A “different” way to eat ice cream, you see how they prepare it and it comes out in the form of rolls. The truth is that I was surprised by the flavor, 7/10 … I didn’t try the food but I saw a bowl that they brought out and it looked fresh. The place is small and quiet, you can ask for papers to write something and stick it on the wall, the kids liked it. The service is not good.

I visited this place with my children for the first time, and from the moment we walked in, it seemed that the staff’s attitude was different towards us, possibly because of our Latino background. I know my English isn’t perfect and I speak with an accent, especially since I haven’t used it much lately—and to be honest, I wasn’t feeling well that day and didn’t even feel like talking, but whatever little desire I had to speak disappeared the moment I walked in. The woman who first attended us was particularly brusque when we asked for directions and was not friendly. Later, a young man helped us, but he also rushed the interaction and almost didn’t let us finish speaking. We ordered three dishes but only received two, and we weren’t informed about extra charges for using a credit card. Additionally, we noticed that a non-Latino customer received much friendlier service, which made us wonder if the difference in treatment was due to our background. The staff also conversed in their native language, laughing and making us feel excluded. Overall, the service was disappointing and unwelcoming. If you’re Latino or look like one, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place.

The food is really really good! You can ask for a menu option without the meat. The couple that owns this restaurant is extremely sweet and welcoming. The ice cream is spectacular, specially the Taro flavor 10/10

Sweetest couple that takes orders and serves. The pineapple green tea is delicious!! If you like the little Boba (the little balls that pop) I really like the lychee and strawberry. It's super sweet so if you don't like sweet don't add them. The mango snow ice was super yummy. So soft. Love this place ❤️

I enjoyed the service here, the Udon bowl is excellent, I highly recommend this shop. Although the food may get expensive very quickly 😬

Really good! This long weekend, I felt like having something to refresh myself and fortunately, there's an icecream place near where I live. They do bubble tea and ice cream rolls. Their lychee tea is really delicious and their ice creams are, as you can see, fun to eat and enjoy. Totally recommend.

Although one of the patrons tried to fix the super BAD attitude of the young male cashier, the experience had been so bad that we ended up leaving. I am sure the owners have tried hard to make this place work. I read other reviews prior to come here and looked like they actually do. In those same reviews I noticed just now one about the cashier attitude... bad simply bad. I hope they teach him how to provide a good service experience.

Chinese hamburger is great, pork tastes good; the servers are polite; plenty of space to sit .

Great bubble tea. I recently had the peach milk tea with lychee and tapioca, so good!! My boys also had fruit tea and caramel milk tea they both loved it.

Ironically I haven't been here for the ice cream, but the bubble teas and the food are amazing. The roujiamo and the cold noodles taste delicious. The owners are very kind and the service is great. The place is small and cute, very lowkey. I come here very often.

Poke bowls are fantastic, the dumplings are homemade and the best i have ever had. The pork buns are delicious and ending the meal with Twix rolled ice cream was just the best! They treat you like family and quick service. Nice and relaxing music to enjoy your food! Definitely recommend coming!

Authentic Chinese food . We travel from NYC to visit Everglades and found this place on the way back to Miami. The food is amazingly authentic!

I understand it looks like a boba & ice cream place from outside but actually this is a small hidden Chinese food restaurant. XD Shop owners are really nice - well can't really say service while they get busy but you know, the way they talk to you just like your friendly neighbors. Pretty much we like roujiamo (pancakes with pork inside yum yum), boboji (not everybody's taste but I personally think it's not bad), liangpi (the BEST mostly I only had it here) and rice powder ribs (very unique). Ice cream tastes good - not super fantastic but you know, delicious as usual. I'm a little bit disappointed in the boba tea and fruit tea - very old school way just coming from instant milk tea powder and syrup.

First time for me to try a icecream roll. We tried the kiwi flavor which was tasty and authentic. The tea was not the best though.

Been a while since I've been here but they have a covid safe store set up. Though they still make you sign with pen on a credit card charge so you still have to touch something. Still consistently good boba and quick too. They must have enough turnover to keep it fresh Definitely a favorite.

The boba here is wonderful! I usually get a peach tea with various boba and jellies. If you do visit, look for the drawing on the counter. I drew a little something for them last year and it's still at the counter every time I stop by! Warms my heart a lot :) I wouldn't recommend the jelly too much, because it's kind of tasteless, but I enjoy the texture so I still get it. The staff is super nice, and the service is pretty quick. I enjoy watching them make my drink!

Best place EVER!!! I got passion fruit green tea with lychee popping balls and it was DELICIOUS and we also got some noodles and chicken and rice the chicken and rice was good but it's not really my type of food but I GUARANTEE that other people will like it my sister didn't really like the noodles and my mom just told her to not eat it I felt really bad leaving without finishing the food and I hope that they didn't think we were being rude ALSO the workers are sooooo nice we've came here a couple times and i always left with a smile on my face I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%

The employees at this ice cream store were wonderful. They were quick and efficient even though their were quite a few people in line. They made the rolls just right.

Snow Kool on 58th Street in Doral is a great place to go for all things quality ice cream, tea, and bowls. I really like their selection of different items that they have available and how well everything is prepared. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

If you want on of the best bubble teas, you should come hear. The drinks taste good and the ice cream roles are also good.

I was so excited to hear that we had Chinese ice cream here in South Florida! We finally got a chance to visit this business once they reopened after the Covid-19 shutdowns. They took all the precautions and since we were the only customers, we were able to eat inside. I ordered the caramel rolled ice cream and my husband ordered banana. It was good! I think that they should consider adding fruit to the ice cream to make it tastier. I was very happy with the Covid-19 precautions that they took and felt very comfortable and safe eating inside. Another suggestion would be to offer wet napkins because your hands get sticky eating the ice cream. I am so happy that you were open and that you offer Chinese rolled ice cream to Miami area. Next time I come hopefully we will be over Covid-19 so that I can enjoy watching you make it!

I've been living in doral for a very long time and I've always said they were missing a good ice cream place and this one is totally it. They have so many different kinds and flavors. The owner was so nice and helped me pick everything was delicious. Thank you so much I will come with my family again

The bubble tea portions are so generous! There are so many flavors to choose from. Thai milk tea is not on the menu but we saw a container of Thai tea flavoring and the cashier confirmed they had Thai tea. It's delicious and not too sweet. We've also tried honeydew milk tea, it was SO good. We tried the Oreo secret roll today and it was perfect, it's a good sharing size too if you want to be modest. ;)

We tried this new little place in the Publix center. It was our first time tasting rolled ice cream. The chocolate lover and the oreo secret were very good and the kids thought the rolling process was very cool! They had a candle burning (moth ball smell) with a very strong scent that they should probably turn off, but we give him 4 stars for being a new and original concept!

We ordered Snickers' rolls and it was SO good! The ice cream is well served and the kids loved it! So happy to find an ice cream so delicious in Doral !!!

Great little place. I had the snickers mix rolled ice cream and it was delicious. My wife had chocolate lovers mix and she said it was great. They're just starting out as of this date but the final product is really good. I do wish there were more toppings available, especially more fruits. I would recommend.

Got my Bubble Tea fix and it did not disappoint. My husband got his twix ice cream and enjoyed it and watching the process. We met the owner who was very nice and friendly. The store is VERY clean which I like. Over all I left a happy customer. :) will be back.

Snow Kool is so good from the workers to the food. Can you believe that it's a family business I thought that was interesting. The service is so good and if you want to get rolled ice cream you can see how they make it! Not only are there sweets but there also noodles and more different types of food. Also costumers can write and draw on sticky notes and put it on the wall! I totally recommend it's so delicious

Excellent Japanese style ice cream in Doral. What a nice change from the fro-yo places. Excellent choices include the strawberry beauty and lychee elf ice cream rolls.

Had the taro boba smoothie tasted sooo bland and was expensive for no reason. I don't recommend coming here for boba.

Awesome place! So glad there's finally good bubble tea and ice cream rolls here! Also Hong Kong waffles! There's also octopus balls that I haven't tried, but will come back to check it out!

Great owner located spot in shopping central, snickers ice cream was awesome, little different from your regular ice cream yogurt shops all over Miami, great ice ice cream.

Their Chinese food is legit and delish, so happy to find such a hidden gem in the neighborhood!!!

I got a Vanilla Milk Bubble tea! It was DELICIOUS! the owner was SO NICE too! He made sure I loved my tea, and was so sincerely happy when he saw i did! Loved it! Coming back for sure!

This is the best place to eat ice cream because the price is reasonable and the topping aren't charged everything is just excellent we really enjoyed it. From now on this is the only place I want to visit.

Phenomenal low key authentic ice cream rolls and amazing bubble tea. Highly recommend everyone who lives in the Doral area or near by to visit. Weather it be late night or after lunch this place is delicious.
