recommended to try the red bean taiyaki with butter in (less messy to eat!!) so so good. perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness.

Takeaway counter selling salted bread (shio pan) with various fillings pressed in a taiyaki mound with very generous amounts of butter (you can see it dripping down the mold as it's being cooked), served to you with another slab of butter, which will drip off once it melts if not careful.
It is delicious (and sinful) even if a bit gimmicky.
Personally I prefer the original compared to the one with mochi inside.
