anyone with this bad of an attitude in my establishment Edit : 4 people behind us and got all 4 of their snow cones before my TWO . Worker then tells us after we've waited a while they were out of the flavor my boyfriend asked for As well and my order being wrong when I received it and then making me pay more for a mistake they made. I hope the owner sees this and gets things together or they won't be around much longer.

They have really good sno cones and they're perfect for this super hot texas weather. Go get you one and support a black business

Unfortunately I had the same experience as a few others. Came here on a Sunday (at around 2) and they were closed. Called them to see if they were open, said they were but I guess they closed soon after. I'll try them out one day and maybe update my review but a terrible start!

Amazing hidden treasure. The snow cones are amazing and unique. They have Kool-Aid pickles. But my favorite is the spread I get the summer sausage spread amazing!!!

My family and I really enjoy this place. The staff are so nice and friendly, always make recommendations and remember us, greet us, apologize when they have a ton of business and understandably taking a little longer than usual (specifically the young lady that works there usually during the day time (around 5ish on weekdays!) The 2 most important things: 1. the texture of their ice is incredible. It tastes like ice cream, I usually hate when places have a cheap ice grinder and it's ice crystals and not shaved ice. 2. No matter how crowded they are, they always take time to layer the ice with the syrup, they Don't take the easy way out by piling up the ice and pouring the syrup blindly. Highly recommend :)

Great flavor combos and size proportions. Worth the drive if you want a weekend activity to get authentic snocones!!

This place is absolutely BANGING. The service. The food. The snow balls. All absolutely fantastic. The staff was so nice and friendly, they have great options for flavors, and their boudin is incredible. As a Louisiana native this place definitely passes the test

I like a good sno come shop. But I LOVE a sno cone shop that's in a black area because they always have everything PLUS the snacks we love. The lady who was working the counter by herself, was working super hard and was super nice. I'll definitely be back.

not very clean, out of multiple flavors, the flavors they do have are really weak and watered down. Like the kind of snow cone syrup you would buy on Walmart clearance. Asked and reiterated 5 separate times for the mediums to be in size large cups as they were for kids and they all came in Medium cups. The worker's blonde wig hair was in one of the snow comes. Super ghetto. Would not recommend

was craving some type of shaved ice because im pregnant so me and my bf went here and baby let me tell you it was ssooooo good i got a basic watermelon flavor because thats my go to and it was so soft and good and the lady that helped us was so nice love her !!! will be going back tomorrow because i just need another !!

Definitely would not come back. Here the little girl taking the orders had an attitude and was being rude for no reason. God bless the only lady working back there. But for whatever reason, we had our stuff order first and two other people got theirs before us... I would understand if we had a big order. But we had two little snow ones. Like come on now... ridiculous ‍

I had a craving for a Sno cone and looked online and saw that Sno Dreamz fortunately was open on Sundays. Only to drive there and find that it's closed. I don't know if there are special hours but this needs to be posted. I'm upset, now I have to drive to Sno Dawgz in Pearland where they are open 7 days a week AND open til 10! Should've went with my first thought

Wow! Just wow! Friendly service and phenomenal products! I got the medium strawberry cheesecake and the very nice attendant recommended I add ACTUAL cheesecake to the snow one. Omg. It was so good! I also got some frito pie with jalapeños. BOMB AF. I'm going to back to get the mangonada.

My snow cone looked nothing like the picture they posted on Instagram. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake flavor. It was just a plain red snow cone with cheesecake at the bottom. Go to Tutti Treats in the Galleria Food Truck Park instead who are also minority owned. Thank me later!

I have been coming here for a while now. I used to always go to the original location that's on West Belfort and Fondren , but now I'm closer to this location. At this location all of the young ladies and I mean all of them their attitudes are stank. I've been noticing for the past few weeks I've came the customer service and attitudes have just been getting poorly. I literally come once a week, and every week I come nothing but attitudes. I wasn't gone write a review, but it's just been too consistent and I come here a lot.

I have come here three times and each time I left disappointed. Snow cones are great but the service could be better. The first time I came they charged me for cream but didn't give it to me. And the same thing happened another time I arrived. The last time I came at 12 which is when they're supposed to open. They weren't open and I came back a hour and 30 minutes later only for them to still not be open.

Very nice treat!!!!! I was craving a sno cone one Sunday because it was so hot. I knew that the Red Wagon wasn't open on Sundays and it was way too far anyway. I remembered that Sno Dreamz was on Scott but didn't know whether it was opened or not, so I drove by. Boy am I glad that I did! This place has a crazy awesome selection of different flavors, combinations, add ons, everything. And it was oohhhhh so good! The prices are very good as well. A MUST TRY!!!

The ice! Or should I say the cold fluffy soft clouds covered in flavor? And not just any flavor. Excellent flavor! Best ice and best flavors in H-Town!

The snoballs are amazing but the service sucks. There is always a long, slow line. The people working are not friendly or welcoming.

i give this place a 2. they have many snow cone flavors which is nice! but the customer service was a 0/10! no greeting and the employee seemed like she had an attitude. this would've been a cool spot to come to after school but i hate terrible service

I love that this is a black owned business, BUUUUUUUUUUUT not allowing me to get a lid for a $2.00 cup of ice TO GO is insane! The employee stated that the owner said lids are only for doordash orders. WHAT?! You mean to tell me that as much as these snocones are you can't give a customer a lid if needed??!!?? I only bought two large cups of ice that were $2 a piece. I didn't want the tops so i asked for a lid, and was told that they were for doordash orders only. I literally had to beg for a lid, and the one I received was too small.

This place has it good days and bad days. As of lately though, it's been bad days. The customer service is lackluster, no one is wearing gloves or face mask or anything. The people behind the counter are usually always talking amongst themselves which wouldn't be a problem if they could multi-task. I don't believe a customer should be made to wait if they know what they want just because the four people in front of them are still trying to figure out what they want. If a customer is ready, have the others move to the side so the person ready can order. There's no reason anyone should be waiting 20+ minutes for a sno-cone. Then lastly, if you mess up on someone's order tell them and remake it, don't try to cover it up and not say anything. This actually happened to me...the wrong flavor was put in in the middle somehow and instead of correcting the person just put a lot of syrup of these right flavor I asked for. So imagine my surprise when I got to the middle of my sno-cone. Now don't get me wrong, when they're on top of things then they're on their A game and it's a delight to be in there. Because they are really sweet and good.

A total of 6 customers when I walked in and it took 25 minutes to receive 1 snow cone. I was asked what did I order after 20 minutes of waiting for it.The two females employees should speak when customers walk into the establishment.We can't support black businesses with employees who are unprofessional from the start and catch attitudes when they're asked there order.Never Again

Never a dull day w a snow cone. I tried the wedding cake with cream and it was really good. So was the boudain link and and nachos with cheese. Mural of Houston was pretty dope too. 10/10 recommend

Usually love this place but today the service was subpar. They had two young children working behind the register who didn't seem to know how to use the register well. Also the young lady had an attitude after I asked me about two flavors which they didn't have. Because I love the sno balls I'll keep coming but I won't be happy if they keep letting young kids man the front

This place has lots of potential but it's hit or miss. I say that because the quality of the sno comes is great, but they lack customer service and always out of all the popular flavors (i.e. strawberry, cherry and a few others). So it don't appears that they can keep up with customers damn. As far as the customer service, I've witnessed the co-owner (guy) drop a couple F bombs in front of an elderly lady with no regards. On another occasion, a gentleman walked in and asked on of the clerks to help him read the menu because he couldn't see that far and she just stared at him without assisting him with the items on the menu. He only wanted food so it wasn't that hard smh. In addition, we've been to both locations during what was suppose to be hours of operation but they weren't even open. Not talking about minutes, I'm talking about 2 hours before open and/or prior to closing.

Black owned business in the greater 3rd Ward area. Great people with great service. I've been trying to come here for the past year or so but since the pandemic decided to interrupt my cravings, I had to patiently wait until Sno Dreamz opened up under certain regulations. Love supporting my brothers and sisters. I got a medium green apple with cream and a medium coconut and strawberry. It's was great!! I'll be back soon!

It's been a while since I discovered a yummy snow cone place! The snow cone was delicious and refreshing, a treat I'm sure we all need during these hot summer days in Texas! I can not recommend this place enough. I know I'll be heading back soon!

Strawberry cheesecake snow cone was absolutely delicious. Really any snow cone I've gotten has been on point and it's Black owned!!
