Tony had a meal with activist and journalist Tamara Chergoleishvili, founding director of Georgia’s Tabula Media. They had khinkali which Tony describes as “big, fat, juicy soup dumplings filled with spicy cumin-jacked minced beef in a hot, rich, potentially scalding broth”.

Very lovely atmosphere. Outside with in a green garden / courtyard. The food is delicious. We had the dumplings and the Khachapuri and grilled oyster mushrooms. All of it was tasty! Service is good. You can easily spend there hours and just enjoy the surroundings and order more and more.

Great restaurant, probably the best quality food we tried in Georgia. The place is very famous in Tbilisi, being one of its culinary landmarks. It’s featured on many blogs of the best restaurants in Tbilisi, being endorsed by many foodies, and most famously being featured on one of Mark Wiens’ videos. The staff were friendly, the service was efficient, the food was very delicious, especially the beetroot salad, baked pumpkin starter and the chicken Shkmeruli. The desserts were very delicious as well, especially the Crème Brûlée which had orange flavor. The atmosphere was very nice, simple and humble seating under multiple bunches of grapes was very nice. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

Another great address in Tbilisi for Georgian cuisine! I had dinner there with my girlfriend. The place was pretty crowded, so we found the service a bit slow. But then, the food came and we both found it very tasty! The staff was nice and the atmosphere was great. I can totally recommend this restaurant. 5/5

Really lovely little gem. The staff was very friendly and funny, the atmosphere is very charming, and the food was delicious, fresh, and hot. Please keep in mind that, like Georgian service in general, the pace is leisurely because the food is made fresh and with care. You can just play with the kittens in the courtyard while you wait!

Food was unbelievably good. We loved the chicken in garlic sauce (i miss it already) and the pork ojakhuri was also insane ! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was cosy and lovely. Wish we had discovered it earlier

Very good atmosphere. It is possiable to sit in the yard. Big space in the building yard to sit many people. Good regular but good enough. Not the best one

Slightly overrated overall in my opinion. Cute spot, but often a wait for a table in the evenings and service is slow. Food is great, but also higher priced than comparable places.
