I need to preface this with a disclaimer that I do not fault the staff, they are very obviously doing their best. My problems are with the management who very clearly are trying to cut costs to the detriment of the dining experience.
I've gone twice so far, for dinner and for breakfast. The dinner was perfectly adequate but it was clear that they only had the one server. It was a burger and some fries and I didn't have any complaints. It wasn't great, it was fine.
The breakfast however, the biscuits were stale to the point of being powdery when I chewed them. The gravy was akin to a flavorless cement that somehow made the singular bite I took even drier.
I wanted to just pay for the food and leave, maybe grab something on the way to my conference, but it took at least twenty minutes and four requests for me to get the check.
Again, I need to stress that I don't blame the staff. There's very clearly not enough hands to go around, and there were so many people who came in after me that I understand it was hard to keep up. And they were very apologetic for the negative experience.
For what they're charging, I'm sure management can afford to hire some more staff, but the lack of options in the immediate vicinity means they don't need to worry about competition. But I think you're better off doordashing fast food breakfast.
