Hubs and I had Valentine's Day brunch at Snooze. I've had my eye on those pancakes for a while and really wanted pancakes for Vday. We joined the Yelp waitlist and were given a window of time to arrive and check-in with the hostess. We were greeted upon entering. After checking-in, we waited for at least 15 minutes before being seated. They were really busy, but usually, Yelp waitlist cuts down a lot of the wait time.
Each table had a sticker on the table with a QR for the menu. The menu offers breakfast and lunch items with a wide variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan options. We ordered the following:
Cinnamon honey oat milk lattes $5.25
Makin' it grain bowl $12.25
Pork chile verde benny $12.75
Signature pancake flight $11.50
I ordered the makin' it grain bowl which has farro, black rice, quinoa, Tuscan kale, onion jam and mushrooms. It's topped with two cage-free, sunny side up eggs, arugula, tomatoes, house-made pickled peppers, avocado and toasted hemp seeds. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and filling it was! Hubs got the pork chile verde benny, which is green chili sauced tortillas and melted cheese with barbacoa style beef, topped with poached cage-free eggs, house-made green chili hollandaise, pico de gallo, and Cotija cheese. He loved it. It was rich and filling. We shared the signature pancake flight, which comes with pineapple upside down, blueberry danish and sweet potato pancakes. You have the option to choose any three pancake flavors, but we went with the three that it came with. It was amazing. We loved all three. My favorite was the sweet potato, which had chunks of sweet potatoes.
Our server was fantastic. He was super nice and patient. I'd definitely go back!
