Had the best experience at Snooze. Nathan, Alix, Tianna, Rain, and Lexi were phenomenal. We had our Holiday work party here. The food was so delicious. The pancakes were a huge hit. The servers and bartenders were amazing. They were so sweet, very attentive and took the best care of us. We will definitely be back and hopefully make this our tradition every year (:

We hosted our holiday party at Snooze A.M. Eatery after hours, and it was truly the best experience. From start to finish, Nathan and his entire team were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, fun, and incredibly professional. We never once felt like we were lacking anything; every detail was handled seamlessly, which made the entire evening completely stress-free and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our group felt welcomed and taken care of, and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating together. If you’re looking to host a gathering, I cannot recommend Snooze enough. Be sure to check out their event options; you won’t be disappointed!

They have biscuits and gravy now! 😋 This was the one thing they were missing. My husband and I are big fans of gravy. It's exceptional! So delicious with hints of rosemary and the sausage is top notch. Very flavorful and not fatty. They're also dog friendly! You can enjoy great views with their outdoor seating.

First time going here. We had an excellent experience. The parking lot was clean and well marked. Front of the restaurant was a well. Very good sign. Walking in it fell open warm and inviting. I immediately felt comfortable here. The table and chairs were clean. Huge pet peeve for me. Great atmosphere. The wait staff was great friendly and attentive without being obnoxious. Great balance. Good service and presentation was great as well. Gotta say the hash browns hit the spot just right. Given the opportunity I will come back. 100% recommend.

We are visiting from Florida and our friend suggested this place on our way to Pikes Peak. From the moment we walked in, to the minute we walked out, the vibes were positive and it had a great energy about it. The day we visited (July 2nd) they had literally rolled out a new menu that day and we were thoroughly impressed with the selections of unique takes on breakfast offerings! The wait staff were friendly and accommodating, and we even got to meet the chef! They offered us a sampling of a new "pull apart" which was a take on Monkey bread and was absolute PERFECTION (*chef's kiss*). The view from the patio is amazing also. 10/10 would recommend giving this place a try!

It was a lovely experience eating breakfast here. I had Savannah as my waitress and she was so sweet and on it! The food was good too, they offer a wide variety of breakfast food. Wait times are usually 10-30 min and parking can be limited.

Awesome food, they definitely give large portions. Had the Corned Beef Hash, Habanero Pork Belly Fried Rice. Creme Brulee, this place was really busy. Kudos to Deana P. She was great, please give her a merit raise, she definitely deserve it. Shout out to your staff.

The warmest restaurant in Colorado Springs!! When I initially started eating at snooze it was just for the food, which is always excellent! Just this morning I was treated to (what I think is called) the OMG and that is the perfect name for the dish as those were the first words out of my mouth! As I continue to come back to this restaurant the true draw is the people. Every single employee is warm and kind, welcoming and helpful. There is always laughter in the air and smiles abounding! I wish I knew more names but I can at least highlight Alex (I’m sorry if I’m getting her name wrong) who always remembers me and stops by with a hello and my most recent server Tiyana who was excellent! I wish I knew his name but there is another server with a spectacular mustache and an even better disposition who I always see bringing cheer to his tables. Thank you to all the staff for elevating this amazing restaurant to a truly great experience, I’m sure I will be eating here for years to come!

food was amazing. service was on top of everything and NICE! the ambiance was fun 60's astro-mid centurlike a diner but cooler.

We've been here 3 times over 2 years while in CO Springs for vacation, and we've had an excellent experience every single time. The servers are wonderful, the food is great and the prices aren't out of line for the portions. Huge pancakes, enormous breakfast burritos and decent portions for hash browns and other a la carte items. Outdoor seating is nice - the umbrellas are easily adjusted to block the sun and it's not too loud or a super high-traffic area. Highly recommend!

This spot is definitely a step up from IHOP, but just barely holding onto that fourth star. The ambiance is cute and laid back, with a vibe that makes it a nice place to sit and enjoy breakfast instead of rushing out the door. The service was good overall, friendly staff and fairly quick, though nothing that blew me away. The savory elements lacked seasoning. I would say the drinks are really good!

What a great meal! My son and I visited this location in Colorado Springs before our first camping trip. Wow, the food was excellent. While the coffee was a little scorched, and the barbacoa Benedict was lukewarm, the fact that our server made a special effort to ensure our hash browns were hot (the regular, larger, shaped hash browns are not usually cooked well -- the flat ones were crispy -- she made the difference. My son, who had a dairy allergy that led to his liver transplant, was beyond excited to see that the non-dairy pancakes could be made with blueberries! When I go back to Nashville in August/September, I'll make sure this place is on my list to eat again.

Back again for amazing service and delicious breakfast. This is our tradition after dropping the kidos to school and before embarking on our thifting adventures.

Food is better than average but for the cost the portions are very small. There are better breakfast options out there.

Snooze is the brunch place I know will never disappoint. Staff? Friendly. Food? Delicious. Atmosphere? Pleasant. Though it can be noisy, it's expected! Snooze is a great place to brunch at.

Not a bad brunch spot. The service was pretty good for how busy they were plus we had a party of 7. We sat on the patio and it was a nice vibe.

Giant menu with so many options for everyone be they vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or carnivore! Excellent variety of sweet and savory dishes as well. My husband had the Pancake Flight and they were super tasty. I stole a couple bites to make sure. I had the Tofu Scramble which was fun because you got to add your choice of ingredients. I recommend the veggie chorizo for more flavor since the tofu was a little bland. There are several menu items like this where you build it how you want. Our server was Lonnie and he was super friendly and attentive. They have a full baristas list and bar menu too. We'll be back!

Really liked this place. Food was fabulous and service was great. I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness. We had the snooze breakfast burrito and the OMG! French toast.

Service should not take that long after we've sat down. It's not busy. If the service is busy, at least say, hey I'll be right with you. They sat a couple right next to us, really? Again, not busy why wouldn't you space peeps out? As it is, they got up and left...

Went to this place early Sunday morning for a quick birthday breakfast before the rest of our plans. The server we got was spectacular and super attentive. I also got a match not pictured but that was also sooo delicious. The food was definitely different then what were used to when we think about breakfast food like the Benedict was made with stacked tortillas instead of a bread. It was relatively busy but still very nice indeed. We'll definitely be coming back if we're ever in the area again.

Snooze had one of the best breakfast dishes I've ever had. I got the Benny Duo which offered one serving of two of the eggs Benedict. I got the smashed avocado benny and the barbacoa chile verde benny. The smashed avacado benny was nice but the tomato ended up being a bit too overpowering and the avacado being a bit unflavorful, lacking salt. While it wasn't terrible I wouldn't get that again. The barbacoa chile verde benny was amazing. The barbacoa itself was so flavorful it really steals the show. But the green chile hollandaise and egg adds so much creaminess to the barbacoa to make a perfect texture melding. The hash browns were also nice as they are actually crispy, though they could use a little bit more salt. I will definitely be coming back and ordering the barbacoa chile verde benny again.

We came on a Sunday morning and were seated right away. I got a vanilla almond match late. It was really good but small for the price. I had a tofu scramble with plant based chorizo and veggies and toast. My husband got the spuds deluxe which he thought was small for the price. Our food came out quickly and the service was excellent. We thought the food was ok but nothing spectacular. We would come back for the vegan options and good service.

Very delicious breakfast and great drinks! The staff were all very friendly and the service was quick, but go early because the wait times for weekend brunch can be crazy.

First time here. Nice atmosphere. Prices are high for what you get. You get a tablespoon of syrup and i asked for more and received a teaspoon for large pancakes. Hash browns had a fishy flavor.

Went here for breakfast and we thought we would have to wait since there were a bunch of people waiting outside but we were able to get a table for 2 immediately. Nice decor and friendly service. We both ordered the lavender latte which was very tasty. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was good with chunks of ham and hash browns with a mix of carmelized onions and sweet peppers. The only bad thing is they forgot my friends order and we had to wait a much longer time for her food to come out. She ordered the signature flight pancake trio. It was very tasty and different with one having pineapple, another having blueberry with walnuts, and another as strawberry shortcake. Prices were ok.

This place is just adorable! It has that bright and fun retro vibe the second you walk in. The staff is helpful with menu questions and there are a ton of options. Our service was perfect! It was fast and our food adjustments were made with no errors. I loved the toast I got. It was so flavorful and delicious!

We just had our first breakfast from this place......... The food for the most part was really good, only had an issue with the flavor or the corn tortillas. We will be back and as long as our food stays this quality we will be regulars.

Snooze Eatery regularly donates brunch meals to the Ronald McDonald House that serves families whose children have serious health challenges. Snooze has been great - the food is very good and the staff is nice and supportive. I appreciate their generosity and support for the community. They rock!

Fun place, friendly staff, and delicious food! We have loved Snooze for years. They always have fresh and delicious food and if you use their rewards program, you often get special deals. My husband always orders the garden harvest omelette while I like to try something different every time. Today I had the sweet potato bacon smashup, which was delicious.

Food was decent, and service is good. Ambience is minimal. One thing is not to order doors to go, not sure why it seems like a smaller portion vs being at the restaurant.

Have been to Snooze so many times, but never remember to do a review. They are always pretty solid, and have a decent selection of food. I love the habanero pork belly fried rice, and the crab and asparagus omelette. I've also had some of the Bennies which are also good. It can get really busy and as a result service can be slow but never to the point where it's bad service. The only downside is it's pricier than some other breakfast spots.

My sister and I are visiting from out of state. My dad had been to Snooze earlier this year and recommended we try it while here. Right from the get go, it was a perfect experience. A beautiful location, welcoming environment, friendly staff, and bright atmosphere. I immediately felt comfortable there. Service was quick and our waitress, Deana, was so incredibly kind and caring. I ordered the Protein Trio Omelette and a hot tea. I have a dairy allergy and they were wonderfully accommodating. My sister got the Sandwich I Am and it looked equally as delicious - she couldn't stop raving about it and the hot chocolate. Deana quickly checked in to make sure the food turned out well, and it had exceeded my already high expectations. It was so delicious that we ended up returning this morning as well. I got the same omelette and this time tried the house blend coffee with hazelnut syrup. The coffee was rich and sweet on its own; I usually add an excessive amount of sugar but only added a small amount. I didn't catch the name of our waitress this time but she was just as wonderful as Deana and brought me oat milk instead of creamer when I mentioned my allergy. My sister tried the Smashed Avocado Benny which looked stunning and she said was incredibly flavorful. I am thoroughly impressed by this restaurant. We have decided that when we move here as planned in the next few years, we will be making a tradition of eating here every week. We can't wait to return!! All in all, the perfect spot for breakfast food: welcoming, inclusive, and the food is flavorful, creative, and filling.

Consistently tasty and fresh food options and great service. Can be loud inside when it's busy but it's always clean and friendly.

We like the waitlist experience since the restaurant is very busy. My husband loves Snooze, but honestly, it's pretty boring and bland. The bread for toast is tasteless; whatever gets put on it doesn't taste like real butter; and the hash browns are undercooked and under seasoned. The potatoes are moist but the edges need to be crisped. And the coffee is so weak that I didn't even drink it. Perhaps if I ordered pancakes or French toast, I'd feel differently, but these little tweaks could make a huge difference in overall satisfaction, especially in the age where going out to breakfast now is like going out to dinner price wise.

This place has amazing flavors!! Just tried their whipped cottage cheese bowl this morning and it was really good! The servers and front hostess staff are excellent and super courteous. The restaurant has a cool flair to it little retro.

Delicious food, colorful atmosphere, and excellent service! Great place to bring the kiddos. They LOVE the chocolate chip pancakes! Definitly will be coming back.

Snooze is so overrated! The bacon but different was meh. It's def overpriced and not much different than plain bacon. The seasonal habanero pork belly breakfast fried rice was really good - nice and flavorful. The corned beef hash was whack! Take a look at the pic of my plate vs. the ad. The corned beef and separate shredded potatoes were dry and bland. The service was awful. I'm pretty sure our server forgot about us after quickly taking our order. He didn't even say "good afternoon or hello." It took 25 mins for our food to come out. He only came back to drop off the check, and at that point, refilled our waters stating "no rush." There are plenty of awesome breakfast spots within a 10 minute drive. I wouldn't recommend Snooze.

Excellent food, great taste, corned beef hash and eggs Benedict were really good! Service was also great, even with a full house of hungry customers. A little bit loud for my taste but at least the conversations from around you were not understandable because of the music. We will be back when we visit again

I wasn't sure I'd ever write this about a breakfast place but the food is chef-inspired...the Benedict options are all great sounding and mine was an explosion of different flavors in each bite...savory with a little sweet plus some heat. Amazing! There was one thing better than the food...our waiter. I didn't catch his name and wouldn't post it anyway to prevent the chance that some other restaurant poaches his services but they guy with the mustache is amazing. Perfect level of energy, enthusiasm, humor, and genuine engagement. Nice guy and raised the level of the meal and experience multiple notches. If you've been there, you know who he is and if you've been served by him, you know what I mean!

The OMG French Toast is out of this world delicious and the rest of the menu is amazing, too. If you've never been there you must!

Great food, service and ambience. Excellent coffee. Good spot for brunch with a friend also family friendly.

Had the shrimp and grits and it was ok. Liked the texture of the grits, but there wasn't anything unique about the flavor, nor did they seem to have the right amount of cheese. The wait person was personable, but did forget our request for condiments. I was impressed with the wait to get in, it was much faster than initially suggested. Hosted was also pleasant and engaging. The place was busy, noise level was energetic, but certainly could have a pleasant conversation without screaming. It was our first dining experience with Snooze. Always too busy in Denver, will try it again for sure.

A friend told me about this place, and I told everyone else! Snooze is the jazz!! Plus Deana (hope I spelled that right!) is nothing shy of amazing! She was so on point and very nice about everything. If you like to snooze, then do it. But don't be late to Snooze or you'll miss out!!

We love this Snooze location in COS! The service and staff and food are always great! I love the options for vegetarian and vegan eaters, as well as the pancakes for my kids! Great Bloodys and an awesome rewards program!

Had the amazing Basil and Bee Burrata toast! Very yummy! Lonnie was my waitstaff, great job. It was hard for me to try something new-I get stuck in my rut, but now I already want it again! Sweet and savory! So good!

Accommodated our larger party on a Sunday morning and then gave us such patient, friendly service. Food options were great , as some were carb loading and others were watching calories...something for everyone, and never an empty coffee cup! Love this location,too.

Every location I've been to has always been delicious and service is always amazing! Just like the other locations expect a wait! Join the waitlist because it'll make the wait process seamless. Our server was amazing and attentive! I had an egg white scramble with veggies and it was surprisingly yummy! The restaurant was super clean!!!

Waitress was very friendly and helpful. I liked that many breakfast dishes had a familiar yet unique approach. The herbed cream cheese on my omelet was very delicious, adding a subtle creamy texture and taste. They do have some extremely sweet options, like pancakes that are total sugar bomb deserts, that I will never eat.

Great food, always! We eat here once a week. I can't recommend it enough! They have the best gluten free toast.
