Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche

I had a great dining experience at this Thai restaurant Silk and Spice. The food was delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. Each dish was well-balanced with the perfect mix of spices, freshness, and aroma that Thai cuisine is known for. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. All staffs are good and fast service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Thai food or wants to try authentic Thai cuisine. I’ll surely come back again.

My experience with Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche was limited only to a new year eve event 2025-2026. I would rate the experience 9/10. Food,drinks, buffet, Service, hygiene, staff, ... was excellent/exceptional. My only two observations: - we've been not informed prior to the event, that they changed the Venue from their Speciality Restaurant (ChillO) to the ADD (All Day Dining) restaurant. - with all respect to all people, but such event would be better with a dress Code. TBH some people attend with shorties and slippers...

Location is good, near with the restaurants and attraction area. Checked in at 3pm. Got upgraded 1 room due to my membership benefit, Thank you but the bed is not comfortable too and very bumpy. But no recognition. I always stay at Sofitel and they always have a great service, but not this time. No welcome amenity given for platinum status plus celebrating my 15 year wedding anniversary which it should be automatic as part of welcoming their loyal guests. PS. Welcome amenities arrived at 9pm and I am shocked. No personalised card either. Sofitel bed is always good but not my bed. I have to ask for doona to put on top of my bed to be more comfortable. I’ve spoken to the housekeeping and they said that’s their Soft bed, I am disappointed.

It was truly a wonderful experience having breakfast at Le Corniche open buffet, Sofitel Hotel, Corniche Abu Dhabi. When the team knew that it was my son’s birthday, they went the extra mile by preparing a Mickey Mouse pancake complete with a candle for him to blow out and even singing “Happy Birthday.” My sincere thanks to Ms. Hope, Ms. Rupa, and Chef Riza for their thoughtful gestures and for taking the time to make our birthday boy feel so special. You are all amazing!!! keep up the excellent work!

Thank you to the amazing staff at Sofitel Hotel corniche for a spectacular Christmas brunch . The ladies went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Exceptional service and care. The spirit of Christmas was alive and the food was delicious. Will definitely come through again thank you for a remember able experience. I didn't regret choosing this hotel for a single moment. I gave it 4 stars for the rooms only because I wanted to see clean windows on the higher floors. Unfortunately, the windows weren't always perfectly clean on the outside. It could be due to weather conditions, but I hope the management will prioritize cleaning the windows on the outside. I want to highlight a few individuals who made my stay memorable. Chef Tapan Rosario and his entireteam: Every breakfast and dinner was a feast for the senses, with a wide variety of dishes and exceptional cooking skills. Special thanks to the chef and his entire team. Special thanks to Hajar, who always greeted us with a sunny smile and was always ready to help with any questions. I want to highlight the waitress Fatuma, who always took an interest not only in our drinks but also in our day off and feedback on the dishes. She is a great professional. Thank you for all your assistence! If I go back to Abu Dhabi, it will be to the Sofitel.

Our dining experience at Silk and Spice Thai Restaurant was truly delightful! Every dish was bursting with authentic Thai flavors, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. The restaurant’s atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very inviting — perfect for a relaxing meal. A big appreciation to Romnick and Annie for their exceptional service. They were both very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay and Delicious Food! I recently dine in at this hotel and was really impressed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the food. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — great hospitality and even better food. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good dining and a relaxing stay!
