Google
Nice little brewery nestled among a few others around the corner. Outdoor seating with tents right outside and a food truck. Selection of beers is all over the place, from stout to ipa and Ales so you will find something to match your your tastes. Service is good, inside they sell light snacks and beers to go.

Google
Great place for hanging out with friends! Friendly staff, good vibes, quality beer. Loving the beer slushies for summer out on the new patio! Wish there were more food options or more food trucks on nice weekends at least. But it's ok, you can order food to be delivered, recommend the local Nosh delivery service app.

Google
So honestly, Snowbank isn't my favorite brewery in Ft. Collins. But with so many to choose from, the bar for excellence is set pretty high. But, I give Snowbank 5 stars because their beers have always been good to great. The only real standout/home run they brew in my opinion is their Colorado Red. But having said that, their beers, and I've had a lot of them, have ALWAYS been way above average. For a brewery to constantly achieve this I think is amazing and tell-tale of the skills and knowledge of the brewer. The staff has always been nice. Never a rude or snide comment. Never and negative body language. The staff at Snowbank seriously seem to love what they do. If you're looking for a brewery to add to your visit in Ft. Collins, put this place on your list.

Google
Nice taproom with tasty beers. The prices were fair and they have lots of options for sizes (5oz tasters, 10oz pours and 16oz pours). I HIGHLY recommend the Cucumber Sourado. It tasted like cucumber (obviously) and was crisp and refreshing. It was the kind of beer I would want when lounging by the pool on a summer's day. Did wish they had more accommodations for bikes because the rack gets crowded on nice days.

Google
A super fun spot--just wish there was more space. We were there for the Lit Trivia as part of the Fort Collins Book Fest. A great night and well organized. Loved the drinks too!

Mike

Google
One of the best breweries in FoCo. Great selection of rotating styles with the Snow juice IPA (esp. pineapple snow juice) being my favorites. Dog friendly space with a friendly brew dog Simcoe our pup is always excited to see again. Don’t pass this one up!

Google
Absolutely loved this brewery! The staff were so nice, just like their drinks. I had their Serrano lager (quite fitting) and it was so good. I cannot recommend this brewery more. Also, their aesthetic is so clean and winter themed!

Quentin W

Google
Fantastic beers, friendly staff in a great space. Absolutely enjoyed a couple drinks here and you should too!

Yelp
I would call this a hidden gem. There is another brewery in front of it so you might not see it there. Go. We popped up to see our college student and brought our pomeranian along. He was happy as could be to be included on the adventure. I brought my sling carrier so he was tucked in and riding on my hip for his visit to the brewery. We ordered a flight to share. We tried Snow Juice NE IPA, Snow Light rice lager, Apres Ski Mexican Lager with lime and sea salt, Rocky Mountain Nectar Vermont Style Hazy IPA, Inspiration Point IPA and the collab with the Pink Boots Society - Chai Vanilla Stout. The service was great. The beertender was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would recommend checking this one out if you have not been. We will be back.

Steve Y.

Yelp
Love this place!! We drive from Denver to here just for a beer (yes, quite the beer run) but it's worth it. Crankinbrew is our go to when we visit. Sad to hear this staple for the brewery is now seasonal. If you are in the area (Ft Collins) and want to check out a local gem, this is it. Dave is the brewmaster and he will always share fellowship with you.

Paulina M.

Yelp
Overpriced for the quality of the beer. My fiancé didn't like any of the beers in his flight. The pretzel with cheese unfortunately was served with a generic, cold cheese from Land O'Lakes.

David K.

Yelp
Went here for the first time back in 2015. But not been back til 9/11/21. Very first place I had seen a white stout. Has a very good selection. They can a lot of their beer. You can get a crowler of anything. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Got a Crowler of the cucumber sour and a 6 pack of the barrel aged red. Very good! Will def be back!

Matt M.

Yelp
In a town full of good beer, this place is definitely among the best. They may not have 25 beers to choose from, probably more like 10ish, but they are all going to be fantastic.

Cindy C.

Yelp
First time in this place and it was pretty cool. The beer wasn't the best we've had but the frigid cold IPA was perfect considering how hot it was outside. Dogs allowed inside which is always a plus!

Ray A.

Yelp
Very knowledgeable and Pleasant bartender. Will be back again. Beers were awesome and tasty. Get a pretzel.

Natalie S.

Yelp
We stopped in on our brewery run of Fort Collins. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU VISIT WHEN CAP IS WORKING! He was so friendly, professional, personable and just effing awesome. We told him we were from out of town and we sampled so many of their beers with us. We fell in love with the Cranknbrew and he went out of his way to get us some to while we were still staying in Denver. One thing I love about visiting breweries is the comraderie and professionalism each place demonstrates. We got so many good suggestions for other breweries to visit. They don't have food here just some local chips, salsa and flavored hard pretzel bites but those are all good when enjoying a beer or three. There is limited parking on site which is nice.

Troy K.

Yelp
This place is great. Excellent beer. Ambiance is awesome. Matador food truck outside. We will be back for sure. You have to visit.

Mo C.

Yelp
Just a fun little brewery with amazing creative beers! I have been here a couple of times and they always have so many delicious beers, it's hard to make decisions. I have loved their chili beers, candy bar stouts and all kinds of creative flavor combinations. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. During the quarantine they are taking all the necessary measures to make patrons feel safe.

Henry F.

Yelp
Great staff. Great beer. I tried 8 tasters and liked everything. A nice local craft brewery with a good tasting room. Limited eats in the form of pre-packaged dry snacks.

Ciara S.

Yelp
Love this place! Stopped during a vacation with my dad. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had great recommendations for my personal preferences. I will for sure go back when I'm in the area again!

Rebecca M.

Yelp
Had a great time visiting here, and loved the local feel. Everyone was friendly and the beers were great. This is a must-stop on a brewery tour of Fort Collins!

Alek F.

Yelp
If you're looking for authentic local brewed drinks then look no further. Friendly staff, good vibes, and great drinks. What more do you want from a brewery.

Tj D.

Yelp
Beer was tasty . I presentd a valuepak coupon 1get1 free. Yes it was expired but nowhere else have i experienced an issue . I got "if its important 2 u " i enthusiastically said YES! Followed by a cold shoulder. After 4 my 2nd. He . Maybe mgr? Would only pass me a smaller pour & and dismissive snear. I was told"We offer coupons monthly & its up 2 me 2 bring in valid" Really is it worth yur reputation and a bad experience?

Heidi K.

Yelp
Snowbank has a wonderful atmosphere and tasty beers! At least, that's what I remember. Our amazing friends wanted us to experience as many breweries as possible during our visit, and bless them but my memory of Snowbank is a bit foggy. Beers we tried: Blonde ale Cucumber Sourado Totality (bourbon barrel stout) Snow Juice Cranknbrew Pawnee porter All were great but my favorite had to be the Snow Juice and Cucumber Sourado. The beertender was super friendly and knowledgeable. The interior is cozy and inviting. I look forward to returning soon.

Gary K.

Yelp
Ok, went to 4 breweries while in Fort Collins and got flights at 3 of them. Snowbank was by far my favorite!!! All 5 beers were excellent ! Habenero was spicy and good, wife loved the orange stout!!! Everyone was also very friendly here!!

Crystal K.

Yelp
Visited from out of state with a local couple and I can't say enough about the service! They ran out of a beer that I wanted to try and gave me three others to try instead! Highly recommend to anyone in the Fort Collins area.

Alyse H.

Yelp
Not only are Snowbank brews delicious, but the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. We were there for trivia night, and we felt like a part of the community in FoCo. We were skeptical of the Cranknbrew Coffee Pale Ale before we tasted it, but one sip sold us. So delicious! They also had a NE IPA on tap that was really tasty. We have been here a few times; once right after they opened and again a few months ago. We have seen the evolution of their beers and I know that there are only good things to come from them.

Kara H.

Yelp
Atmosphere, beer, location... everything is spot on. We really enjoyed the crankenbrew, sourado, and the barrel aged Belgian wit. Everything was drinkable and delicious though. Looks like they switch out their beers on a regular basis

Mark L.

Yelp
Snowbank is red hot with spot on beers! From the 7 flagships to the small batch seasonals, everything is tasty! The bar staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the tasting room is inviting. Check them out!

Laura K.

Yelp
So, we went to Snowbank on a whim. We love coffee stout and heard about their coffee pale ale. I wanted to experience their beer in person and on tap. I was NOT disappointed. We started with a small batch flight- Kviek IPA 7.1%, Dunkelweizen 4.9%, Imperial Cranknbrew 9.1%, Zinfandel BA Raspberry Dark Ale 7.0%, and Chocolate Gingerbread Stout 7.5%. The imperial cranknbrew was our favorite - this one is sneaky. Hitting over 9%, you'd never guess it by taste. Next up is the Zin Dark Raspberry Ale. Yum. It's like candy in a glass but not overtly sweet. We next tried the flagship beer. The best was the Snow Juice NE style IPA - you can't go wrong with this one or any of the other flagships. Come here- you won't be disappointed!

Stacia W.

Yelp
My favorite brewery in Fort Collins by far! I love the Snow Juice hazy IPA and the variety of beers is so creative. The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and warm! Definitely stop by if you have not been yet

Alden C.

Yelp
We went to a really good series of breweries back to back when we first lit into Fort Collins to visit about a month ago. Snowbank Brewing was one of these breweries I am very happy to say that was in this series! Snowbank was a "new" brewery to me but it looks like it's been around for 2 or more years which I guess means that was about how long ago I last visited here! Steve and I got two different kinds of beers here which were wonderful! I got a coffee pale ale which I found to be a very unusual selection as far as ingredients go since coffee is seen more often in stouts or porters. So of course I had to try it and I loved it! They balanced the flavor perfectly with the characteristics of a good pale ale! Steve got an excellent cucumber sour beer which had a great tang to it and was extremely enjoyable to drink! The service was very friendly and chatty which rounded out our positive experience at Snowbank quite nicely!!

Chad T.

Yelp
Solid new brewery here in Fort Collins. I wish these places that utilized food trucks as their food option would have the food trucks open during lunch time, but I understand it's just not that busy. However, Snowbank lets you bring your own food in... I suggest grabbing something from Big City Burrito and coming in for a beer sampler pairing! Everything here is pretty straightforward, nothing too crazy our out there. The one really notable beer (speaking as someone who loves red but generally doesn't like the bitterness or hoppiness of IPAs) is that they have a session red IPA. This was very cool. Now if we could just get them to serve it up with nitro....

Kat H.

Yelp
I love Snowbank. Their Cucumber Sourado is probably my favorite beer ever! I came here on Friday 2/26/21 to grab a beer with my co-worker. I couldn't believe how rude the bartender was. It was honestly a shock. I've always had great experiences here, but for some reason we must have rubbed him the wrong way? I get having bad days, but I feel like he was rude the whole time. I definitely didn't feel welcome. I will absolutely come back bc usually it's great! But I had to only give you 2 stars hoping you can address this issue.

John G.

Yelp
Nate was our bartender and did a wonderful job explaining the different beers on tap! Excited to come again!

Kelly B.

Yelp
One of the best breweries in Fort Collins area!! Their Spicy IPA might be one the most memorable beers I have ever had!! It's pretty spicy but sooooo delicious! I also enjoyed their sourado. Staff was great... I wish I lived closer!

Thomas M.

Yelp
One of my favorite breweries to visit for tasting. Brought guests here because of the quality of beers on tap and the atmosphere. The establishment reminds me of a couple of brewery I've been in Bend, Oregon; relaxing. Cheers!

Patty N.

Yelp
My favorite craft beer in town. Cap and Mary are amazing beer tenders very attentive!! Great job guys!

Amy P.

Yelp
It is confirmed...this place is amazing. I had 2 wonderful beers at the festival last week...i tried 4 new beers today...all of them equally impressive. A must for anyone choosing which breweries to hit! Don't pass this one up! Right behind Ft. Collins brewery.

Tommy T.

Yelp
I've been a few times now and I must've forgot to leave my .02 after those stops, could've been the beer. First time was not long after they opened on a nice slow weekday, it allowed me to sample and chat as I made my way through the offerings. The standouts for me were the IPA and the stout I felt, after trying everything that caught my eye, that this place should definitely get some carryover from FCB next door. I preferred almost every beer that had a facsimile at FCB, the beers here have been consistent since day one and think they should get some more love in the Fort Collins scene.

Sean R.

Yelp
Best beer in town. We have been to Snowbank a few times and enjoy their patio. Would've given 5 stars but the clientele is the type that turns around and stares at you as you walk in, making anyone new feel unwelcome. I would recommend adding an area to drop off dirty glasses so you don't have to leave them at the bar and get chastised by the people sitting there.

Dylan L.

Yelp
The first time I happened on Snowbank Brewing, I was walking along Lincoln, doing my usual brewery walk and making my way towards Fort Collins Brewing. My wife and I saw a sign for this place and decided we wanted to check it out. It is now a mainstay when we visit FoCo! The great thing about Snowbank is that they make some really good beers and have a cool tap room, but because they're a little off the beaten path they're never too crowded and it's always chill. They have some standard beers, plus some super funky and unique ones. On my latest visit here, I had a pale ale with coffee. It had the color and slight flavor of a pale ale, but the addition of a roasty coffee taste. The best part is, it was actually good! Rather than a lot of breweries who do strange brews just for the sake of it without the beer being that good, it was legitimately well made and unique. If you're up in Fort Collins and looking for a good new taproom to visit with great beer and a good vibe, go check out Snowbank!

Caren H.

Yelp
This brewery was my husband and my least favorite of all the breweries that we visited in Fort Collins. There was absolutely no atmosphere. There were only two other people in the brewery. I'm not even sure you can call this place a brewery. You can't see a brewery from anywhere in the place. The beer taste ordinary, nothing special and if you wanted popcorn, you can have some...they sell small bags of popcorn for $6 to $8. Only thing I can say that is extraordinary about the place is that they share a parking lot with Fort Collins Brewery, which we really enjoyed. All in all, 3 stars for having okay beer, but nothing in the place was special.

Rich L.

Yelp
Great place and awesome hospitality! Adison served us, gave great recommendations and was very accommodating. Good selection and very nice and refreshing for the descriptions to actually come through in the taste of the beers! Cheers!

Sarah W.

Yelp
Stepped right in line as my new favorite small brewery. I got the taster tray and wasn't disappointed in a single beer. Plus they're dog friendly indoors! Craft beer and friendly dogs roaming around, call it my own personal heaven!

Demitri R.

Yelp
After following them on instagram, I finally decided to venture in. And i Wasnt disappointed. The woman behind the bar was as friendly as ever. And the other patrons are great for being friendly and talkative. They allow dogs inside which is a plus in my book. No Food truck was on hand this day. But hey what can you do. I came in for the beers. From the few tasty beverages I had on tap, I know I will be back for a taster. And they always have something on rotation of a limited quantity which is a plus.

Lisa B.

Yelp
I'm a fan of their work and their style! Great brews and great people!

Denise A.

Yelp
Excellent brews. Friendly staff. The mutts were welcome. Could be my new favorite small brewery.

Jarred P.

Yelp
Really good brewery in a town filled with really good breweries. There are a few things Snowbank does that seems to make them stand out to me. They allow well-behaved dogs inside, which is pretty nice in comparison to a few other breweries I've been to, even ones that do not serve food. They consistently seem to have a great food truck option out front (and will usually announce it via Facebook no guess-work involved). They try new and different promotions that are a little different than some other places around town. Quite often they team up with Nuance chocolate to produce some interesting and delicious beers. It seems like a couple times each week they offer dollar off pints for some event which is definitely a neat idea. As far as the beer goes, it's a great spot if you want to try unique dark beers or tasty lighter beers. These are usually our go-to options when we stop by.

Leah S.

Yelp
Used to be one of my favorite places to hang out. (went there weekly) Used to be super chill and would never have to worry about (EXTREMELY shitty and SLOW service when the brewery is nearly empty )the bartender (POS IMO) being unable to handle orders. But some skinny tall dude (should have gotten his name, but couldn't care less because his service was TERRIBLE) couldn't handle 3 orders to save his life. Absolutely terrible experience. Even after being my favorite brewery, regardless of your delicious beer I will never return because of the service I received tonight.

Matt C.

Yelp
One of my favorite things about Snowbank is how cozy it feels inside. They usually have about 8 or 10 beers on tap, and recently started featuring w couple of Verboten's, while they're in the process of moving. They also allow puppies which is always a huge plus. Snowbank has a fairly nice array of beers. I particularly like their chocolate stout and coffee stout. Their location is nice as well as they're located on"brewery row" right by FCB.

Michael D.

Yelp
Nice stop on a brewery crawl, very happy with the special chili beer and the stout. The outdoor space isn't great but the people there are welcoming and would go there again.

David C.

Yelp
First of all, a flight of 6 tasters for $9 is a steal. One of my tasters was from another brewery but the 5 Snowbank brews I tried were all excellent. The Colorado red was probably my favorite (it's also much higher gravity than most reds - it weighs in at 7% abv). The cranknbrew (coffee pale ale) is definitely worth trying. While it got old after a few ounces for me, I could definitely see it being some people's favorite brew. The Trail Run IPA (red session IPA) was top notch and very quaffable. Their saison is also a great beer if you like the style. I'll definitely be heading out there more.

Lane T.

Yelp
I was a bit skeptical at first. Only because there are tons of breweries in this town. Tried it one day and was pleasantly surprised. Very good brews, and I mean that. Super clean, classy tasting room. Owner was very nice. Wish they had in house food but their focus is beer not food. Try the wheat and the porter.

Lucas B.

Yelp
I love the fact that there are no TV's in this place, Thank you! The beer was really tasty also, I went here probably 5 times while I was in town. I was drinking a mix of their snow juice and cucumber sour, it was quite good. I definitely would go back for more good beer.

Stacey F.

Yelp
Tried the Bike Trail Pale, Green Tea Pale, Inclination IPA, and the Reinheitsge Not. Rather unremarkable except for the white stout which I've never seen before. Otherwise, meh. But lovely service! :)

Christopher B.

Yelp
This is really the surprise for me lately. I went in to just check it out and didn't expect to like their beers this much. The coffee ale is so interesting and intriguing yet it works, for instance. I tried a variety of different styles and they all get a thumbs up. The one that always sticks out in my mind is the coffee ale. You normally only see this flavoring in dark beers yet it works so well here. Although I really like their beers, for me personally, I find the interior a bit sterile and boring... I wish they'd spruce it up to add some atmosphere that matches their beers.

Matt O.

Yelp
Wow blown away with this beer! I am drinking this snow juice that is literally one of the best beers ever. Cheese the beer god told me to get it. Tried other beers too and they were good. This place just needs more verity and I'd give it a 5. Also the space is good just not 5. But this beer made up for any of that. Snow juice wow! At the bar 2 others came up and said the snow juice was the best they ever had. One guy had been at 4 other breweries and said it was the best beer he'd had all day. Yeah good.
