It's a real good American restaurant with good variety of everything good quality, value and services. Large seating inside including bar seats. Full bar service with verity of wines, beers and cocktails. Limited outdoor seating /patio. Great atmosphere for couples date night, small groups, gathering and meetups. Delicious fresh foods. Waiters are listening and responsive with honest suggestions. Paid parking lot in the back plus paid street parking available. It's a comforting semi-fine place so either make a reservation or expect some worthwhile wait time.

I started coming here a few years ago when I lived nearby. Now that I live elsewhere > always make it a point to come back. The steak is my go-to. Tender and tasty. The cocktails are top notch and go beyond what is on the menu. Service can be slow at times and the bar itself very noisy. Sit outside and you will love it.

Beef short rib, double hazy, salmon special, pear cocktail. 10/10 highly recommended fresh food good vibes and the back room sucks lol

We had decided to stop in for a drink or two after finishing up at a late lunch on Sunday from Batch and Brine. This area is super cute. Very walkable with tons of restaurants and bars. The bar was busy. I can see why. The cocktails were AMAZING. The bartenders definitely knew what they were doing. We sat at the bar and everyone on staff was On It. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t order food, but the couple next to us did. They got the wings and slider with fries. It looked delish. We will absolutely be back to try the food. Overall vibe was great. Patrons super friendly as well. Our Cosmos were made to perfection. We will absolutely be back. Such a surprise and delight. Thank YOU!

Always a great escape for lunch or dinner. The food, service and vibe is always on point. We also love the hip atmosphere and fast service. It’s nice to recognize restaurants that put a service as a priority. Kudos to Jose and the rest of the team for the awesome service!

Always a great time whenever I have dined here. Over the years, I’ve sat inside, at the bar and at various tables around the restaurant, and I’ve sat outside on the numerous patios. Staff are friendly and helpful, menu has a lot to choose from, and food is solid. I haven’t had a bad meal. We really enjoy their happy hour offerings too. Service was a bit slow during my most recent visit on a Sunday afternoon, when we were on the back patio by the parking lot, but we weren’t in a rush so it didn’t bother us too much. Highly recommend Social Bird for any occasion!

OVERALL: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 - Our servers were helpful and cheerful, but it was a challenge to get their attention. Ambiance: 5/5 - We sat outdoors and it was wonderful. The food was outstanding and the desserts were excellent. I will be back 6-11-2024 - Dinner - Table for 6

Was visiting some friends on Orinda and they recommended Social Bird for dinner. Sat at the bar to watch some tv and have a bite to eat. Tried the Lamb sliders and chicken sliders. Both we delicious and the drinks at the bar also didnt disappoint. Service was excellent and the establishment had a great atmosphere.

Yelp
Oh wow. First off, shout out to Jess for being an amazing server. Everything was absolutely incredible. We went there today for my cousin's birthday, seven of us. All our first time. Everything was fantastic. The food, the service, the desserts. We will all be back. I had the steak frites and it was perfectly cooked. Bread pudding was the best I've ever had. My mom had the vegan bowl with salmon, sans a few ingredients due to allergies. Jess was amazing with being able to accommodate those with allergies and sensitive pallets. They have a nice little kids menu, I forgot to take a photo of it though. I forgot to say this so I'm adding it now- the truffle fries were the BEST I have ever had. I mean wow. So do yourself a favor and get a side of them!

Yelp
We celebrated a birthday at Social Bird. Love the vibe. The food? Incredible. The drinks? Perfect. And Vita, our server, made everything seamless and enjoyable--be sure to ask for her! Starting with appetizers, the Coconut Curry Mussels were divine--rich, flavorful, and impossible to stop dipping into. Trust me, you'll want extra bread. The Miyagi Oysters were a hit, offering that perfect nutty flavor with a briny finish. Even the wings stood out--crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The truffle fries? Perfection: thin, crispy, and loaded with truffle goodness. For the main course, I chose the steak. It was tender, perfectly cooked, and topped with a vibrant chimichurri. Pairing it with the Devil's Medicine cocktail was a win if you enjoy mezcal's smoky profile. I followed up with the Out of Bounds whiskey cocktail--smooth, but I did miss the cherry garnish. I wrapped it up with a well-made espresso martini that was a delight to sip. The night ended on a sweet note with Charlie's birthday cake, which others in our group brought. The staff went above and beyond, presenting the cake with candles, cutting it for us, and making sure it felt special. Vita, our server, was the real star. She was professional, attentive, and engaging, ensuring everything went smoothly and adding to the evening's great vibe. Loved the ambiance here! Perfect spot for a celebration!

Yelp
I just came here today because the lady I am caregiver for who turned 95 this week invited me to have lunch with her daughter, grandson and his fiancé. I normally don't get much opportunity to dine in Lafayette but it's obviously a darling little community full of excellent places to eat. I was extremely happy with everything we tried. We started with raw oysters which were immaculately shucked, no bits of shell and the mignonette sauce was well balanced. Then we moved onto the salmon tartare which had a lovely balance of textures and flavors. We also ordered the burrata and prosciutto and some sort of sweet tomato ham. Not my favorite. My entree was the fried chicken sliders but I truly wanted to indulge in the steak frites or the shrimp and polenta. The Sancerre I had was sublime. Dessert was the pumpkin bread pudding with two sauces and these lovely pecans. Nothing but YUMMERS. I shall be coming here on my own to treat myself to a solo meal and explore the menu further. They're doing good things here.

Yelp
Incredible food and excellent service! The ambiance was so nice! I recommend it highly.

Yelp
The bird, bird, bird, the bird is the word. And Social Bird is the papa-ooma-mow-mow. One of three restaurants that are owned and operated by Esin and Curtis deCarion in the East Bay, Social Bird has to be my favorite. What I like about all three is that each location has amazing Happy Hours Sunday through Thursday that includes $1.50 oysters! That said, I've been to all three, but again, the b-b-b-bird, bird, bird, b-bird's the word. You see Esin in Danville feels like an old school restaurant that reminds me of Nilla wafers because it feels like a place grandma would like.   Revel Kitchen & Bar is a bit more modern and reminds me of a sweet morsel Toll House chocolate chip cookie because it's a place your parents would like.    Meanwhile, Social Bird feels like a deconstructed deep-fried strawberry shortcake topped with a citrus foam and 24-karat gold flakes. It's modern, clean, and tasty AF. I've had business lunches and happy hours at Social Bird. All their food is contemporary American. My favorite dish has to be the prime beef hanger steak bowl. Grilled soy-tahini rubbed hanger steak topped with chimichurri and served with lettuce, shiitake mushrooms with a vinaigrette sauce is my go-to lunch dish. The buttermilk chicken sliders are also fantastic. Is that why they are called Social Bird? Great drink selection as well. Craft beer and crafty cocktails. Social Bird is craftsmanship at another level. No flippin' the bird here.

Laura L.

Yelp
I came to Social Bird for dinner and drinks with some friends, and everything was so amazing that I came back the very next night with another group. The food was excellent, and the service was great! Everything was so flavorful, they've really perfected the menu. My favorites were the burrata, the KFC wings, and the fried chicken sliders. The drinks were awesome as well! I'll be back soon!

Trina M.

Yelp
The ambience inside was beautiful, however we opted to sit outside in the patio around back. It was a sunny day to enjoy a glass of Riesling and the Korean fried wings. I enjoyed the avocado toast as well. The sole was delicate and delicious, and the serving size was perfect. The wagyu burger was very juicy. Service was friendly and prompt. I just wish they had a dog menu.

Christine H.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour Sunday 3-5pm. No line at this time around 4pm and plenty of tables open. We got the pork tostada, popcorn chicken, dozen oysters, squash and wagyu slider. All were very delicious and would order the pork tostada, oysters and wagyu sliders again for the HH price. Would come again to also try the HH mules and cocktails!

Yelp
Lovely place! I had the steak rustic bowl and it was fabulous! I was in keto heaven! The steak was cooker a perfect med rare. Lovely glass of rosé with it. Our server was wonderful. Street parking on a Sunday was pretty easy and free. Will definitely be coming back here again!

Yelp
Ever since The Coop closed on Lafayette Circle, Social has filled the void. It's def our go-to spot and enjoy taking my out of town friends there, the staff is always so welcoming (like a restaurant family!) and it's fun to run into the friendly locals that frequent there too, from the coop days. It can get a bit noisy, since it's a small space when busy, but it's a lively noise...that just reminds you how lucky we are to be able to be around people again, after the last few terrible years of not. The chicken sliders and wings are a no-brainer, burgers are perfectly cooked and the fries are just great on their own (w the aioli) if you want something to go with your drink. But they also have elevated salad bowls and seasonal dishes along with their homemade soups. Thanks to all the staff! Keep it up.

Wanda R.

Yelp
Deeelish! Super hot fresh cut fries burgundy dipping jus.. is really nice and savory. Nice cut of short rib and the baguette bread is delicious!

Sam P.

Yelp
This restaurant is always phenomenal so we decided it was the perfect place to have lunch before we said goodbyes to our daughter headed off to another year in college! Loved the outdoor patio - our last day to enjoy the glorious weather before returning to Texas! We began with a Fieldwork IPA which was phenomenal and tried a few of their smaller dishes - the cheese board, the beets ( amazing and my favorite of the meal), Burrata and the blackened cod tostadas. Had great service, a lovely relaxed lunch and a great way to end our trip! Always love coming back to Social Bird!

Christina S.

Yelp
My first attempt to eat here was not worthy of a rating yet so I went back for a second try. It's also hard to rate some places off of one. visit. My parents have been here many times with ratings between 3 and 5 so each time really seems to be different and that can stem from the service being totally on point or not to the food being off some days and incredible others. Consistency def is key... but it's extremely common almost everywhere for things to just not be exactly the same as last. But this place is a solid 4 I think Service is decent. Water wasn't refilled I think a bottle to refill your own is always a good idea of your waiters forget the refills. Just a suggestion Food was pretty good. I would like to try more items so I would like to go back again some time. The pictures will show some of the items I got. The cocktail menu boasts an array of classics, including standout offerings like the Vesper and Pisco Sour which were just "wow" here. Each sip tells a story of craftsmanship and flavor, making it an experience worth savoring. The drinks were surprisingly amazing. Unexpected flavor and love to try new things. 10/10 on the drinks for sure. The ambiance inside is pretty inviting relaxing upscale looking bar clearly for the 'social birds' I love the name and the colors... cute little place for sure and a great location for the Lafayette area.

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
Food is 3* and drinks are 5*! They have a very nice wine & beer selection and the cocktails were great (super flavorful and interesting ingredients). The food, however, was just OK. The oysters were quite good, but the wagyu burger was pretty mediocre (and I ordered it with cheese and bacon and those weren't initially included on the burger so a few minutes after getting my burger, I was given a plate of 2 bacon strips and a plate of a single slice of cheddar cheese). The pumpkin risotto was pretty good and the brownie and lemon curd desserts were both OK.

Everett L.

Yelp
Social Bird is my new go-to spot for happy hour! The $1.50 oysters are a must-try -- super fresh, perfectly shucked, and a steal at that price. The wagyu slider with fries was another highlight. The slider was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crisp and seasoned just right. The atmosphere is laid-back yet lively, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by Social Bird for a great happy hour deal. I'll definitely be back!

Ramiro R.

Yelp
Food has always been good. I like going during the day before the afternoon rush. The service is good and the ambiance is lively. I usually order the Di Stefano Burrata as a starter and Brandt Beef Prime Hanger Steak Frites my main with a Hazy to go along with it.

Kay U.

Yelp
Late post. My friend recommended this place. It's pretty cozy, full bar (if it's the right word), nice setup. There are outside seatings as well. We ordered: Avocado Bruschetta, Roasted Mary's Half Chicken and Hamburger. For dessert, we got Lemon Meringue & one scoop of Ice Cream. Everything was delicious. We couldn't finish the main dishes, huge portions! To our surprise, the Lemon Meringue Pie exceeded our expectations! It's a bit rich & smooth like cheesecake but we tasted the tart from every bit. (But, it's individual preferences.) Check it out!

Sheri W.

Yelp
Social Bird felt like a pretty "happening" location on a Saturday night in Lafayette and so felt fairly lucky to get in without a reservation. This was our first time inside and I was impressed with the space which I'd best describe as "glamorous industrial." It was a bit noisy, so I may not recommend inside for an intimate dinner, but felt upbeat for a meal with family or friends. We shared King Salmon Tartare, Blackened Local Cod Tostadas, and Fried Chicken and Biscuit Sliders, along with wine and cocktails. Both the tartare and sliders were served with homemade potato chips, which I thought was an unusual choice as an accompaniment to the tartare, but it totally worked. Everything was great, although my husband mentioned his cocktail was a bit disappointing. My only mild complaint was wishing for a little more acid (maybe a squirt of lime juice) on the tostadas. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Esther W.

Yelp
You've gotta try the Fried Chicken Sliders!! Super tasty, incredibly delicious fried chicken. We also had the steak and truffle fries which were tasty (but steeply priced, no surprise of course). Husband and I came for dinner on the weekend and were lucky to grab a seat at the bar where we felt compelled to order cocktails. Cocktails were tasty though, and I went with a tequila-based drink. Very busy for dinner, but truly a socially vibrant vibe that I would return to. Shoutout to our bartender who was super friendly and warm, but accidentally banged his shin on a corner of the counter or something like that. Hope he's feeling better. Husband's review: "The fried chicken sliders include the most moist and tender fried chicken I've ever had. Don't pay for the whiskey here though, it's overpriced."

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Amazing service. Amazing food. Brilliant experience. My risotto was a 10/10. Really nice experience being part of the chemistry of this restaurant.

Noelle S.

Yelp
Our service was great however the food wasn't anything to talk about. Ambiance was very lively and loud, open concept. #conceptual #openmyconcept #love Food was ok but pricy pricy. I don't think I will personally be going back but I appreciate the opportunity thank you to the birds for being so social able .

Bob F.

Yelp
Our server recommended the roasted chicken. Excellent. In addition, we had short ribs and risotto. Wonderful. Social Bird has a very nice vibe. We sat by the kitchen. Lots of energy. Had the the bread pudding and apple crisp with coffees. Delicious. Thank you Social Bird team!

Bonnie S.

Yelp
It's been a while since we went for dinner at social bird but it remains a fond memory for us and a place we'd like to go back to soon. The vibe is casual but classy and the food was on point. California cuisine in a laid back environment - it was a nice low key date night for us.

Kimberly C.

Yelp
My 3rd time here and I really enjoy it. Walked The Res with friends and decided to pop in for lunch. We were initially seated at the community bar. Not happy with being right by the front door. But luckily a table for four opened up in the back, a section I never knew existed. I enjoy sitting in the front because I'm a people watcher. Sitting in the back, the view is restricted and kind of felt like a Denny's. But the great company and food made me forget about the lack of classy ambiance that the front presents. Don't ask me what I had because I always forget. lol. Everything looks, smells and tastes great. Upon my next visit I will be sure to act like I'm not photographing my meal. That's so '22. lol Definitely go and enjoy. There's a lot in back for metered parking (no EV charging though) and a Philz Coffee right next door. Just the best!!!

Gayle M.

Yelp
One bartender for 15 people and he also had to take care of the table orders. It was like begging to get service. He was doing his best. Also don't keep telling customers how the mediocre, KFC, sliders are the most popular dish. They were bland but edible. Stop overselling. How could I be anything but disappointed by the chicken sliders. Sorry, won't be back..

Colette D.

Yelp
Friend took me here for the first time. Great Happy Hour with a nice selection of drinks and oysters. We also got sliders with fries. Service was great. Sat outside and enjoyed the perfect weather with great conversation. Would definitely come back again for Happy Hour and oysters.

Rita W.

Yelp
I was watching another cooking competition show one day and mussels appeared and suddenly I really wanted some mussels. Found Social Bird nearby via Yelp and ditched work for an hour to have a lunch date here. I ordered the mussels for myself since my date doesn't like mollusks for texture reasons. They came with this nice broth and some bread to soak up all the broth. I haven't had mussels in so long so I had no idea if these were considered good quality, but I sure enjoyed them! He orders a sandwich and mentioned that was good as well. Just a small complaint re the ratio of things, but whatever, I had my mussels and felt good. We also share some wings. Those were tasty as well. Would def come back and try some more stuff from their menu!

Jen L.

Yelp
Came with some friends for brunch while they were visiting. They had a nice and large selection of different beers, wine and cocktails that it filled 3 pages worth while the food was just one 1 page. Nothing bad, just funny to note. I got the prawn and polenta which was a pretty small portion but so buttery and creamy. The prawns were meaty and large and went perfect with the mushrooms

Jade L.

Yelp
Came to Social Bird with two girls friends for a Saturday brunch! It was very busy, but it didn't look like a lot were waiting to be seated. We made a reservation ahead of time for three. Two of us arrived a little before our reservation and were seated right away at a "community table" near their entrance. It wasn't too bad since we sat in the booth side of the counter height table away from the other parties. Our server came by with water and checked in a couple of time before our entire party was there. He was very pleasant and patient. We ordered three Mexican mules. We thought it was a little tart and asked for more ginger beer. Our server brought it out pretty quickly and we poured it in our three cups. We ordered our appetizers and food shortly after and food arrived pretty quickly. Service was great. Restroom was clean. Good was great. If you're in the Lafayette area, check out Social Bird for brunch, lunch, or dinner. You won't be disappointed!

Jana C.

Yelp
I think it fair to say I had a 3.8 dinner last night... Pacing and seasoning, it's that simple for me... Drinks took forever to come out. Does one understand how hot it was yesterday? Try 95F--- and to have waited as long as we did (we r gonna tip well, bc it's a group)... not really a good initial vibe. After placing our orders, the food took way too long. I know dining, and that was really unacceptable. We were too polite to complain --- but in the patronage world, there's acceptable wait time, and there are key signs that someone's in the weeds in the kitchen My onglet came out without any of that wonderful chewy tendons goodness. I made sure to order it med rare, and it came out medium WELL... how crestfallen was I. Not to mention no seasoning to the hangar at all... the chimichurri was the wrong ratio to the ounces of beef... sigh. Fail.... But the frites were absolutely perfect. Perfect perfect. So overall I would love to return and patronize again, and see if I can undo this disappointing first visit. Subterranean parking is the only way to go here. Enter by the side street of the business.

Wen M.

Yelp
WOW! Sooooo YUMMY! I stumbled upon this restaurant while walking the Ave. My husband and I couldn't agree on where to go for lunch on our day date and resorted walking the strip. As we walked by the restaurant I noticed a bunch of people dining in which caught my eye because clearly the food must be good to have that many people on a Wednesday afternoon. We entered and were welcomed by the hostess and seated quickly. The restaurant is clean, organized and seems to run smooth. The staff is dressed in a comfortable clean attire, they all seemed happy and relaxed working together. I always seem to analyze the staff's chemistry and they all seemingly enjoy working together. We had a wonderful waitress, I regretfully didn't ask her name, she was professional and gave us a little history on the restaurant, the owners the food and the menu. She was soooo patient with me because I was unsure what my tastebuds wanted. My wireless phone service was poor and wasn't getting the best service to see all of the yelp reviews. I ordered the most delicious, carefully crafted salmon tartar! Topping my lists of the best salmon tartar! My husband ordered the chicken biscuit with truffle fries WOW! I had a salad with salmon, perfectly cooked, seasoned and flavored. Can't wait to go back for dinner! Thank you to all @Social Bird for your exquisite service and dedication!! EVERY BITE WAS DELICIOUS!

Emily C.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour with a few friends on a Sunday. Didn't have to pay for parking that day which was nice. We sat outside and the servers was very attentive. Got some oysters and a Moscow Mule for a good price. Loved the oysters, very fresh and the Moscow Mule is strong. Would love to come back here to try their food.

Jennifer C.

Yelp
I went there yesterday for lunch, and I really really enjoyed it. We sat on the bar, and have the happy hours menu. Everything was very nice and fresh, very nice drinks and the place is cute too, I recommended

Robert A.

Yelp
Yelp asked me to write a review about Social Bird and asked me "What went well?"....... Everything!!! Great food, great service, great ambiance.

Catherine B.

Yelp
Stopped by for happy hour on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised by how much my partner and I enjoyed Social Bird. We ordered the sliders, truffle fries, and cheese plate with some drinks. The sliders were so good with a fluffy bun and a juicy burger cooked medium rare. The truffle fries are huge and the truffle flavor really takes a front seat. The fries are served with aioli and it pairs so well together. The cheese plate was delicious and everything paired so nicely together. Great food, ambiance, and service!

Donna D.

Yelp
How do I consider a restaurant is great? When they notice me came in with my dog and seated us right away. The waitress came out with a big bowl of cold water while handed me the menu. My dog loves this restaurant. Server is friendly and price is decent.

Gina G.

Yelp
Good food, excellent waiter. Ended up outside on back patio with heat lamps due to Saturday night crowd. Wasn't too bad. Had pumpkin risotto... apparently great since my husband never offered me any before it was gone! Cod tostadas were just okay... a little smoky. Would've preferred more citrus taste. Excellent truffle fries. Desserts.... butterscotch pudding was excellent with some port.

Jemellee S.

Yelp
The restaurant is located in Lafayette Mercatile. A sort of upscale in the Lafayette Area. There's plenty of parking however there is a fee. And we didn't see public parking across the street until after we ate (nope I don't know if there's a fee also). The food: it's good. I ordered the pasta special of the day. It came with rainbow carrots, brussle sprouts, and can add protein. So I added Salmon. It was delicious! Salmon was cooked medium rare which was perfect. Glad our server recommended it. Among the group, we also ordered avocado bruschetta, truffle fries, fried Mary's chicken breast and biscuit sliders, and cod tostadas. For dessert I ordered the toffee apple crunch cake (I think) sorry this was new on the menu. Anyway, it was satisfying. I loved how the cake was warm not hot and then you get a taste of that toffee crunch. I'd say pair it coffee or latte after your meal or...before. Service was excellent! Our server was on top of it. She gave us the specials of the day and got down to business. Food came fast. Only thing I had an issue with was it cost almost another meal to add protein if your meal didn't come with one. It was pricey but I should have known since we were in an "upscale" area. Overall, the experience was great. Note if you are seated by the front door (the table with multiple seating) and there are only three or four in your group be prepared to sit with others. I don't mind it, as long as people don't stare at you.

Anya T.

Yelp
I came here for their $1 oysters happy hour and they were very good and fresh. I believe they said they came from Washington. I ordered two dozen just for myself. Their pork tacos- no Bueno. Both me and the man seated next to me agreed they tasted like Taco Bell. Other than that I would come here again just for the oysters.

Aya W.

Yelp
The food was pretty good but the oysters were halfway frozen and gave me food poisoning so it's a one star. The service was great they found a spot quickly however there isn't much indoor room, so a lot of people have to sit outdoors.

Luna C.

Yelp
I recommend this place. They have a nice drinks, nice atmosphere, some of the dishes are pretty nice, some less, but overall one of the nice places in Lafayette.

Raya M.

Yelp
My sister has been a big fan of this place so I was excited to come try the next time I was in town. We finally got some sister time and we had such a yummy meal! Only thing I regret is not ordering the oysters, so I definitely need to add them to my order during my next visit. The beet salad was really refreshing, the roasted cauliflower was good but a bit bland, we loved the steak frites!! Quality and perfectly cooked steak and fries, I will literally be craving the steak frites from here. Great ambience for a night out, and service was really nice and accommodating. I recommend making reservations for weekend dinners or large parties.

Chuck R.

Yelp
Thank you all so much for the delicious and savory lunch you prepared for me today. I appreciate all the extra care and effort you displayed. Special thanks to Gabriel!

T M.

Yelp
Good food, well made drinks, and great service. Upscale casual vibe. It gets a little noisy but in a lively way

Bea L.

Yelp
Didn't disappoint amazing service and comfy atmosphere. I went for my mom's birthday and I am vegan and they have a whole vegan menu!! The food is so so good and the soup of the day was a vegan tomato soup that I need the recipe of

Daniel C.

Yelp
Social Bird in downtown Lafayette comes from the same owners of two of the best restaurants in Danville IMHO - Esin and Revel. We came here for lunch after a pleasant hike around the Lafayette Reservoir. The restaurant is pretty large with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The dark wooden furniture and artwork gives off a casual, trendy vibe. The menu has entrees that look very familiar to us, and glad they offer a kid's menu too. The King Salmon Salad Bowl was probably the best dish, and the wife normally doesn't like salads! The salmon was cooked perfectly and was soft and moist, and the watermelon, radishes, and beets really added some freshness. 5 stars. The Snake River Wagyu Kid's burger was cooked on the rare side, so its definitely more pink than our 3yo is used too. We'll probably ask for medium well next time. 4 stars. Steamed Mussels seems to be a mainstay in the menu in all of Esin's restaurants, with the coconut-curry broth that's also excellent with bread. Just 2 unopened mussels, so 4 stars. Short Rib Sandwich is a nice riff on the French Dip. Excellent sandwich - starts off with crispy bread but everything melds so well together with beefy flavors after dipping in that Au Jus. Definitely would come back. We go to Lafayette Reservoir often but for some reason haven't dined in Lafayette too often. Plenty of street parking along Mt Diablo Blvd.

Patrizia G.

Yelp
Went here for happy hour with a friend. We ordered a good amount off the HH menu. Love the ambiance, and the wait staff. We ordered the arugula salad which was really fresh, pork tostadas, truffle fries, chicken flautas, and Waygu slider. Everything was good except the slider. Loved the alcoholic beverage choices and I would definitely go again. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Came by on a whim for lunch. Very glad we did! Food was excellent. Decent beer selection too. They have home cocktails too. We will be back for dinner!
