Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

We went in today after a massage next door and we had one of the best servers experience we've ever had at this location. We've done this type of visit 3 times previously. Today was a bit different, we were helped by Ashley H. She's an absolute fun, great server and it made the experience that much better. Thanks for having her be our server! My husband had the vegan triple stack with a side of hash browns added on. I got the tofu scramble with English muffin. Added avocado on the side with mushrooms, spinach, tomato all inside the omelette. I also got a dirty spicy chai that was pretty on point. They are allergy friendly and usually able to work with most allergies if you just tell them.

Came in for breakfast and beat the rush. Got sat immediately and had a fantastic server. She was absolutely amazing. Attentive, nice, fast. The facility was very clean and so were the bathrooms. I ordered the chile verde Benny with one pork and one barbacoa. They were both fantastic. The hash browns are ales amazing and I love the salsa. Has a great cilantro taste to it. I got a side of bacon and it was perfect. Was cooked so perfectly. Also had a brewmosa with my breakfast and it was really good.

So many people have raved about snooze but it’s sadly one of my least favorite places. The hostesses were very kind but once we were seated it took 10 minutes before we saw our server. I know it was a busy time (Friday almost lunch), so we let it slide but it didn’t get better. It took a lot of work to get his attention…when we saw him. 🍳Spuds deluxe: 8/10 (add the green hot sauce and OMG it’s so good!) 🍞GF Neat French Toast: 7/10 taste but 2/10 for price. Two slices for $14 seems a little outrageous to me, especially since they tasted below par for me. 🥞GF choco chip pancake: 7/10 they really are huge! But I just can’t seem to vibe with them. It was just an eh pancake and maybe their GF options are just that way but for me, I wasn’t impressed. If I could do half stars, 2.5 would be more accurate but I’ll go ahead and round up.

The food was amazing. I had the protein pancakes with fruit on top and peanut butter maple syrup. The service was a little slow as they were quite busy on the holiday. I love the virtual line now so I don’t have to wait outside.

Most inventive menu options. Yes, you may have to wait on weekend morningto get seated, but complimentary coffee helps. Join the Yelp waitlist before you arrive. Service is friendly and speedy.

Great spot, but gets busy. Definitely need to reserve if you want timely service. Great food, family friendly Food is always out pretty fast and consistent New age Diner Vibe Servers are matter of fact type attitude and get the job done. We like to frequent this place and location, no complaints here. Suggestions, Pancake flight, hash browns, sausage! Sweet potato pancakes!

Simply outstanding! My server (Lexi I think) was great and very attentive. The food was exceptional. Their bacon is the best in the business hands down. The French Toast was light yet didn't fall apart and tasted great!. I also ordered a hot mocha coffee and that was phenomenal as well. Everyone there was happy to see me and this was my first time there. Definitely recommend this location of Snooze and I will be back the next time Im in their area.

Snooze is one of the most over hyped underperforming breakfast spots I've ever been too. The server was painfully hungover, we waited 20 minutes from when she took our drink order to she came back to get our food order. When the food came out my omelette had no seasoning whatsoever. I ordered the Denver omelette and it has maybe 5 tiny cubes of ham, next to no cheese and a few bell pepper slivers. My wife's pancakes came with 1 oz of syrup on the side and since the server was no where to be seen she couldn't ask for more. Breakfast is one of the easiest meals to do well, unfortunately this location couldn't do it. Over hyped, over priced and not worth it. I've been to the snooze in Westport Kansas City and that location is 5 stars every time. Do better better snooze.

Food: Awesome!! I had the 'Bella! Bella! Benny' which was exquisite. It had an amazing combo of flavors, and the poached egg was so runny and delicious. I also tried the little Cranberry Orange drink, which was delicious!! It was not super sweet, which I enjoyed, and it was really refreshing. Service: Awesome! We had a very attentive waiter which was good considering it was about 6:30 in the morning (Black Friday shopping) haha. Ambience: Always super busy and it has very breakfast cozy vibes. Pro Tip: Get there early in the morning, or reserve on the app to not have to wait in line as long. Overall: Delicious! Would definitely come back (and have, this was my 4th time). P.S. They are also very accommodating to food allergies and diets so if you have someone that has allergies this is a good place to bring them!

Second time coming to Snooze, not this location specifically, and it was full house packed. I didn't know how popular this place was until the queue time was an hour or more. Food was what I expected and the interior was nice on the eyes. Although, their protein pancake was quite dry and the peanut "syrup" that was served with it was quite small. My friend got their wisdom teeth taken out and ordered five soft scrabled eggs for $17. Did not expect eggs to be that pricey. Forgot to take pictures.

I love Snooze though it was better before it became corporate. I moved up north a year ago and this is so close to me. So I come pretty often. The food is terrific the crab cake Benedict has soooooo much crab. The pork belly Benedict is da bomb. But.... The service is almost always lacking. If I eat outside I usually have to pop back in to get water refilled etc. once on a Monday the restaurant was 1/3 full but it was a 15 minute wait because they only had 2 servers. Maybe I just miss Jolene and Tracy at the DTC location? There was a really great server here a few weeks ago but she seems to be gone shortly after training. Still a solid 4 stars but I wish management would work on building a team.

Top notch service, the food and drinks were excellent, they seated people quickly even though there was a ton of people in there. Well done!

Food was great but Beware of their program. If They don't show the coupons with your phone number. You don't get the deal so be cautious even if you show them the app redeem ahead of time. And the manager at this location wouldn't do anything to change. It said they didn't know when I got it ! again. Food is great, but don't join their club. Worthless.!! Thanks for your comment, but I still overpaid could've went to five other places, but we picked your place because of the coupon so we will not be back no need to Show me. Idk! Bye.

I really enjoyed their habanero pork belly breakfast fried rice. The portions were a little small for the price but I was mostly ok with it because it tasted amazing. The service was good and the restaurant was quite crowded considering we were there on a weekday morning.

The Crab Cake Benedict is life changing! Ugh, I crave it all of the time! The best I ever had!

The service was slow and inattentive but our food was good. I got the crab cake Benedict which was delicious but wasn't very warm when it came to the table so by the time I was halfway through it was cold. Also, the crab wasn't cleaned very well as I had several gritty bites. The blood orange punch was zesty and delicious but I couldn't really taste the blood orange over the lime juice. Overall though a decent breakfast.

I really enjoy having breakfast at Snooze when I have the opportunity. I always gravitate towards the savory breakfast options, while my husband likes the sweet options. This time I ordered the kimchi fried rice and my husband had the strawberry shortcake pancakes.... I don't know why I don't just order the pancakes for myself, because I always end up eating his LOL! Anyway, Snooze is great but is crazy busy on the weekends, weekdays are a better bet if you can swing it.

Great breakfast spot!! We had the Parmesan Crab Cake Benedict and the E'Lote Breakfast Pasta. Both were incredible. Yes, pasta with an egg for breakfast works wonderfully, especially for a hangover (so they tell me). Also had their Espresso Martini & Thai Bloody Mary... both excellent as well!! Service was prompt and courteous. Ambiance was ok, nothing special. Place gets VERY busy so plan ahead!

This location was great to visit early on Labor Day. There was surprisingly not a long wait around 9:30 AM/10AM, which meant we were able to get off the waitlist as soon as our party arrived. They were doing a bacon-themed special menu which include the bacon and egg pancakes, which I wish they would implement all the time because I LOVE a savory pancake, waffle, or french toast type of dish. The food also came out quickly. I also got the Bacon But Different, and it was deliciously sweet and spicy. I highly recommend it! I also tried the Strawberry Lavender Lemonade, which didn't have much lavender but was still good. This I might not order again since it was also quite pricey. Our server was pretty attentive too, which made the experience quite enjoyable. It was a nice way to start the holiday. I highly recommend getting on the waitlist through Yelp.

We have been coming to this place since it opened. We have always loved the food, the ambiance, and the service. Lately, however, the service has gotten worse. Once the food was served, no one asked if we need anything else. The food my husband was served was cold. We didn't complain. They seem to be always in a rush, which we can understand since the place is always packed with customers. Our waiter came to check in once to ask how the food was, we haven't even had the chance to have a bite of our food yet. We sat for a long time after we finished eating. Waiting for someone to acknowledge that we have finished. Our waiter finally came. He just placed the bill on our table and left. Again, he didn't even bother asking if we wanted to order anything else, nor did he ask if we needed boxes for our left overs. My husband worked in the restaurant business for years so he knows how easily waiters and servers gets busy with a packed restaurant, but even he said that this was the worst service we have experienced from this place yet. We all have different experience. Just sharing what was ours.

Great food, swift service and nice staff! We were a group of 5 so had to wait about 15 minutes. It honestly doesn't matter what you order, most everything is good. This day I decided to try something I hadn't tried before. Crab eggs Benedict! So good! Wow, wow, wow! Not sure its like this at all locations but I was delighted. We also tried the cinnamon roll pancake and sweet potato pancake (I can now die happy)! We also had a couple of brunch cocktails. Its not a bar but they were good brunch drinks. It's definitely a diner environment but with a high end taste. Definitely a Denver Fav!!

This is absolutely the best Snooze location! Under the leadership of Brittney & Rob, their team really hustles to get the fresh, hot and delicious food out to their guests. However, for my husband and I, the food is only part of the experience, we appreciate how personable all of the servers are. We love you Monica, Cordero, Sam, Maria, Miranda, Ray, Jake, Anya, Maddison, Angel, Charlimaine.Thank you for making us feel like family!

With 12 locations or so in just Colorado alone; each snooze remained a non franchised business that is Colorado born and raised. Local as local can be. Founded in 2006 by two bothers Jon and Adam Schlegel. Headquartered in Denver. The first-ever location is the Ball park location. Did you even notice how each location has their own vibe? The Union Station one has that fun upbeat one. You will feel it in the air! Then there's the Westminster location that I've been to recently. It's in the Orchard Town Center. I like this vibe. It's just enough. It's relaxed but not sleepy at all. Just alive without the crazy mad rush. I loved the counter seating we managed to snag just as we walked in. This is not saying any of the locations doesn't have a line. They do and will always. I would line up for what we had too! A tall glass of the best Blood Orange Mimosa! It was boozy! I was happy happy at 10:00 am!‍ I wanted something without meat and the Crab and asparagus omelet was perfect! Crunchy asparagus and there's actually crab meat mixed in with my nicely cooked fluffy omelet.they use three cage-free eggs and a salad came with it! I really liked how delicious this dish was! It's like I fell in love with our dear old Snooze. I spied more yummy things to try like the sweet potato pancake. The Blueberry Danish pancake was equally amazing! Moist and no need for syrup. So, service. It's not bad considering the amount of traffic they have. Pls don't expect to be served in 10 minutes! I'm not mad about it at all. Besides, my breakfast/brunch was excellent!

Everything was exceptional! The chai tea was perfectly seasoned and sweet. The Sandwich I am is simple and flavorful. Bella Bella Benny was amazing as always. We got a pancake flight to split - strawberry shortcake, cinnamon roll and pumpkin pecan pie, we couldn't pick a favorite they were all so good. Snooze nailed it again!

I visited the Orchard location again over the weekend for brunch with friends. Even though we had a party of 8 on a busy Saturday morning the wait wasn't long and we were seated and served quickly. This time I tried the pancake flight which was great because I'm indecisive. I had the pancake flight with the blueberry danish, pineapple upside down, and sweet potato pancakes. The pineapple upside down was my favorite followed closely by the blueberry danish. The sweet potato one was delicious too but the ginger butter served on to was too strong for my liking and overpowered the entire pancake. I had a side of their famous bacon and I asked if they could do a side order of the cheesy grits which were outstanding. I usually get a mimosa but this time I tried their honey oat milk latte which was the perfect pick me up. I wish it was a larger size but other than that it was great. Can't wait to go back again soon!

Run, don't walk to Snooze if you want a delicious and unique breakfast! The cool thing about snooze is that they have a ton of options outside of your "typical" items. I personally LOVE the shrimp and grits, and have it once at least once a month. The portions are great, and you can tell that they use high quality ingredients. Even their eggs taste better! They also often have seasonal drink and food options, which is fun! Sometimes there is a wait, so I recommend getting on the waitlist in advance especially during busy times.

I love the food here but I'm afraid I'm over the ambiance. It's worth the food, if you're going to eat, but if you're planning to visit with your party, another place might be better.

Pancakes were really good. Service was excellent. The reason for my 4 stars vs 5 is the portion sizes are quite small- about half the size of a regular restaurant. Maybe lower the cost based on portion size? Clean restaurant, cute decor.

This is a really fun place to visit! We have came twice now and the food has been really great both times! Everything we have tried is SO tasty! The place is very busy so I highly recommend getting on the waitlist ahead of time through Yelp. We waited less than 10 minutes once we got there thanks to the app (the wait time at the restaurant was over an hour). The worst part about the place is the service. The waiter seemed a little bit frustrated with our large group during ordering, but it could have been because they were so busy. I really recommend Snooze if you are in the area!

Very popular spot to visit on a weekend morning. Huge indoor and outdoor seating areas. The menu is vast, it was hard to choose what to order, I ended up with the deluxe snooze. A solid meal and came out in a timely manner. Service was great as well.

Went for brunch. A little wait but worth it. The servers were nice and the food was really good. Cute place but, if you are in a rush, definitely get on the waitlist.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Snooze- only bad thing are the lines but if you add your name to the list early, then by the time you arrive, your physical wait time has been reduced majorly. The lavender latte was delicious and something different. It might have been seasonal (not really sure) but the latte had a hint of lavender flavor. The cup was small but delicious and worth it. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was delicious. The jelly that came with it was very yummy and the way the toast was made just made it more than a bread in a toaster oven. There's a reason why this is such a popular brunch chain in Colorado and I'm glad there are more branches open throughout Colorado now.

We decided to come here for breakfast. The restaurant was full and only has to wait a little bit before we were able to sit down. Service was great and got me started on coffee right away. My wife and son ordered their OMG! French toast and their pork Chile verde Benny. Both of these were excellent. It's rare when we order something sweet for breakfast and we knew we couldn't go wrong with their French toast. We decided to do a half order and do not regret it one bit. The French toast were stuffed with mascarpone and topped with vanilla crème, strawberries and toasted coconut. Absolutely delicious. The eggs Benedict was also a really good choice. I decided to order their Smothered breakfast burrito. It didn't come with any meat which is why I regret it. For being smothered, it came very dry and with pico and cheese sprinkled on top. It's a shame because the chili itself was flavorful. It had a nice citrus flavor to it. But I wouldn't order it again without adding a protein to it.

Snooze is going down hill. Count on slow service, scalded eggs, barely toasted toast, missing butter, missing jelly. So might as well go to IHOP.

First impressions: BUSY with a wait. After eating though, it was justified. This place was good. The pork belly Benedict was amazing. So much flavor and great, great balance between sweet and savory. Ambiance is your standard busy brunch local chain. But man, i was very happy about ordering the pork belly Benedict. Would definitely come back and get the same thing, but I would want to try other things on the menu because they had great selection!

This is my weekly breakfast date spot with my partner, we love it here! The food is consistent as well as creative. The staff is really where this Snooze location shines for us though. We always have such a nice time chatting with the staff. Ally is a wonderful server; and Ashlyn and Sam are the best bartenders/baristas ever!!!

Staff could not have been more rude. We were told to expect a wait, and hostess said an hour strongly then gestured to the door. I said OK we can wait and she collected my number. We were never contacted. I understand that with great food comes recommendations and longer wait times. But to be ignored by servers, rudely dismissed by a hostess and not followed up on? That is simply bad business. For a place surrounded by fast food joints, packed with people and disorganized, it must have something going for it that I don't understand. To the owners: I think you should care more. Even if you're making money.

The vegan pancakes and the tofu scramble were delicious and just what I needed! This is a nicely sized restaurant with both indoor and outdoor space. Our waiter was nice and friendly--she was also super helpful and checked in on us. I'm told the bacon flight was good, but a bit sparse. The montecristo french toast was good but a bit heavy.

We loved it! The staff and food were both fantastic! My new go to will be the sweet potato/avocado/egg dish...so good! I will say, it gets a bit noisy in there, but we enjoyed the experience nonetheless.

I've only ordered takeout from this location so I can't comment on the dine-in experience, but each meal was delicious. I love that Snooze has so many healthy and vegan options so there's something for everyone. Picking up food is always a breeze and the staff's super friendly. There was 1 time when my husband and I both ordered the hash browns and got an upset stomach; we pinpointed it to the hash browns because every time we'd pick at it throughout the day, our stomachs started bubbling. We thought there was something dairy in it, but couldn't figure out why that day, the hash was causing some GI upset. Outside of that one-off, everything's been great and anytime we feel like treating ourselves to a nice breakfast, we grab some grub here.

Wow!!! I am sitting here in awe of this incredible creation! I had the Sweet Potato Bacon Mash Up and it was out of this world. The sweet, the Smokey and, the salty all blend so well and awaken every taste bud! The service was great the staff was very attentive and helpful. The space is super cute and trendy. This was recommended and I can't believe it took me so long to finally come!

Everything was great except the wait time was double what was stated. I had to wait over an hour for a table. It originally said 20-30 minutes.

Back again! My goto breakfast place. Excellent food, great prices. Ate $10 daily special. Cooked perfectly, to your request. Service great...Monica was fabulous. As usual great management by Rob. Love this place!.

Food: Food tasted great. I got the OMG French Toast, and 'I'd get it again' kinda good. Not too sweet and not too oily like some. Filling was enough for the size. It was more than enough for 1 person. I did get some sausage links, which I thought was pretty good but unfortunately did not make the photo. Each order has 3 pcs. It's a good quality kind, I promise. 4 stars on food. Service: I have mixed feelings on this. 1 server was kinda snobbish, did not give use anything to stir for our coffee, no sugar was offered or put on table near us, we had to flag another server to give us silverware when we got our food. I dont know if she just didn't want to be there or what. The guy who sorta took over was otherwise on top of it. I understand everybody is busy but It is part of the service. If I have to put a star on service, it would be 3 stars... Ambiance: Fantastic. Area was clean and bright. No sticky table. 5 stars for this.

At Noon on a Saturday was able to sit down immediately. Nice open restaurant that looks great. I ordered a sweet chai but it was still spicier than I would have expected but it wasn't bad. The sandwich I AM was great and I practically inhaled the sandwich. I had ordered hash browns to be super crispy but it appeared that didn't get communicated to cooks in back. The Sausage Gravy I really didn't like at all. I would consider that thick white cream basic sausage gravy as the low bar for acceptable sausage gravy and this to me didn't even beat that. They offered to take it off the bill and they even made comment that it seemed off too, so I'm not sure what happened with that. My wife and son enjoyed their meals a lot. Only other downside was that our drinks emptied early into our meal and our server only came back around after our meals were finished to offer water.

Breakfast was ok, but not worth waiting an hour to get in. Noise level was beyond acceptable

Favorite spot to go to when I need to unwind with great food! The crab cake Benedict is an absolute treasure!

We went with family for breakfast and it was so loud in the restaurant, we couldn't hear each other talk. Our waiter was impatient as it was busy. Food was good but the experience was not worth the money. Won't be back.

Man we are still sitting at the table but I had to write a review because of how amazing our experience was. We had Jake as our server shoutout to Jake he was freakin awesome and the entire staff was amazing and the food was so amazing i wanted to eat it all! This place is 5 STARS amazing experience i cannot wait to come back !

Our Family Loves Snooze! It is a Colorado highlight everytime we visit. The Westminster location is amazing! Quick wait times (get the app) & wonderful service! Order the pancake flight every time!

The food was good but the bacon was burnt to pork jerky. I didn't like the burrito didn't come with a protein and had to add it to the order for an additional fee. Also asked for sour cream but wasn't told a half table spoon of sour cream was $1.25 more. Some transparency would of been nice there.
