The only positive comment I can share about this organisation is that their food was to a high standard and enjoyed by all at our wedding. Unfortunately, the customer experience they provided over the one year of working with them in the run up to our wedding day was far from professional. Social Pantry added in hidden costs which were not agreed in our contract and almost cheated us of nearly £700 had I not contacted one of their suppliers directly to query a charge which I felt was wrongly invoiced. Rosie and Kristy who are “senior event planners” lacked financial and commercial acumen and continuously made countless mistakes on our invoicing and even had the audacity to ask us for £600 MORE at one point, saying that we had underpaid their incorrect invoice. Not to mention that much of our hired equipment which was left in their responsibility went “missing” costing us over £600 in replacement costs. To conclude, yes, their food and catering were delicious and to a high standard, (amazing chefs no doubt) but if you want to feel relaxed, at ease and in trust and confidence with your event planner, then unfortunately this is NOT who to turn to. Definitely would not recommend asking them to plan to your wedding or any special meaningful event.

I enjoyed a 3 course Vegan Dinner at a Social Pantry event last night and I must say the food was amazing. Really tasty , good portion sizes and a wonderful blend of flavors. Staff were super friendly and I really enjoyed it. I hope I get to eat more of their food again.

Terrible experience, bad staff who are very rude to their customers. Almost felt judgemental the way they were treating people, if it was up to me i would never hire them again

Fantastic food and service. We ordered 4 mains and 4 sides for 16 people - bavette steak, salmon, a galette and variety of salads and sides. Everything was delicious and the options allowed us to cater to paleo, vegetarian, no dairy or grains and everyone really enjoyed the food. And the portion sizes meant there was lots left over! Thank you so much - I’d definitely use again and would highly recommend!

It's unparalleled and just what this industry needs, to have a fresh new perspective on the way this incredible industry should partner and work with suppliers and clients. We love working with Social Pantry at The 43 Club and Swygge, and couldn't have found a better company to do business with.

Social Pantry were an absolute delight to work with. From initial enquiry through to the closing down of the job; nothing was too much trouble. Their knowledge and communication was fantastic. Their team were professional and friendly. Their food was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Fabulous special menu hosting a very Scottish 30 th birthday party ! The canapés included haggis Bon bons which were to die for and the starter included 3 different smoked salmons, my personal favourite being the salmon marinated in beetroot ! Perfectly cooked steak followed where by my husband felt the potatoes must have been harvested that very afternoon ( being a Scottish farmer he knows his potatoes). The blueberry cheese cake was drizzled with the most exquisite berry coulis. This chef really knows how to engage his clientele ! Thank you for such a fantastic evening!
