Google
I was craving some korean shaved ice and i found this gem in chinatown. I ordered the fruit shaved ice and i was surprised with the beautiful presentation of the food. I ordered the largest size for me and my friend to share. The fruits were so fresh and they were def not stingy with the toppings unlike other bingsu places. The service was good and fast.

Google
Been here twice. The shaved ice desserts are good but on the sweeter side of my preference. I wish they could have the condense milk on the side. A bigger bowl would also help for less messy eating. Kinda hard to eat it without spilling out some. The place gets very busy during peak hours and sometimes hard to find a table. Would diffenitely come back next time I’m in Houston and craving for some korean dessert.

Google
Our first time trying Bingsu and Taiyaki and they did not disappoint. I got the cheesecake bingsu and my husband and son got the oreo bingsu. It was so fluffy and sweet. We also tried a Nutella taiyaki and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a snack with family or friends. We will come back again!

Google
This dessert place could pretty much be a dessert MEAL as you can see they are generous with their portions. Granted it is mostly ice, but perceptions mean a lot in this industry! I am usually not a fan of super sweet things but I LOVED the fruity pebble Bingsu! It was perfect. I am drooling writing this review as it’s been a few months since I’ve been back. So yeah, definitely sharing sizes. I’m also a huge fan of their Taiyaki- a fish-design dessert that you can choose the filling to. I usually pick custard and I can definitely eat more than 2 or 3 of those in one sitting. They make everything fresh to order so it’s not sitting out for hours waiting to be sold. The prices are a bit on the high side for dessert. However, considering they are sharing portions, and how delicious they are, I highly support this dessert bar. Can’t wait to go back!!

Google
First time coming here and this place blew my mind. We got the strawberry cheesecake and this it was so good and fresh. They had real cheesecake in it with a scoop of ice cream on top. I really enjoy how soft the ice is texture wise it's like a snowy consistency and goes really well with it. But by far the most eye appealing was the pineapple blueberry that was served in a half pineapple as the bowl. The pineapples were cut up in perfect circles and fit perfect to cover the other half the pineapple with blueberries to fix in the gap. This was so cool presentation wise that I didn't want to eat it. But it was so fresh and good. I will highly recommend anyone to come when they have a sweet tooth.

Google
Absolutely amazing! Great service. Bingsu comes out fast even when it’s busy. I loved the mangoes & strawberries. Both I tried were so fresh & the ice was very good. Oreo wasn’t bad either. The small is good for 1-2 people and the regular is best if shared by at least 2 people. This is definitely one of my favorite dessert places!

Google
Employees were friendly and helpful. The place wasn’t packed and easy to find parking. Prices were fair, they give you a lot to eat. I got the assorted fruits bingsu. It wasn’t a heavy dessert, it was light. Fruits were all fresh. They used blueberries, mango, and strawberries. You can easily share with several people.

Google
Delicious dessert although the Bingsu is so messy. It's filled to the brim and overflowing with condensed milk. The custard tayaki was crispy on the outside and warm and delicious on the inside. It wasn't too sweet either. Will definitely be back to try other desserts.

Yelp
Dessert shops are a dime a dozen in Chinatown, but few operated at the level Snowy managed to reach in just a short handful of years. They took some of the trendiest Asian desserts -- many of which were hard to find in Houston at the time -- turned them into a true spectacle for sweet tooths everywhere. As a result, many new fans of taiyaki and bingsu born and have been mourning since Snowy's closure last Fall. This was always a wonderful place to rock some after-meal sweets and escape the oppressive Houston heat. The space was modern, clean, brightly lit, and well ventilated (#1). The bathrooms were clean and the staff, usually comprised of younger folks, ran the shop with great efficiency while doing it with a smile. Their version of bingsu struck a nice balance between the pricier classic fruit-based versions and the slightly more affordable westernized ones topped with Captain Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Fruity Pebbles. Personally, I loved the injeolmi with red bean, and the strawberry mango with chunks of fresh fruit. I also had a soft spot for the taro, sesame, and Oreo flavors. I never bought into the $13 "bingsushots" but I give them credit for the creativity and the hustle.. Their taiyaki was social media pretty but very underwhelming with the toppings. I was not terribly fond of their boba milk taiyaki or the pepperoni pizza, but it was a reach either way. The best bet was the injeolmi and custard, but I know there were many fans of the cheesecake. Ultimately, I give them lots of credit for keeping the sugar rush alive in Chinatown for half a decade. I sincerely hope they make a comeback somewhere else in the city -- because everyone could use a little (or a lot!) dessert in bingsu form. ___________ (#1) Which is important to keep things from melting.

Yelp
Service was great the restaurant was clean. The menu has a lot of flavor options too. Compared to bingsu I have had though, this place fell short. The shave ice very thin, so that's a plus. The injeolmi didn't have kinako like I'm used to, and the red bean wasn't sweet. As for the strawberry mango, this was better! The fruit was great and the bottom had a sweetened condensed milk in it. There was just flavor missing from the bing su overall. The flavor that was there was good, just lacking. I think for the price it isn't worth it. Maybe I ordered the wrong flavors though so I'd be willing to try again.

Yelp
Dear Snowy Desserts (or Snowy Villages), It's hard to believe that five years have passed so quickly. On September 2, 2024, you closed your doors, and you'll be sorely missed. Your shop was always bustling with people, drawn in by your amazing treats. The shaved ice, with its endless variety of flavors and toppings--mango, strawberries, and cereal, to name a few--was simply unforgettable. And your Taiyaki, both sweet and savory, offered delights like Nutella and pepperoni that kept us coming back for more. For those who never got the chance to try it, you missed out on one of the best dessert spots around.

Yelp
I'm in love with Bingsu after being introduced to it last year from a friend. Whenever I go to a new location, I love searching to hopefully find a place. I was in luck during my visit to Houston. Snowy Dessert Bar did not disappoint. The Bingsu was amazing. This dessert is like no other. It's hard to explain but just know your taste buds will be super happy with the light refreshing snowy milk topped with fruit or other decadent treats. I truly wish I had this in my city because I would definitely be there often.
google avatar

Daysi L.

Yelp
I did not like the bing su here. It was very icy and didn't have any flavor. Literally just oreos and iced. I thought there would be flavoring in between lawyers like they usually do. it was okay idk they just need to layer it better. I didn't eat there but it was nice. Service was decently fast.

Yelp
The snowiest bingsu I have ever had! Fruit is fresh and sweet and ample. The shaved ice is so fine and soft, and melts in your mouth smoothly without causing an ice cream headache. This Bingsu is a revelation. Come and try for yourself - you will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Love the simple, clean, and neat decor of the dessert place. Staff were friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I got the Injeolmi and red bean bingsu, strawberry mango bingsu, red bean taiyaki, plain taiyaki, and The Pinky. The small size is perfect for one. Both bingsu had very soft and smooth texture. The ice melted in my mouth almost instantly. The injeolmi and red bean bingsu had soybean powder coating which I love. Other than the top of the bingsu, inside the injeolmi and red bean bingsu, there was a small heap of red bean paste too! The strawberry and mango bingsu was delicious. I got sour mango but I didn't mind at all since the rest of the bowl was sweet. The taiyaki wasn't what I thought it would be. I expected it to be soft, but it came crispy, flaky, and sweet. It almost tasted like Ritz Apple Strudel pastry if you have tried one. The Pinky is a strawberry milk tea. It tasted good just like any strawberry milk tea should be. I would definitely be back to try other bingsu.

Yelp
Ok I love snowy. I've been here multiple times and always say I won't eat the whole darn mountain of ice, but I do. I don't love the powdered topping or that under all of the toppings, the ice base is exactly the same. I.e. I got taro and my friend got cookies and cream, but had the same ice flavor underneath. This does bring me to the point though, the ice is delicious. Pillowy, fluffy, light, sweet, delicate with tasty Eastern and Western toppings. My friend didn't love her cookies and creme shaved ice. I tried all of the below and enjoyed them. My favorite was the taro shaved ice and the fruity pebbles shaved ice. Really it comes down to personal preference. These ain't cheap though I'll say that. You can also order a sampler trio if you want some portion control and to share.

Yelp
The food is different but delicious. The service is nice and friendly. The people make a family favorite, we visit this place every time we go to Houston.

Yelp
If you're looking for a bingsu spot or dessert in general, you need to check out Snowy Dessert Bar! I ordered the strawberry and mango bingsu (small). It was honestly the perfect size. I shared with my mom and we were satisfied. Service was so freaking fast! I ordered and sat down and 5 minutes later it was brought out to my table. Good flavors and mixed well. Nice sweetness from the fruits. I really liked it! They play a lot of K-pop and it's very lively, which is great for gatherings.
google avatar

Leandro R.

Yelp
The dessert was amazing! I had the half mango half strawberry ice and it earns every star possible. It was a busy evening but the friendly staff got the order out quickly. I like the fact that they put more syrup at the bottom so I mixed it well enough that every bite had flavor and fruit in it. The tables are a bit wobbly but the location is clean. This definitely hit the spot after dinner!
google avatar

Tony T.

Yelp
Now I know why this place is called Snowy Dessert. The shaved ice is more snowy looking than what I thought would be layer shaved ice. Service was quick since we were the first customers when it open. Spacious seating area. It's weird that all the chairs and table legs had rust on them as if this place slightly flooded? Overall we enjoy our shaved ice with strawberry and mangos. Wish they would give more shaved ice than fruits but that's a preference. Even though the fruits were kind of sour but it's probably because it isn't in season.
google avatar

Yelp
It pains me to write this because the product was definitely a five-star situation. I almost gave it three stars but figured it was the holidays so it could have been a one-off situation. We waited between 45 min - 1 hour for our Korean shaved ice to come out This place was so poorly staffed with only two guys working that didn't seem to be moving as fast as one would expect with a line that never stopped growing and customers growing impatient. Clearly, they're popular as you'll see in the Yelp ratings and photos. Unfortunately, they weren't properly staffed during our visit. I honestly think they could have had 4-5 people working and the staff still would have been really busy. We ordered three of the Korean shaved ice desserts - ube, mango and oreo. They also sell a variety of teas and Taiyaki (Japanese fish shaped pastry filled with ice cream).
google avatar

Veronica J.

Yelp
Quick service and good ice cream, my only complaint is it had a lot of red bean. Next time I would remove the red bean and the mochi type balls on top. Flavor was great!
google avatar

Hoonie K.

Yelp
We went here for dessert after Mother's Day dinner. The interior has a modern/industrial look and is clean. I thought it could use a bit more charm as it's a bit "cold." The desserts we ordered were great. We had the Orea BingSu (sweet, shaved ice), the Taro BingSu as well as the plain Taiyaki. This place reminded us of another BingSu restaurant we used to frequent in Los Angeles called Sul & Beans. If you like BingSu, you should check this place out!
google avatar

Yelp
Why 5 stars? Because I wouldn't get tired of coming here if I did so every day for the rest of my life. --- --- --- I don't know if the world has a perfect food, but Bingsu might be it. I had a friend coming to town from out of state and I wanted to take him to Bellaire and show off Chinatown, since it's a pretty unique thing to Houston. I looked up places in the neighborhood, of which there are literally thousands, but Snowy Dessert Bar stood out. I bookmarked it and a couple of days later, had the opportunity to visit. I ordered a Mango and he ordered a Pumpkin Spice. I loved every single bite of mine and he was a huge fan of his. I honestly could have ordered any of the flavors they had available and think I would have been in heavy. And even outside of the bingsu options, the entire menu here is full of gems. If I didn't live more than an hour away from here, I would literally come here every week until I've ordered every single menu item. But I guess I'll have to settle for 1-2 visits per year when I happen to be in the area. But I truly do love this place and want to marry it.
google avatar

Melodi D.

Yelp
Surprisingly really loved this place! The Assorted Fruit Shaved Ice is both very instagrammable and delicious. The ice is soft and conglomerates well into an almost ice-cream texture, but much lighter and more refreshing than ice cream. The fruit is sweet and doused in syrup, but when combined with the ice base, the flavor ends up being perfectly sweet. The ambiance is nice, too. Lots of seating options. Overall, would definitely recommend Snowy Dessert Bar.

Yelp
Great Desert place. Unique variety and fun atmosphere. Very clean environment but table is a little sticky.

Yelp
A Chinatown Classic My friends and family love coming to this place. It's a nice pick-me-up after a long day, or a good way to end the night with some friends. The BingSu with fruit is something I will never ever get tired of. My favorite being the one with Strawberry, Blueberry, and Mango. I, personally, haven't tried the drinks or taiyaki. But I know they offer a variety of flavors and even have the option of adding shots to your drink (+21). I would've given this place 5 stars, but the last time I went, half of our BingSu was whipped cream. I hope this isn't the new standard, because it was perfect before. There was way too much whipped cream and we ended up scraping it off. But overall, this place will always have a special place in my heart.
google avatar

Yelp
On a food tour in Houston. Needed something cold for the Texan heat. Got us some snowys. I can only speak to the green tea one. It was good. Not crazy sweet. Not completely snow flavorless. The Korean rice cakes inside gave it a bit of a satisfying chew to the snowy. It's interesting. Overall, a good try.
google avatar

Levette D.

Yelp
Dessert on another level - Snowy ice cream. Light and refreshing dessert spot. We ordered the Strawberry Mango BingSu and it was delicious. Loved the lightness of the dessert. It wasn't too sweet which was enjoyable. We also ordered the Mango Chico and it was flavorful and extremely refreshing with fresh bits of fruit. The Red Dragon was just ok. It tasted like an overpowered Shirley Temple. And last but not least, we ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake BingSu which was by far the best. Trendy family friendly spot with great service. I will try other options when I return.
google avatar

Queena Z.

Yelp
This dessert spot definitely exceeded my expectations. Their ice cream on the bingsu is sooo creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet. That was my favorite thing. The bingsu was also very light and perfectly sweet with great matcha flavor. Their taiyaki surprised me because the batter was different from the taiyakis I've had at other places. Here, the batter is very flakey and buttery unlike at other places where it's usually a spongey or cakey batter. It was very good and savory and pairs perfectly with the bingsu. One turn off about the place was right when we walked in, it smelled like dirty mop and we were really contemplating on whether we should stay or leave. I'm glad we didn't leave and gave their food a try. The kpop music videos and background music was also very entertaining.
google avatar

Yelp
When you're in Chinatown you're gonna stuff yourself at dinner. Then you think I'm so full I can't do dessert. Then you remember Snowy Dessert Bar is in the area. So you suck it up and get here to get the sweet tooth fix after your meal of salt and MSG. Shaved Ice or Bingsu as they call it: one of the most awesome foods you'll ever put your mouth on. Not as thick as ice cream and with the right touch of sweetness. Not sure what to settle on? Get the sampler where you pick up to 3 flavors. The Oreo, Cinnamon, and Strawberry Cheesecake are all awesome. Especially the cheesecake with that strawberry sauce mixed with the cheesecake bites. You'll make that Homer Simpson drooling face when seeing it! Can't recommend this place enough! Ice up!!!
google avatar

Samara B.

Yelp
This place is so fun. It is basically a snow cone made with frozen milk, which ends up being milk snow. Then they top with flavors like captain crunch, Oreo or Cinnamon Toast Crunch. This is light and refreshing. I was surprised at how light this dessert was. It doesn't weigh you down light regular ice cream. This is totally worth a stop if you are in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Yelp
Dessert: 5. Oh how I love bingsoo/bingsu. Seemed like a perfect dessert after eating crawfish and shrimp. Nice decor but a strange/unpleasant smell when we entered. We ordered a taro bingsoo and a mango bingsoo. A table marker is provided for staff to deliver your dessert Desserts came out timely and looked appetizing. Both tasted great. The mango was ripe and very sweet. Excellent desserts. Only issue with the desserts is the way they are provided in a relatively small bowl. We ordered regular sizes (bigger size). Regular perfect for 2-3. It was hard to avoid the toppings from falling off. Service was good. Ambiance is comfortable and the decor creative. Service: 4 Ambiance: 4 Value: 5

Yelp
good bingsu place with taiyaki and drinks too! menu: tons of flavors for bingsu but i think their fruit bingsus are the best ones! would definitely recommend trying the watermelon bingsu at least once and make sure you have a lot of people to share it with you! also love the strawberry cheesecake and mango bingsu! have tried their taiyaki and its ok. seating: pretty much almost full every time i go. might have to wait a bit to get a free table but shouldnt take too long parking: in a plaza so parking shouldnt be a problem
google avatar

Yelp
This is a nice place to take the kids for dessert. I'm not big on sweet but my nephews are. My youngest loved it and my oldest said it's was good but too sweet. I'm with the oldest. This place is good and the customer service is good but it's a bit too sweet for me. Hers what we tried Fruit pebbles icecream bowl Oreo icecream bowl Taro icecream bowl Cheesecake tayaki Custard tayaki Fruity pebbles tayaki

Yelp
Bingsu is a delicious Korean dessert. It's shaved ice with sweetened condensed milk, and food with mochi, fruit or pretty much anything else your heart could desire. So, pretty much, the perfect pick-me-up in Houston! The serving sides are huge at snowyhouston and the bingsu is perfectly light and fluffy. The Taiyaki is crispy, warm and delicious. The cheesecake flavor was amazing! (Last picture). I can't think of anything more refreshing on a hot day!
google avatar

Eugene P.

Yelp
General Description: A Koreanish Dessert shop. The good: - Most of the bingsoos taste great. - The toast and taiyaki (Nutella) are also good. The bad: - It doesn't matter how good the food tastes if we can't get it on time. It shouldn't take over 20 minutes to make toast. This happened on 2 separate occasions. - The interior music is too loud. It almost feels like you're in a club environment. Overall: I'm on the fence. It's a shame they can't get their kitchen in order. I like the food, but don't like the service. I would say it's worth a try, especially if you haven't tried bingsoo before.
google avatar

Sean F.

Yelp
Simply stated, this place is friggin awesome. We had the strawberry cheesecake bingsu and a custard taiyaki and both were great. The taiyaki dough is kinda hard to describe but it reminded me of the pastry used for baklava. It was our first time trying both and we were throughly impressed.
google avatar

Patricia T.

Yelp
Their bingsu is to die for! This is the best bingsu I've had. I've tried another well known bingsu place and it honestly does not compare at all. I got the regular size and it was big enough to share with another person. Price wasn't bad for the amount you get and most importantly, the taste was amazing. The sweetness and texture was just pure perfection.
google avatar

Stefanie D.

Yelp
I visited here for the first time this past weekend. The decor is cute, lots of parking and of course LOVED the kpop videos that were playing on the TV. I saw on a review that the mango/strawberry was delicious, so that's what I ordered and it did NOT disappoint. I got the smaller size, which came to $10 overall, and it was easily split between two people. The fruit was tangy and delicious, good ice/syrup ratio, and I could have literally eaten 4 more. IT WAS SO GOOD. They have a ton of flavors, and if you chan't choose or have kids, they have a really great sampler option where you choose three flavors and they bring out mini versions on a tray. I am definitely doing that next time to get to try more flavors at once! The presentation on the samplers and on my dessert was gorgeous and instagram worthy. Will absolutely be back to as many locations as I can!
google avatar

Nadia V.

Yelp
Cute place to grab a treat! Many Bingsu options, think ice cream but with snow cone texture. But the also have boba teas and Korean toast, as well as Taiyaki with many fillings. We had the Oreo bingsu, the mango bingsu and the strawberry cheesecake. They were all very good and large enough for two people. I also ordered the mango Chico tea which was perfect for the hot Houston summer day. Can't wait to try their taiyaki next time!! Clean, bright and modern decor. I love that they play K-pop videos and music too!
google avatar

Amanda P.

Yelp
I loveeee their fruit bingsu!!! Strawberry and mango are the best. I've tried their other flavors and it was really bland. The flavors were not consistent throughout the whole bingsu and it was mainly ice We also got the taiyaki and I liked how flaky it was but I didn't like how thin it was. Taiyaki is usually supposed to be thicker
google avatar

Mandisa N.

Yelp
I love this place they genuinely have some of the best Bingsu you could ever have and there's a wide variety of flavors too!
google avatar

Juliana C.

Yelp
Bing su is a perfect dessert to cool down from the Texas heat. I ordered the strawberry and mango bing su and it was perfect! Service is fast and staff are on top of wiping down each table after each customer
google avatar

Shirlyn S.

Yelp
Counter server was really nice! And there are many bingsu, taiyaki and drink options to choose from. Bingsu came relatively fast, we got the matcha one. It already has condensed milk in there, but you will have to pay if you want more. Bingsu was decent size to share between two to three people. But my gripe with it is that the flavor of the ice is only on the surface and a little bit on the bottom. A solid bingsu for me would be to have flavoring evenly spread out throughout so that you won't be eating 20% matcha bingsu and 80% plain ice. Their mochi on the top of the bingsu was extremely hard, we ended up not eating them at all. I think that this place is decent but there is probably better dessert shops out there
google avatar

Jed H.

Yelp
I love asian shave ice. Ice was nice texture and they fruit and condensed milk was layered throughout so every bite was flavorful. Would have been 5 stars but there must have been something going on in the back as I was the first to order in the group and last to receive my bingsu after our group was practically all done eating theirs.
google avatar

Tan N.

Yelp
Personally I still prefer nu cafe But this place ain't bed Pricier but what i don't like is that all their shaved ice is the same flavor with toppings that determine the "flavors" So it's milk/vanilla ice with varied toppings which is good but I like flavored ice. Their taiyaki tho... I got the cheese one and it was delicious! They use puff pastry instead of the regular mochi'esque batter They also sprinkle sugar on top so it's crispy and sweet and salty and delicious!
google avatar

Katherine S.

Yelp
We came here on a whim after having dinner in the same mall. I've never had Bingsu before so I can't say how it compares. It was interesting. It's the same base for each--the only thing that changes are the toppings. Strawberry was the tastiest. Taro is a unique flavor but the topping was powdery so maybe not for me. Chocolate was topped with a nice rich ice cream. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean with fun decor.
google avatar

Diem A.

Yelp
Delicious dessert although the Bingsu is so messy. It's filled to the brim and overflowing with condensed milk. The custard tayaki was crispy on the outside and warm and delicious on the inside. It wasn't too sweet either. Will definitely be back to try other desserts.

Yelp
Parking: Plentiful as this is part of a shopping area with multiple restaurants. Ambiance: They have sort of a glossy, pristine white vibe going on in this dessert bar. There are huge screens that are constantly playing kpop very loudly which may or may not be your thing. Due to this it always sounds like there's a large crowd here even if there are only a few parties. Seating is metal chairs but still relatively comfortable. Due to the nature of the items served here things can be a little sticky at times but the trays they serve with the shaved ice helps reduce this. Service: Service is fine, no complaints. General Info: There are a good number of tables inside to eat but it can get busy and full very quickly to have an alternative (like eating in your car) if it's completely full and you can't find a seat. You order at the counter and take a number if dining in and they will bring you your order on a tray with spoons and napkins. The menu is descriptive with photos. Injeolmi + Red Bean: This is mostly shaved ice. The Injeolmi (the rice cakes) were soft and large. There was a little red bean on top and a little thin layer in the middle. Given that this is a rather small shave ice that consisted mostly of ice it was a little pricey for over $6. It was also filled to the brim and therefore very difficult to eat without spilling and thus a lot of shaved ice fell out onto the counter while eating. The taste is fine but not particularly flavorful due to lack of ingredients.

Yelp
Place was pretty busy on a Sunday night. Good service. Got the sampler and was a good amount for three cups. The s'mores toast however is terrible. It's all cold even though they roasted the top marshmallow a little bit. Nothing melted. Cold chocolate syrup, cold marshmallows, cold toast unflavored brown toast.

Yelp
This shaved ice place is not bad. We wanted to try various flavors but the regular bingsu was enough for 2 people so we decided to try the bingsu shots. It was a smaller size compared to the regular size and enough to share with someone else, but the container was small so the toppings was falling off when I tried scooping from top to bottom. Might be a good idea to use a bigger bowl but I know all bingsu has the shaved ice that fills up the container and then the toppings are on the top above the container. We had the oreo, mango and strawberry bingsu shots and then we also ordered matcha Korean toast which was also good too.

Yelp
They still have amazing flavors! We tried the trio one to sample a few of them, and I was definitely surprised! One of my favorite dessert places to go to when I feeling something sweet. I'll be recommending this place to everyone! Personal favorite: Fruity pebbles and Strawberry Cheesecake

Yelp
Decided to venture out to Chinatown today before the end of my work trip and of course we had to get our last fill of bingsu. Not so busy, friendly staff and lots of different choices for bingsu. We settled on taro. They pack in the snow ice, top it with taro powder, red bean, almond slices and injeolmi (very similar to mochi but more firm). Half way through, we found more red bean nestled in our snow ice. Happiness. You can never get enough red bean. We shared the regular size and still couldn't finish it and at less than $10 on dessert for 2, it was perfect!

Yelp
Fine. So I'm out of the loop these days. Either way, this place is fun! We came here after an afternoon of noshing on soup dumplings just down the road. Apparently, this joint was the cat's meow ... but I'd not paid attention to the dessert scene in these parts. My bad. First, the atmosphere here is clean and entertaining in a warehouse sort of way. It's somewhat cookie-cutter, since the whole warehouse feel has been a thing for 20-something years. Still, I'm not complaining. In fact, I spent much of my time here curious about the monthly rent on this spacious ... space. The desserts here are delicious and nostalgic. The "snow" reminds me so much of the stuff I collected and brought inside for 'ice cream' when I was a kid. Except these guys know how to make it feel and taste like it fell from dessert heaven. Toppings here are top-notch. Presentation is just as good. Customer service is fabulous. One warning: Snowy Village is popular. We ordered and received our desserts within minutes. As we were enjoying them, an entire county of people walked through the door and stood in line for the goodness here. It was worth it for them for sure. I'm just glad I came in before them. ;-)

Yelp
Their desserts are truly a delight and soooo worth the calories! They use fresh ingredients and the service is awesome.
