The waitlist here is a joke. You don't know how long it will take when you sign on, so it's impossible to guess when to sign on. After getting on the waitlist, I was given a time-frame, until 12:15pm. As I was approaching the restaurant in time for 12:15, I was informed Ihad been taken Off the waitlist. What? So I signed on again to the waitlist, when I was in the parking lot. When I entered, the host was not pleasant, as though I'd done something wrong in getting on the list again. He asked me why I'd done that. Oh, I don't know-- take a guess! He put me third in line, when I should have been first, given my first waitlist. We had to wait in the stupid hallway for about 12 minutes. There's one rickety bench out there, and about 12 people. Very uncomfortable. We were finally seated, and the waiter was good, but the food took forever to arrive. Of course, we were headed to the 1:30 movie, and our food didn't arrive until 1:00. Our order was correct, and the food was good, but we only had time to eat half in a rush, and box up the rest. Not a great experience. My advice for Snooze: tell people not to get on your waitlist until they actually arrive, as the waitlist is so unpredictable. Or drop the waitlist altogether. This would make the host do more work, of course. The guy was so unpleasant, he probably couldn't handle it. Do better, Snooze.
