Snowday Dallas

I booked super last minute, but managed to get 0900 tickets. I purchased the combo Santaland and Snowday tickets, which if you have a kid, I believe is worth it. The train ride was a new experience for us. I loved being able to put it my daughter's information ahead of time so that when we walked in to see Santa, he knew her name and what she wanted for Christmas. Afterwards we walked around taking pictures every few feet as there are plenty of places to pose for pictures. It's a fun family experience. We spent maybe 90 minutes inside. It does get crowded, but the early tickets allowed us to get in and take our pictures without having to wait.

This has become one of our Christmas traditions that we look forward to every year! It is great for all ages and such a nostalgic feeling! I recommend getting the combo ticket if you have little kids unless you don't celebrate Santa then just SNOWDAY is still fun!! It is endless photo opportunities And lots of exploring! Pro tip: Make sure family is well fed & went potty before getting there! 😂👌 You can also make it a full day of fun by shopping, eating & ice skating at the Galleria Mall!

1. We arrived 15 minutes early like we were told only to be told to come back at the exact time because they suddenly stopped letting people in early. 2. We had issues with our tickets online snd being honored and ended up paying more in-person. 3. The line was 90 minutes long. It was PAINFUL! 4. For a 90 minute wait, the experience was too short. 5. In the Forrest I’m not sure if it’s the fake snow or a snow machine that doesn’t get cleaned, but it was causing sinus issues for us and others. 6. Santa was quiet but looked great! Verdict, would I go again? Hell no! Not for that price point and horrible wait time with such a short experience. Advice to the location… 1. Create some sort of portal tunnel to skip the train. That train was causing the issue I assume. 2. Figure out what’s causing sinus issues in the Forrest! 3. In the Forrest, create a split with two different Santas.

We purchased Santaland experience only for our family. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old. If you have sensory sensitive children, probably not for them. We purchased a 12:45pm time slot and had to wait nearly an hour in line to even enter the experience. With two young ones, that is extremely stressful. Once we entered, we were guided directly to the simulation train. No welcome or anything. Good photo op by the train. Once in the train, the Elf greeted us and that was a cool experience but did kind of scare my 3 year old (though she is very sensitive to noise) . After the train is the snowy forest which is very pretty and magical. Its about a 1 minute walk through. Beware the snow did make everyone cough. Not sure why. You then have to wait in a small corridor for the Santa experience. You scan a ticket to be able to enter the room. You're greeted in a sort of rushed fashion by an elf. The Santa did not "Ho Ho Ho" and was pretty quiet. He was very nice though and my kids were comfortable with him. The photos were great and Santa mentioning what my daughter wanted for Christmas was a cool idea. After photos, you are led out of the whole experience where you can buy EXTREMELY overpriced toys or souvenirs. My daughter got a magic wand that is she obsessed with. Pros and cons with everything but definitely think you have to purchase both Santaland and Snowday to get your money's worth.

Wait line is ridiculous! Ppl show up before their slot. (My husbad asked an employee regarding the appointment time since we were already waiting for over 45 minutes after our appointment slot and the employee said that no matter what slot you have you can get in line) This causes ppl to have longer wait times. Plus they have multiple ppl in one time slot. I have a 6pm slot and ppl the line is so long they still have 7pm slots available. As of right now Ive been waiting for 1hr and im not half way there. Just note to your self. If you plan on coming in the afternoon pass 4pm. Dont make any other plans.... p.s bring your lawn chairs or a a blanket to sit the kids in the floor as they wait. Update. Entered line at 5:40pm... its 7:28pm havent gone in but im almost at the front of the line for the train then you still have to wait in another line for santa. Update: 7:46pm finally waiting for the train. 8:00pm finally getting on the train. Please note ppl who pay extra will skip the line even if you are waiting for the train. We spoke the manager and he tried to blame the holiday and ppll who pay extra have priority to first sitting. No reason to wait over 2hrs.. we had many ppl skipping their slots and plus ppl who paid the extra to skip the line (the ppl who pay to skip the line should be at the end when the arrive at the train.) .8:10pm about to see santa. There's atleast 4 families ahead. Overall... the experience of waiting was horrible for the 15 mins we ended up waiting to actually see santa.

A great experience with our son’s family. 3 and 5 yr old G sons were mesmerized by the train , loved seeing a very authentic Santa and soaked up lots of fun in each room! My first time- their 4 th. Worth every penny!!!

A lovely place to visit during the Christmas season with family and friends. The decorations are festive and beautifully done, creating a fun and cheerful atmosphere for photos and walking around. It’s a great spot to enjoy the holiday spirit together and make memorable moments, especially with kids and loved ones.

What a great experience. Fun photo ops and the upgrade from a few years ago is fantastic! Fun for all ages
