We had once again a wonderful and perfect stay at SO/Bangkok. The entire staff was once again just perfect combined with a super genuine friendliness. A special Thanks to the team of the lounge on the 25th floor. Our room in Wood element with view to Lumpini park was absolutely amazing. The new breakfast menu in the lounge was highly appreciated. We’ll return soon.

The park view was absolutely great. The manager named PanPan welcomed us with warm greeting, and we had pleasant moment in this hotel. On the last day of my stay, I had an afternoon tea set with my friend, and manager named Eye, ice helped us with kindness. She allowed us to make good memories of this hotel. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends who have plan to visit Bangkok.

My husband and I came here for our summer vacation. We’re spending a night at this stunning and beautiful hotel, and everything has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are all incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. Special thanks to Esther and Prince for their warm and gentle voices, and for guiding and explaining everything so kindly. This is my second stay at this hotel and we stayed in a club room (water element). The experience was great throughout from the welcome at the lobby until check out. Our room was very well furnished and comfortable. The bath tub and the rainfall shower overlooking the Lumpini park are my favourite room feature. Breakfast was busy but has a good variety and quality. The lounge has a good vibe and good drinks for evening cocktails.

Been here many times for meeting, buffet lunch and buffet dinner with friends. Never fails to meet my expectations. Good view of the city. Good food especially desserts!! Cakes, fancy ice cream. There was once I came during Halloween and they decorated the whole room with the theme, not only that the cakes, ice cream are fully planned with that seasonal concept! Downside, it’s always bad traffic here after work. I would note to come here more after 19.00 or at lunch. 16.00-18.00ish would be nightmare but surely not the hotel’s fault.

The service was overall great. The staff were always ready to help and do their best to serve our needs. We encountered some electrical issues with our room the first night and the management immediately changed it for us - although our first room layout and bathroom facilities were better :( Nonetheless the staff was very helpful and was genuinely concerned about our needs. We ate 2 nights at the hotel as it was raining heavily in Bangkok. The food was good so we were quite pleased even though we were not unable to go out. We had a session at their spa, a ‘FIT’ massage. I want to thank Jessica for her care 🙏🏻 SO/ Bangkok is definitely a place we will stay at again!
