SERVICE: The service was beyond amazing, and I definitely had the sweetest waitress ever, and the aesthetic of the space was really nice. FOOD and PRICE: The food was pretty good, but really pricey for what I got. One egg, just one, was $3+. Toast, one egg, and sausage (with no drink) was $26+ before tip. I tipped $5+, so I spent $32 even on that very small breakfast 🥹 I'm hoping it's so pricey to pay the amazing staff, but I think this is a one-time stop for me.

I’ve gone to a couple of snoozes in different parts of Texas. This is my first time at this location. It was pretty good, nothing extraordinary, but the food was pretty good. The service was good, again, nothing out of the ordinary. I do appreciate, the variety of food and drinks they have. I did go in the morning on a Sunday. So no wait time at that time. I have gone to a snooze in the past, around brunch and lunch, it tends to get pretty busy, but, by me going for breakfast this time, it was pretty chill. I was able to be seated immediately.

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate his birthday and Easter! Angelia was one of the best servers I have ever had! She made us feel well taken care of. She would refill our coffee whenever we were running low and her service was exceptional. Angelia went above and beyond to get whatever we wanted. Specifically when I asked to buy bunny ears that the servers were wearing for Easter, she gave me extra ones, free of charge! Her sweet and light hearted nature made our experience amazing. She exceeded our expectations! The food and everyone’s attitude was great! We would definitely come here again.

What a great place to go to breakfast! The service was friendly and the food was great! We brought our 8 month old with us and he had a great time people watching. The staff was all friendly with him. The high chair was pretty clean already, even for this mama who wipes down everything! We ordered a mocha and a lavender latte. The hot mocha was a bit small and the lavender latte was kind of gross. If you like the taste of the one from Starbucks, this is not the same. I added a pack of stevia to help, but the flavor was just off. Perhaps they use a random supplier for their syrups, but would be better served with Torani or Monin. We had the breakfast burrito and the habanero pork belly Benny. The Habanero pork belly Benny was definitely the winner! The breakfast burrito was good, but definitely should have added a meat to it. Side note: I really liked the extra touches in the women’s bathroom: tissues, door gap covers, and foot door openers!

Had such a great experience with our pups on the Patio! Our server Angelia was the absolute best! She was everything that you would want in a server. She had the best recommendations, very attentive and also welcomed us and our pups to the patio. I will definitely be back and ask for her!

I ordered the pancake flight which is any 3 of their pancakes. I got the chocolate chip, churro and cinnamon. The chocolate chip was the best. Neither the cinnamon nor the churro really tasted like I expected. The size of the pancakes was also much smaller than I expected and received elsewhere. They're more side orders than a full entree order. I got delivery and they provided NO utensils or napkins and only gave one small syrup packet for 3 pancakes. The syrup is pure maple which is very nice The plate it comes in is very nice as it does keep the pancakes separate. Overall the pancakes were okay but due to the small size and lack of flavor I wouldn't recommend getting it

Ordered the pick two Benny and was disappointed with both. I felt like I was at Chipotle with the rationing of hollandaise sauce. I mean seriously?? The highlight of an eggs benedict, and they literally gave a measly tablespoon of hollandaise sauce. Not to mention the two slivers of ham. It didn't even cover the English muffin. The tortilla on the barbacoa Chile Verde was so thin, it must have been just two tortillas. So much for a "base". Both Benny's had good flavor, but lacked in portioning. Upside pineapple pancake was decent. Nothing to complain or rave about. Service was decent. Overall pretty unremarkable visit here.

Second time my order was wrong, called several times no one picks up even though the operator says there is a zero wait time …The food also looks to have gone down in quality. Below is how I received my food with almost no pico, and they also forgot my drink. The app has no place for me to give any feedback and I can’t even talk to a manager bc no one picks up the phone. I tried calling at different times and after the 10th time I gave up. I would have gone in but honestly this level of service just doesn’t deserve my money…and clearly does not care to improve their business, would have taken this up with the manager but no response so here I am.

Large portions, great house coffee, drank it black. Had the Benny Duo also, was a good choice

I went to Snooze, an A.M. Eatery for a first date haha and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not usually into American breakfast, but I decided to give it another try and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the Sweet Potato Veggie Smash Up, and it was good! I'm typically not a big fan of American sweet potatoes, but the flavors were incredibly well-balanced. It felt hearty without being too heavy. I also tried the Ham Eggs Benedict, which was equally delicious. The hash that came with it was great as well. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, which made it a great spot for a relaxed morning date. It does get busy as the morning goes on, so I'd recommend going early if you can. The service was friendly, and the overall vibe of the place was really pleasant. I highly recommend Snooze if you're looking for a solid breakfast/brunch spot. It really changed my outlook on American breakfast!

Crab Benedict: flavorful crab cake. Nice crisp to the crab cake. Needed more hollandaise. Menu states "Benedict's come with hash browns". When I asked the waitress, she said it doesn't come with it. Shrimp and grits: nicely spiced and flavored. Good portion size Both drinks were good.

Food is amazing. I tried the breakfast fried rice , phenomenal! Espresso martin with Whiskey Our server Kenneth made the experience even better!

The good: Some of the best brunch food I've ever had! I've rarely been disappointed by a meal at Snooze, their flavored pancake flight truly stands out, and their menu really shines with top tier ingredients and creative dishes. Snooze takes brunch to the next level! The bad: Slow service Small portion sizes for the price Noisy interior and patio - music was very loud. I know I will be back!

Snooze is a favorite go-to of mine for breakfast/brunch. This particular location had the same great tasting food a great service. I usually get a build your 3 egg omelette and substitute the toast for pancakes or French toast. However, this location did not have my favorite Cinnamon Roll Pancakes at the time so I had to opt for the OMG French Toast instead, but they are equally delicious! Given the busy area this location is in, expect to wait awhile before being seated during peak weekend hours and while parking is plentiful (surface lot and garage) there are several other restaurants/businesses so it may also take awhile to find a spot unless you decide to get your steps in by parking further away from the entrance. Overall, I highly recommend, just make sure to add yourself to the waitlist prior to arrival to cut down your actual waiting time.

My wife and I really enjoy Snooze! The service and food are typically top notch. Their Benny's are my goto for brunch and she loves their variety of pancakes!

We stopped in for a 9 am breakfast this morning and Snooze knocked it out. Our party of 4 was seated immediately upon arrival. We loved the decor! It was a Neo- 1950's Diner. So cool and it definitely makes you want to take down some breakfast dishes. They had a whole section of Eggs Benedict on the menu so I had to go there: Bella Bella Benedict: Sliced prosciutto, Italian Cheese and the poached egg on a toasted Ciabatta. Cream Cheese Hollandaise and the balsamic glaze brought it home. This was a creative and tasty dish. Crab and Asparagus Omelet - My Mom ordered this and she enjoyed it through and through. I need to give a special shout out to our server who was amazing. I wish i got her name. She was super friendly, pleasant and kept checking up on us. The table next to us had a 4 year old girl who was celebrating her birthday with her mom and grandma. She brought out a special birthday pancake with a candle for her to blowout and it made her day. On Cue, we all sang happy birthday to her. Super Kudos to that young lady for being so thoughtful and pleasant. I learned from the menu that we have a Snooze back in my hometown and I'll be looking to visit there soon. Good morning!

First time here!! It was a lot smaller location than what I expected, regardless the food was delicious and service was not bad. Went on a slow Monday. Went out of my normal and order eye whites and chicken sausage- it was very filling and satisfying. Coffee was okay - would have like some kind of flavor coffee instead but it works

For being mostly empty at 830am on Sunday, it still took a very long time for food to come out. Drink Refills also very slow. Food used to be better. It's average. I do appreciate the gluten free options though. It's the main reason why we came.

Food is always delicious and consistent. Service check plus. The atmosphere is fun and inviting.

I love Snooze and just moved away and will miss it so much. The green chili sauce is a must on the side of the Snooze Classic breakfast, you won't regret it. It gets very busy but there are multiple ways to make the wait shorter and it's always worth it. Love the staff in Addison too, they've always been great.

Breakfast to go from Snooze! Ordered the egg white omelette you can customize, with a side of fruit and an English muffin. Service was really quick and it hit the spot, keeping me full for a very long time. I'd love to visit the actual restaurant to sit down!

I love Snooze because it's just high quality food. You won't leave here feeling disappointed. All the food was good in our lineup. The hash browns and bacon probably both stood out the most. It was very busy but the vibes and ambiance are very cool and unique to snooze

Had breakfast on Labor Day. There was a bit of a wait which hoping was an indication the food is going to be good. The food and service were wonderful. The background music was nice and upbeat not after 11am it is turned up a notch which was fine. The food menu offers a wide variety and drink menu includes mock tails. Adding our server provided outstanding service this was definitely worth the wait! Enjoy.

The Food Here Never Disappoints! If you are looking for a Great Brunch in Addison that's reasonably priced & fresh, with speedy service and a nice outdoor patio... Snooze is it!

I've heard/seen this place in San Diego and had to give it a try in Dallas. Came in around lunch time and was instantly seated. The interior is very nice and bright and they place some great music. Their food/drinks options is pretty big so you will be able to find something you like. I ordered Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice which is new to their menu. It was really good. It was flavorful, the sunny side egg complimented the dish well, and their Sriracha maple aioli tasted great. Definitely recommend trying it. Food didn't take that long to come out either. Will definitely need to be back to try more of their menu.

Angelia is a great server! She recommended the bacon sandwich- filling and delish! Great energy from customers and all staff! Bright and good music! Best spot for breakfast in Addison

I have been here a couple of times, first experience, horrific... I could not wait to come try them, my friend used to work here and just bragged about it, I heard good things from others as well, so I was pumped! Going back to that first time, just got our breakfast and the fire alarm goes off... I had to go outside and finish my food there, I could still hear it of course, super annoying that sound. The manager came over and apologized and said he will adjust our bill... Yeah right, did not do it. It must have been over 6 month, so I go back. Still not impressed, asked for a latte, got a cappuccino, everything is pricey which would not be a problem if they would be professional and do a good job. It was not even a hostess when I walked in, so I just sat myself, 5 servers passed me by no one said anything, they were busy arguing who`s turn is it... who cares, its everyone's job to at least say hy or hey, thanks for coming in, someone will be with you shortly. Of course I was ready to order, had the breakfast pasta, was blend nothing special, corn was overwhelming in the dish. Ambiance... I do not really care for at this point, yes it looks nice with the different colored booth but again, I would rather go to a less nicer looking place with eggcelent food, haha, and amazing service. The crew is kinda cold, not really smiley or happy to help, obviously. Anyways I am done with Snooze.

This place has been on my list for months as a place I need to try. Finally made it in and was luckily to beat the crowd by forming in early. I sat at the bar, and my sever gave me a nice rundown of the menu and told me her favorites. When my meal was brought out, I was amazed at how great the food looked, and it tasted it even better. If you come here, definitely get some pancakes cause these are some of the best I have had in the DFW area. I came in early on Sunday, so I was unable to try any of the delicious sounding cocktails. That's cool cause now I definitely have a reason to come back.

We had Angelia as our server and let me tell you... THAT is how you should serve. Our cups were never empty, she treated our young one with respect and the food was AMAZING. I'm very picky with my coffee and she was able to help me get the perfect drink. Big shout out to her for giving us a good experience for our first time at Snooze!

Jacob "Eagle" Hensley - is a great manager and made our visit absolutely amazing!!! Snooze in Addison has great food and customer service! My wife and young son had breakfast here this morning. At first we ran into more than few issues with our coffee and food, but the wait staff and the manager quickly took care of these issues and got them corrected. At every turn their team was dedicated to make this a great meal for me and my family!!! By the end of the we were definitely happily well fed!!!

As always, my snooze experience was amazing! For and drinks were all amazing, and my server/bartender Brittany made us feel perfectly at home! Shout out to her and the Snooze team!

Yall know I Love my Snooze! Still do. This location is in a plaza and easy to get too. I think their transitioning to new equipment and had a feel little mishaps. Nothing they did not correct. However, it just isnt like all the others I have been too. I did get the Crab benedict and it did not disappoint.

Service here was 10/10; the waiter was knowledgeable of the menu and was able to make recommendations on both food and drinks. The food was really good and taste made to order. The restaurant has a bar like feel but perfect for families. I would recommend.

Didn't like it am sorry not bashing your restaurant maybe it was just the food I was served but French toast was just toasted bread not dipped in egg fruit and powdered sugar and called it French toast the hash browns was awful I could say we made a breakfast sandwich with toast and egg and bacon that was the only thing cooked well am sorry but am going off of my experience and the food that was given to me won't be coming back ever again for the price I paid I think it wasn't worth it Honestly and ice code was like a regular ice coffee nothing different Norma's Coffee And Yolk Are Same Price But 10 times better than this place

The food is amazing. I cannot recommended this place enough. It is usually very busy. I have gone back 3 times in the past 2 weeks.

Any snooze you go to has the best options for savory and/or sweet brunch and great service to top it all off!

I always order a spuds deluxe here and add jalapeños and sautéed onions. The service is always good and they have a fantastic drink menu. Will be back!

Been eating at Snooze for years. First went to the one in Denver at Union Station. Food is consistently good, cute spot with lots of booths. Waitress was sweet. Gave us time to order. Writing this post because I really appreciate the new small menu items. Yes I would like one pineapple upside down pancake and a small scrambled eggs. Perfect!! I really appreciate the variety and change. Your girl can only eat so much. Hated leaving all the left overs. I'll be back soon!!

We love this place for breakfast. Pro tip - add your name to the waitlist on Yelp; will save you a ton of waiting time. Pancakes and French toast are delicious and a win every time actually you can't miss here. Spuds deluxe is delicious; imagine your favorite hash browns mixed with yummy toppings from your traditional bacon, eggs, and cheese to pulled pork, barbacoa, goat cheese, shrimp, green chili, you name it! Must try brunch spot!

Wonderful service with a friendly server! Everything was delicious and too much for 1 person! 3 Over medium eggs were a little overdone but tasted Great with whatever they were cooked in--3 sausages were too much to finish as they were a little Too spicy for me but tasty! The sourdough bread was fresh--wish it had been more than just one slice of that instead of 3 Sausages! Coffee was hot and freshly made. Hash browns were shaped in a circle and were superb in taste and texture. My daughter loves her omelet, her hubbub really liked the unusual fried rice mix and granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her pancake!

Freakin love snooze! First found Snooze in San Diego CA. We also had it in Austin, and now Dallas as well. It's always a slam dunk. Word to the wise, do NOT get jalapeño in your skillet. Ong we were ddyyiinngggg. There is not enough water in the world. The pancake flight was SUPERB! Of course! I got the pineapple upside down cake, the strawberry's and cream I think it was called and something else, I don't rememebr.. Wait! It was the cinnamon roll pancake!! Yyeesssss and they were ALL soooooooo so so so soooooooo good! Omg so good. I'm going to steal one of their coffee cups someday lol but just an FYI they DO SELL THEM! *Wink* So don't be like me. Also, I highly recommend starting off your brunch or breakfast with a shot of chilled Patrone with a Pineapple shooter. It was offered to use one brunch years ago and we get it every time. It's our little Snooze tradition and one of the only times we drink. And yes we only have 1. lol Stay DELICIOUS snooze. I love you

Good food, decent portions, good service and fast. I wish they were more consistent with the sides and pancake sizes. We had three different size pancakes on our visit And after many visits sometimes when I get the bacon sandwich (which is delicious btw) sometimes there is plenty salad and others I end up ordering an extra side salad.

Snooze offers a unique spin on brunch with pancakes, eggs, omelets, and sandwiches. They have almost a full bar with a variety of drink options and most importantly mimosas. The Addison location offers dine in, patio, pick up and delivery. If you're considering dining in, I suggest joining their online wait list or possibly ordering online to go. As on the weekends seating is limited.

This was a cute little breakfast diner! It was busy, of course, it was a Saturday morning! We had a table of six, they were able to accommodate us. Our server was friendly. The food was delicious! I will definitely come back!

I've tried snooze in Denver before and then it opened up in Dallas and I was happy. The atmosphere, vibe, staff, food is all worth it. I tried their honey oat latte this time and loved it. They offered an espresso martini too which I love but wasn't in the mood for one so early in the morning. I was craving tacos so I got the breakfast tacos and added chorizo. You can customize to your liking. I also got a strawberry shortcake pancake. The pancakes were fluffy and perfect. They brought out some sauces for the tacos, which already had a hollandaise on top, the sauces they brought were spicy so it balanced out those tacos. Everything was perfect and I couldn't have had a better breakfast! Can't wait to come back here.

Met up for brunch with coworkers at Snooze. The ambiance was amazing... the service was amazing... the food and drinks were amazing! To drink I had the Abri-ca-lav-ra Mimosa. It was basically an apricot flavored mimosa with hints of lavender. I absolutely loved it. I'm not one that usually enjoys traditional mimosas so this was perfect for me. I ordered the shrimp and grits to eat. I typically don't like a ton of onions in my shrimp and grits, but I was very tasty. I will definitely be back!

Great breakfast! This was our first time dining here. We join the waitlist on yelp ahead of time to save a spot in line. As they are too busy on weekends we ended up waiting for more than an hour. Our server was great and he advised us about the options on the menu .food here is delicious and the service was great. Wait times for food can be too long but it's worth it. They even have a special summer menu. I ordered their hot chocolate .it had hints of cinnamon which added flavor. we also order OMG French toast, Juan's breakfast taco, and Huevos tostadas. The 3 dishes were flavorful and yummy. The French toast came with vanilla crème, caramel, fresh strawberries, and toasted coconut. There are many options to customize your tacos. Overall Ambiance 10/10 Service 10/10 Food 10/10

It's a great brunch spot! Looooved the food and its hard to pick because everything looks so yummy! The food is fantastic! I had a scrambled eggs and added veggies and it was very good!!! The hash browns were delicious. My husband ordered the sweet potato bacon smash up he was very pleasantly surprised! The service is very friendly. It gets pretty packed but you can get online (online) so that saves you from waiting!

So, I hadn't stopped by Snooze, an A.M. Eatery since my daughter and I had a really bad experience about 7 months ago. The young lady took out her own $$ tip and everything that my daughter ordered was cold and the second time her food was delivered out hot but it didn't have what she didn't want removed the second time around. My daughter had to contact the bank first, reported it as Fraud because it was. I didn't know that servers did things like adding in their own tips and not having any backlash from management? Well my daughter did reach out to inform the manager that day of what transpired. Of course my daughter refuses to go back but unlike me. I give folk the opportunity at regaining my trust in their servicing me. Today I stopped in sat at the bar met Brittany (not sure if the spelling is correct). I knew exactly what I wanted to eat so, I expressed to her from memory. About 15 minutes went by, and my plates came out piping hot Thanks to the Kitchen Chefs. My pineapple upside down pancakes were fluffy, light, moist, and deliciously warm. This is where my experience became uncomfortable. There was this guy that was looking around as if he wanted to sit at the bar beside me. I moved my chair over the furthest it could go without being close to the kitchen where the food was being prepared. He begins to pull out this humongous laptop from his very large backpack (Shaking my damn head). Now he's reaching over me to grab a straw it just became too much for me. I ended up asking Brittany for a 2Go container and bag please after five bites I was totally heated. Then the young lady left that was two seats away from me. Now the clueless man proceeds to slide himself into the young ladies seat because he uttered out loud that, He was UNCOMFORTABLE I guess almost sitting on top of me, with a huge ass Laptop made him feel uncomfortable. Go figure lol. So another young lady comes and ask, Is anyone sitting here? She's looking at ME but guess who replied? The man with the big ass backpack and massively large computer that now was on her left side to where he was literally on top of her. He's typing and looking around (pretending to be IMPORTANT) at me and her now because she's closer to him. I was thankful to know longer be in arms reach of this very sketchy man. The young woman knew exactly what she wanted to eat, and drink as well. So her Strawberry mimosa comes to the bar area where she was sitting and instantly the man asks her, What's that drink you have there? She answers him but looks at me like WTF!!! I was already packing up my breakfast in the container that Brittany brought me. I hear and see the young lady ask the Weirdo guy, Would you like to sit on this side of me? He looks at me and then her and says, No. The young lady then tells him, Could you Please move your Laptop so I can have some room then??? He's looking oblivious to what she's saying. I chimed in and said, This is Why I'm leaving. He then says, Why didn't you just say something??? Why would I have to tell another grown person that he needs to sit at a table with all of his equipment at a Bar top area where it's minimal room??? People make this Make Friggin SENSE!!! What is Happening to Common Courtesy and SENSE??? I was livid!! Not sure when I'll attempt to go back now. This really was Weird to me. He wasn't seeing that he was doing anything wrong. FYI: Brittany was great, she was very hospitable, friendly, she introduced herself to me immediately upon me sitting down, and overall her personality was giving good vibes. Lastly the Greeter also was extremely pleasant and very friendly when I walked in as well.

Super good place if you need a local breakfast spot. Come here! By far some of the best pancakes I've had!! The coffee was good and my family loved everything they ordered. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive- I believe her name was May. Would definitely come back!

I had the pork belly Benedict and it was surprisingly good! That hollandaise sauce was on point and I liked the sweet and savory flavors dancing around that plate. The round thick hashbrowns thing that accompanied my Benedict was something I could have done without. I do appreciate that they use natural ingredients, and it seemed very farm to table. The ketchup on the table was a very pricey and quality brand called sir Kensington. That definitely impressed me! Unfortunately I do have to remove 2 stars because the service was abysmal and because of that weird potato cake they put on my plate. It took my party of 5 nearly 2 hours to order breakfast, eat breakfast, and pay for our check. I would say including the outside tables they were at about 70% capacity. My friends drink came out wrong and the waitress didnt seem very apologetic nor did she really offer to correct the drink until we kept talking about it with her. Note this was yesterday (thursday) - if this is how service is on a weekday I am scared to think about how it is on friday or the weekends! In addition I had asked for a side of extra hollandaise sauce because as you can see from the picture there isnt much on the benedict and the waitress forgot it. I did ask again for it and she did bring it out to me later. I am not much of a brunch person and only came here to be with friends so I dont think I will be back. If brunch is your thing and you like healthier meals you will probably like it. Try to come here on a weekday morning so your experience isnt ruined by long wait times and inattentive staff!
