So Delish saved the day after another bakery didn’t fill my order. I emailed an invitation for our event and decorated the cake using elements off the invitation. It came out so cool! Also, the cherry chip cake was amazing. I was told the vegan cupcake was very good too. Thank you So Delish!

The employees were very helpful guiding me with deciding how to decorate my retirement cake. They will make it exactly how you want the cake batter, frosting, layer filling, toppings, size etc. Bring a photo and they will decorate it just so. Very reasonably priced. Our guests loved the look and taste. 8” cake was plenty for 8 people. (Chocolate cake with raspberry filling and vanilla butter cream frosting with ganache chocolate drip. I added the topper.) Colors were exactly what I wanted. Be aware they are closed on Sunday and close at 3PM Saturday. My cake was ready when I needed to pick it up.

Everything I have bought from So Delish is nothing short of Amazing! Everything is fresh and beautiful! I have gotten many cakes, donuts (cherry chip is the best!) cookies, lemon bars, cupcakes, chocolate ganache, and more seasonal items. I am blown away on this artwork and creativity! And today, their paczki were absolutely delicious!!!! Thanks for all of your hard work and friendly staff!

Super disappointed. I searched for Cherry Chip cupcakes for my husbands birthday & found this bakery that offers Cherry Chip fresh daily! I was excited since we can’t buy the box mix at the store anymore. I purchased 6 cupcakes for $3 a piece. All 6 were hard & dry like they had been sitting out and not fresh. The flavor was good but they just weren’t worth $3 a piece in my opinion. My husband ate one but we threw away the remaining 5 which was a huge bummer & waste of money. I did get donuts for my kids as well which were good so maybe those were more fresh? I’m not sure. Everything looked beautiful but the cupcakes just weren’t it unfortunately. I also had to wait quite a bit for someone to acknowledge we were in the building.

I am BEYOND impressed with this bakery. It’s absolutely amazing and I just want to thank them sooo much for providing all the sweets for my son’s first birthday party. The cake was better than the photo I sent and tasted delicious. Thank you so much for making this for my baby!!! 💙💙

They've made so many custom cakes for us, not only are they always 'so delish' (literally) but always turn out stunning! Give them your idea, and they will deliver! We wouldn't use any other place.

I have single-handedly ate six cherry cupcakes in one sitting. I really love this bakery in the atmosphere so much. Everything is always fresh and so good. Their price point is really good. The only thing is I wish Is that they could be in a more populated area and that they could have more seating. Definitely a place to go check out

When my friend Missy would post pictures from So Delish, I used to think that it was just an online site that shared photos of desserts! Until I found out it was an actual place. I had them make a Strawberry Cassata cake for my mother in laws birthday. It was done to perfection! It was literally "So Delish" that we ate the entire cake! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more!!

This is the place to order cakes! You can literally show them any design and they will do it. We order a spidey theme birthday cake. I was not sure of the filling and one of the individual suggested cannoli which is there most popular. It did not disappoint. Cake was DELICIOUS. The character on top was edible and made out of sugar. Service was amazing they really listen. Cannot wait to use these guys again for another birthday. Thank you to the whole team that helped us!

Went here yesterday on FAT TUESDAY. So Ofcorse I got a pączki & also a coffee. I didn't know which one to get. I asked the worker taking my order which is her fav she said cannoli. I said bet I trust you let's do it. She said I'll like it she promised and she didn't break it. That was easily one of the best pączkis I've ever had. & to top it off she hooked me up with a coffee. Coffee was up there as well. Look, great bakery, cozy inside. Great parties and guess what? I'm gonna be back for more.

If you are looking for one of old fashion bakeries that was in most neighborhoods when we were growing up this is the place. Cupcakes, cookies, donuts, and rolls waiting for you to come in. Friendly help that is fast. When I was there you could tell they had repeat customers by the customers around me. I got some of the decorated sugar cookies and they were do good. The donuts were above average. I look forward to trying the cupcakes the next time I stop. Plenty of parking. The store doesn't face 5 Mile but is listed on the strip mall sign. Easy to get to.

My first experience here today was somewhat disappointing, but that has nothing to do with the food. I came in at the end of my lunch break, approximately 12:50pm to grab a few treats for my coworkers. I was immediately impressed with the decor and counter setup as they were incredibly inviting. There was no one at the counter, and the lobby was empty, but I assumed someone would be coming out of the back shortly to greet me. Unfortunately I very wrong, I made my selection then rang the bell on the counter. After a minute or two I rang the bell again, nothing. I heard the phone ring in the back so I walked near the door and shouted "hello!", still nothing. At this point it had been 5 or so minutes and I needed to get back to work so I was starting to panic. In a last ditch effort I open and closed the front door loudly, and thankfully it worked! I was able to quickly purchase my goodies and race back to work. The donuts I purchased were heavenly, and the lemon pound cake was decadent. I will be back but hope I don't have the same experience trying to get someone to wait on me.

SoDelish makes beautiful cakes. They look good and taste good. They are also very reasonably priced.

Very good quiche. All varieties. I have ordered several cakes from them and the designs are spot on and done on time. Good location to pick up a quick bite with good choices of danish and donuts.

This place has the BEST cherry chip. All of the flavors I've tried have been phenomenal. They have been able to accommodate everything I have asked for so far, and are quick and provide quality work. Here are some of the cakes I've gotten in the past year... it is my favorite part of every celebration! Everyone is always wowed. Thank you, So Delish!

I had so delish create gender reveal cupcakes for me and my husband. we asked for all the cupcakes to look the same but only one to have the color of our little one's gender inside. They did exactly what I asked for! Even better, they were able to wait until I picked up my order as I didn't know the gender until about an hour before our order pick up to fill the one cupcake. Super happy with the price, the flexibility and the product over all!!!

We love Billy and his family the desserts not only look amazing but taste just as good. He is beyond professional and goes above and beyond for his customers!! It doesn't go unnoticed by me because customer service is everything. I love 45 minutes away but I will drive there because of how amazing he has been for us!! This is my third time ordering treats but definitely won't be the last. I was able to see his beautiful shop and was so impressed with how clean and lovely the decor was. He has such a vast array of treats and talents and am so happy for him and his family. Billy recently rocked cookies for my cousins HS Graduation and we loved how they came out In February he amazed me with my Daughters Treats for her first birthday In November he produced a beautiful cake for me for my 35th birthday! It is hard to find beautiful cakes done on time and professionally that also taste well. When we have special events Billy and So Delish will continue to be our go to!!

I ordered custom sugar cookies from this place and was asked what time I would like to come and get them on the day of pickup, to only go in to get them AT THAT TIME and realized they werent done. No phone call saying they were going to be late. They ended up being THREE HOURS late. And not at all what I had wanted. So Disappointed, definitely will not be going back there.

*COVID19 Edition* As bakeries go, this place is pretty legit. They serve a variety of baked goods, and they're all pretty solid. I've been here a few times now, trying out different items, and all of them have delivered a good effort. The pastries were freshly baked. You can't deny the quality, but something's missing? Maybe missing's not the word. Sometimes, it feels like the pastry's doing too much? I ordered a pan au chocolat (chocolate croissant) which was good but also had chocolate drizzled on top. The drizzled chocolate broke into tiny bits with every bit and ended up just making a big mess. Did it really need that extra chocolate? The cinnamon rolls are big and fluffy but maybe a tinge too sweet? I had the same experience with the macarons. They were okay, but something about the cookies was not as delicate as I would have liked. The flavor inside was all right. In summary? I think this place has a lot of potential, but I think it still has a bit of a ways to go. I hope that they continue to learn and grow. I'll pop in every now and then for a bite if I'm nearby, but I'm not sure it's worth the drive just for this.

This bakery did my 50th birthday cake. Not only did it look amazing, it was delicious! Amazing! HIGHLY recommend them!

I asked for elegant cupcakes and they gave me basic cupcakes with some crystals sugars on top (like sprinkles) you Google elegant cupcakes you will find something better I definitely could've went to Kroger to buy some cupcakes off the shelf. But they are still tasty.

This cake was super moist and fresh. I love the thin blue line Also got chocolate covered Oreos that look amazing.

First things first. The frosting is next level amazing. Everyone from the party were raving about how great the cupcakes were. My daughter was having a st Patrick's day themed birthday party, so I ordered a dozen "green" cupcakes with gold coins and lucky charm marshmallows. The gold coins were made out of Oreos dipped in super heavy chocolate so they didn't stay vertical. Regardless., the Oreos we freaking delish. I chose chocolate for the batter so it couldn't be green and the lucky charm marshmallows were no where to be seen. He could see that I wasn't happy and offered me a discount. Long story short, the cupcakes tasted perfect which is what really matters.

Let's talk about customer service first. Excellent! As soon as I walked in I was greater with smiles and a genuine hello. I purchased my first Lamb cake and egg bread. Not only we're they beautiful but super tasty. The egg bread was by far the best! We can not wait to try all the other items.

Amazing cupcakes! They look incredible the pic doesn't do them justice and they tasted even better! The whole bakery is amazing from the customer service to the variety of yummy pastries. All I did was make a phone call and asked them to make me a dozen cupcakes with flowers, and they did the rest. They Exceeded my expectations they came out great

We got pie on Thanksgiving lemon meringue, and apple. Both kids and adults agreed it didn't taste good. The lemon meringue was runny. We threw out the pies. My MIL got us Pączki they were SO DRY. I do not recommend this bakery. I do hope they hire a better pastry chef.

I was recommended to this bakery by a friend who had a good experience about a year ago, but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. I put in an order for a custom birthday cake about a week and a half before I needed to pick it up. I had a very specific vision for the cake and sent an inspiration photo via email to the baker to go off of. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed very confident in being able to execute the exact details I was explaining and that were depicted in the photo. When I went to pick up my cake on my scheduled day and time I was on a time crunch. I tried calling the bakery to let them know I was on my way (I was already running 10-15 min past my scheduled pick up time) and their phone kept going straight to voicemail. When I got there, 15 minutes past my scheduled pick up time, the front counter person notified me that they were still working on my cake... this was really strange to me since I was already late. 5 minutes later she came out of the back with my cake (which made me think that they rushed to finish it up). I was in a hurry so I wasn't able to look at it closely but from first glance it looked fine. They were able to use the figurines that I wanted, so that made me happy. Also, it was very affordable, only $35. She boxed it up and I was on my way. When I got home and took the cake out to get a closer look I was extremely disappointed in the presentation. It was very sloppy. The bottom edge of the front portion of the cake was all messy and did not look finished. The "Star Wars" lettering was very, very sloppy. The inspiration photo I sent used fondant to make the letters, but they used icing, which is not what I was expecting at all. Also, the galaxy background looked very amateur and more like little paint splatters than a "galaxy." To top it off, the cake was extremely dry. We only took a few bites before throwing it out. The buttercream icing was the only good thing. If I paid $50+ for this cake I would've called and complained, but since it was inexpensive it wasn't worth it for me. INCREDIBLE sweets and baked goods. The apple fritters are the best around! Keep an eye out for when they are selling pasties... we got corned beef and cabbage pasties at St. Patrick's Day - AMAZING! These aren't winky-dink, three bite pasties either. Massive and worth every penny!

Wow! Everything about this place is amazing. The baked goods looked and smelled amazing, everyone was so nice and answered every single one of my questions. The pastries tasted as good as they looked. If you haven't checked this place out yet... you should or you are missing out. 10/10!

Wow! This bakery really is so delish. My family ordered my birthday cake from here and I think it's the most delicious cake I've ever had. The chocolate buttercream is incredible. So fudgy and creamy. The cake was moist and flavorful. The piping work on top of the cake was gorgeous. We also pick up breakfast pastries a couple times a week and they're all tasty. Especially love the raspberry poppy seed pastry and the apple turnover. Raspberry and poppy seed is a flavor combination I never would have put together but it's fantastic. These guys are super talented!

I happened across this new bakery in Livonia Mi. By a search and was intrigued to try it and sure glad I did. It's TOP NOTCH for Livonia to have a great little bakery that does pastries and custom cakes, I'm excited to go back again after my first experience. We bought an array of goodies, so darn good I want to SHOUT OUT to KEEP THIS PLACE ALIVE, during this time starting a new business in a relatively underutilized strip near 5 mile n Farmington is so risky, it's a lifelong dream of a local young family man. I'm on board to be a big supporter of this new establishment.

So Delish, is exactly that what you'll say when you taste one of their delicious creations! Billy and his team do an awesome job and they'll do whatever they can to make your experience a great one.

Sorry baking team, the cake looked beautiful, but it was not good. It was over baked, which made it very dry. Also, it was over stirred and had tunnels in it. Please try eating some of the things that you bake with the crew in the store. Choose items at random, so they are representative of your normal process.

So delish is a very family-orientated bakery. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with pleasant smiles and wonderful hello. That was just the beginning of a great experience. I have eaten cookies, danishes, and slices of cake from this bakery. The cookies are soft and chewable. The taste is irresistible. The danishes were so good when I took the first bite; it was moist yet firm, and the fruit filling was magnificent! I am hooked not only because of the delectable baked goods but also the wonderful wholesome atmosphere I had the privilege of experiencing.

So Delish has outstanding cakes and customer service. My daughter wanted a tie dye cake for her birthday so we searched the internet for an "example." They surpassed our expectations! When we walked in the bakery and they showed us the cake it took our breath away. Not only was it beautiful, it was so tasty. We will be back!

I was hoping to find a bakery that made great tasting treats that made a statement. I ordered beautiful flower topped cupcakes. They were the show stopper. Everyone commented on how spectacular they looked. I used them as my table centerpiece. All you have to do is put them on a 3 tiered platter then place other dishes around them. They are colorful and very special. They were the best cupcakes I'd ever tasted. This is a Great Place. It's in the strip mall where the Hardware store is in Livonia. A bit hard to find but worth the trouble.

Everyone has been singing praises for this place but I found it very sub par. Spent $40 to get a dozen different items and honestly not one was good. Tried danish, croissant, elephant ear cookie, turnover, quiche, cinnamon roll and more. I LOVE pastries but every one I tried was dry, over cooked or a few days old I'm sure by the level of hardness. I was also eager to try the baked donuts. But meh. Hard, dry and very yeasty. If you're looking for pastries, this is not your place. Unable to comment on their cakes though.

This was my first time going to So delish. I have heard such great things and I was very happy with them! I have had horrible luck with finding a bakery that makes a good looking cake AND tastes good and I am happy to say I found that here. Looked great and tasted great! We will be back! Really wanted to try this bakery...see it in my news feed on fb...so I made a special trip..first off its off 5mile on a weird part where you can't just turn in to the parking lot..an obscure strip mall..but nice just the same..well bakery isn't what I'd call this business...more like specialty bake goods...high priced for a bakery..I bought a coffee cake 13.00 and some lemon bars 2.00 each very nice customer service from I don't know who she was but she was very nice..but not really knowledgeable about other bakerys in area..anyway its OK not wonderful like I wanted it to be.. I don't think this place will be around very long..prices are too high for baked goods..no matter how fine the ingredients .. I bet high rent is reason for the prices..again its a bakery I wanted fresh bread..didnt see any..specialty cakes are priced way too high 40.00 for 8"round other specialty in area Elite sweets..cakes are 25.00-30.00 in that size range..and are wonderful! So its was a one and only trip for me..

I ordered beautiful sunflower cupcakes for my daughter's bridal shower and they came out perfect! They tasted 'so delish' and I had tons of compliments at the shower. Hopefully this newer bakery will get lots of customers as they had many admirers at the shower!
