Social Grounds Coffee is hands down one of the best coffee spots in Seattle. The coffee was 🔥—smooth, bold, and absolutely hit the spot. Kaylee’s service was amazing, and the manager was just as welcoming. It truly felt like sitting down for coffee with friends. The music was the perfect vibe—chill, cozy, and ideal for sipping coffee while staring out the window, watching people walk by in the rain. Just one of those classic, beautiful Seattle moments. This place makes you want to stay awhile. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. Exactly what I want out of a coffee shop! Initially when I walked in, the aesthetic felt like any other bs 3rd wave coffee shop, where you pay way to much for a coffee served to you by a judgmental hipster with a disdain for good customer service. Social grounds may look like that on the surface but don’t let it fool you, it’s a classic old school cafe serving reasonably priced coffee and snacks. The barista were super friendly and accommodating as well. All and all great experience!

Chill cafe conveniently located near Pike Place!! I visited this spot while showing a friend around Seattle, and it was the perfect spot to sit and chill after all the walking around in the morning. Our favorite was the matcha einspanner, and the caramel einspanner was a close 2nd - highly recommend either of these for a morning caffeine boost! We also really liked the morning roll (which kinda looks like a cruffin). They get their pasteries from Macrina Bakery so you know they'll be good!!

Found this on google after browsing Pike Market! I ordered the strawberry matcha! Staff was friendly and there was no wait! The matcha was creamy and the strawberry puree was delicious! I paid $12 for it! Would go again

Wonderful! Barista was incredible kind and helpful. I ordered the honey lavender latte and americano and neither disappointed! Oh and the croissant 🥐 was lovely also. Highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone visiting who’s a coffee snob or just wants an incredible cup of coffee… or a fancy latte. 🙃

First time here 🖐🏻, I got an ice brown sugar latte and it was really good. The service was great and the barista was nice and social.

Super cute place, clean and great location near Pike Place Market. Staff was top notch and my mango matcha was one of the best I've had. Tasty pastries and a honey lavender latte to finish my visit. So so good!

We stopped in to social grounds for a quick coffee and a sweet treat and I was seriously underwhelmed. The croissant waffle we ordered was freezing cold and very difficult to even cut into and eat, which surprised me because they said it was fresh and would take 10 minutes to make. Their coffee was okay, however their pumpkin spice lacked in spice. Overall it was okay , definitely not worth $30 for a coffee and pastry.
