So/ Bangkok is a beautiful boutique hotel with everything you could want. From the minute we arrived until we departed we felt welcome. The service from all staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. |Breakfast is outstanding. So many things to choose from and all cooked fresh. We enjoyed a complimentary dinner at the Red Oven Restaurant which was included in our package. Delicious and plentiful. |The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The amenities like the pool, spa and gym are very good. |As previously mentioned the staff are so friendly and obliging. Special mentions to Art in the Lobby Bar, Chocolat in the Club Lounge, JJ and Luca at reception and Beey in the Concierge Services. |Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. They went over and beyond their line of duty allowing me and my new wife to be fully accommodated days after we landed from London having escaped the Heathrow fires. The team were always available to help, walking around with a smile on their face always.||||The hotel smelt brilliant, the beds were fantastically made and even the breakfast was spot on. The team even welcomed us with a nice treat as a newly wed couple, it was fantastic. There was honestly nothing that I would have changed about this hotel, one of the best we’ve been to.||||Finally, the team were so professional and I must give a very very very special shoutout to Esther, Anisara, Wanwisa, Umphol, Nithi, Pimmada, Duangpon and Phatnarin who managed to keep us safe and secure even during the earthquake that happened whilst we were there. Just amazing, would definitely recommend.

Initially, we were extremely disappointed with our stay and I genuinely felt like our holiday had been ruined. But what stood out and ultimately changed our minds was the gesture that followed. A replacement doll was thoughtfully arranged for my girl. It wasn’t just the gesture, but the effort and care behind it that we truly appreciated. Near the both Silom Road, One Bangkok Mall, MRT and BTS station, unbeatable location. This is the best lifestyle luxury hotel in Bangkok, I appreciate the continuous improvement of their hospitality. 1. Floor 9 – LGBTQ Night: The diverse atmosphere was delightful, with creative and entertaining performances by the four drag queens. Their show left a lasting impression. 2. Pool Party: I attended the event on 12 April 2025, from 15:30 to 17:30, and was thoroughly impressed by the redesigned setup and decorations. The addition of water guns made the experience more interactive and fun. The inclusive vibe, where guests of all backgrounds—gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, straight, men, women, kids, and elderly—connected and enjoyed together, was truly remarkable. It stood out for me as even more enjoyable than the G-Circuit pool party. 3. Ceiling Leak Response: The prompt handling of the ceiling leak in room 2401 was commendable. I truly appreciated the arrangements for a new room and the limousine and suite upgrade for my next stay. I’m already looking forward to Songkran 2026! 4. Service Excellence: The exceptional service in the lounge and reception continues to shine. It surpasses expectations and deserves recognition beyond Forbes 4-star standards.

Overall a great experience for our stay here at SO/ Bangkok. Service is excellent. Check in process is also fast and comfortable while we waited at the lounge and had our brunch. The Club Rooms are relatively big with huge round bath tub. Clear glass wall separates the bathroom and the bedroom, though it does has blinds in case of needed privacy. The twin bed rooms offer a little bigger area than the king bed. Rooms are generally clean with towels, toiletries, drinks, condiments and other amenities provided. Being at the top few floors, the views are also nice; Bangkok's skyline and also the nearby park. It has an infinity pool.

Had a lovely 2 nights stay in SO/ Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, with my check-in process completed at the Lounge. I was being escorted to my room after check-in and the staff (Jem - I hope I get her name correctly) explained the theme of the room, it was a nice touch for my stay. Although the room may be slightly dated and in need of a makeover, the park views with Bangkok city skyline are lovely and the services provided by all the staff have are impeccable. The lounge served some good cocktails and canapé during evening session, with afternoon tea offered as well. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was good, and I enjoyed the fresh juices very much. Enjoyed my stay here and will be back again!

The service was overall great. The staff were always ready to help and do their best to serve our needs. We encountered some electrical issues with our room the first night and the management immediately changed it for us - although our first room layout and bathroom facilities were better :( Nonetheless the staff was very helpful and was genuinely concerned about our needs. We ate 2 nights at the hotel as it was raining heavily in Bangkok. The food was good so we were quite pleased even though we were not unable to go out. We had a session at their spa, a ‘FIT’ massage. I want to thank Jessica for her care 🙏🏻 SO/ Bangkok is definitely a place we will stay at again!
