I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent , from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to coming back.

I stayed at this hotel from 15–18 2026February . I normally prefer Sofitel and Accor properties and have always been satisfied with the brand. However, this stay was a serious disappointment. First, I would like to mention that Mihaela and Jimmy at the breakfast area were extremely professional and attentive. Their service was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not acceptable. There was a strong burnt electrical cable smell near the elevators and in the corridor leading to the room, and it persisted throughout the entire stay. Despite being reported multiple times, no action was taken. I had to spend three nights concerned about a potential electrical issue. The shower water pressure in the room was very low and was not fixed despite being reported. The fitness area was also very inadequate. There were no disinfectant sprays or wipes available to clean the equipment. Even after requesting it, nothing was provided. Trash bins were full, a mirror was cracked, and overall maintenance felt neglected. It was far below the standard expected from an international hotel. Additionally, I witnessed breakfast items being placed without gloves or tongs. Although this was corrected after I pointed it out, it raised concerns about hygiene standards. During group check-outs, there were repeated credit card system errors, reflecting operational and organizational issues. My expectations were high due to my past positive experiences with the brand. Unfortunately, this stay fell significantly below standard and has created serious hesitation about returning.

Excellent Hotel with outstanding staff! We stayed here for three nights and loved everything. The rooms are relatively large and well designed. I especially liked the displayed art from Belgian artists. What made this Hotel stand out is it excellent staff. Friendly and outstanding helpfull, especially the housekeeping department. The location is pretty good, as it is located in the European district, which is 20-40 mins away from the more central places, but in total ideally located for a sightseeing trip to Brussels. I will definitely choose this Hotel for my next Brussels trip again!

Room’s big, we got connecting rooms, and beds were really comfortable. Hotel’s nice and staff were helpful and friendly! I received some chocolates (not sure if it’s a gold accor member perk or everyone receives a welcome chocolate), and it’s from the Neuhaus chocolate shop in the lobby. It was a good welcome gift :) plenty of restaurants around the area, there’s even a market in front during weekend. Will stay here again if we go back again to Brussels! Visit: December 2025

Stayed 2 nights in suite and a standard room. The rooms are ok, basic. Sadly i did not get the sofitel standard bedding. The topper is soft and good, and also the sheets lovely, but the bedding lacks of support. (i have a sensitive back and thats why i chose this hotel instead of the Le Louise after knowing it had become MGallery)||Breakfast is good with good selection and i love the greens section. ||The staffs were all friendly and helpful. ||Location is not center but wonderful, i like staying in this square. Its a change from the Le Louise area. We came in during the new year and on 31st most establishments are closed in this square. It is easy to take uber everywhere though. ||We are accor diamonds, and this hotel has no executive lounge. seems like its not a thing in Sofitel accross Europe.

Very smart, comfortable hotel, ideally located for the European quarter. Rooms are spacious with a generously sized and well-light desk, as well as a separate armchair. Good gym, open 24 hours and very clean. Good breakfast with proper Belgian waffles. I will definitely return.

We had a very pleasant family stay at this hotel in Brussels. The rooms and facilities were comfortable and well maintained, and all staff were friendly and professional. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the EU institutions, public transport, and plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. A special mention goes to Uncle Jimmy, whose excellent customer service truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the bed is Sofitel so very comfy, the location is great on Place Jourdan, Nice Neighboorhood with bars and restaurants…|Not far from other great site of Brussels |We had an issue with the Window and they directly sent us someone to repair… repair not possible so they prepared another room very quickly!||Room service: I asked for ice and less than 3 min later my ice was there! The fastest service I never had!||We took this hotel because it was « Spa » but there only massage and one hammam, I was expecting more like hot tub, sauna, small pool…

Very nice and luxurious hotel. Rooms are good sized, bathroom also very nice and large, 3-ply toilet paper!! The included breakfast is better than most hotels. Good location, lots of good restaurants right outside. Overall very happy with my week long stay here, would stay again!

Beautiful hotel with eclectic art in the heart of the EU capital. European luxurious breakfasts and old-school customer centric service, white glove cleanliness and oh-so-comfortable beds. #Brussels best frites steps away along with serene park nearby.

Excellent location, especially for business/EU/government functions. Very convenient. Tons of stuff is walking distance. Common areas are tastefully decorated. Service is friendly and competent. Rooms are good sized and well furnished. Bath/shower combo. Clean and excellent isolation for good night sleep. Few negatives, so it is really 4.5 stars: -too expensive for the value provided; -shower stall is extremely small, so it is not comfortable and relaxing to take a shower; -front desk is understaffed, so it takes too long to check in/out, even for Platinum Members. All is all, quite pleasant stay.

From the moment we arrived to Hôtel Sofitel, At the front desk we met mr Remi. I told Remi we have a different hotel 2 miles away and not happy with it. the rooms were old and smelly. I asked Mr. Remi we just wanted check out the hotel to compare. After quick walk told Mr Remi I am not leaving book the hotel room. The Hotel was very clean and inviting. It is next to park that you can walk to and sit by the water and admire different birds and swans. Outside the hotel is big courtyard with lots of bars and restaurants to hang. Because of mr Remi's attitude and willingness to help made my visit to Brussels very good experience, thank you Mr. Remi.

Great hotel located just few miles from the city center. Highlights: Location is 15 min car ride from the airport and 5 mins to the city center, Very clean and well kept rooms and hotel, Great breakfast, Very friendly, Free WiFi, Helpful and polite staff and Several pubs and restaurants right outside the hotel. Can improve: The concierge was not very helpful when we were trying to find a dinner spot and Charging for local calls when we are paying a decent amount of the rooms is a little petty. Benchmark: They are one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in and compared to other hotels I would pick them since they were away from the city center. Stayed in Jan 2016 and will return if we visit Brussels again.

Stayed here for Tomorrowland and got the worst concierge service ever. Told us to take the bus cause all taxis were going to Tomorrowland, we found a taxi walking thank god. Who tells a person they won't call them a taxi in the rain??!? No help, no clue why Tomorrowland has this as a high rated hotel. Room view was horrible. Nothing good around the hotel.

Stayed here as part of Tomorrowland hotel package. Nice reception and staff were accommodating on our arrival. Room was nice double bed, desk area, comfy lounge chair. Bathroom had rain shower and wall mounted unit also. Large cosmetic mirror area in bathroom. Wardrobes with safe. Nespresso machine. Needed to ask for tea facilities but got it straight away. Slippers provided. Need to ask for robes. Safe in room. Breakfast was ok but very expensive €24 each. If not included go out for breakfast. Cocktails nice. Late check out very expensive €75 for extra hour. My opinion after staying in a number of high star hotels this is average.

Hotel was OK (good sized rooms, moderately comfortable bed, modern amenities and nice breakfast/restaurant and bar options) in a central location. The service, especially the Concierge is great. However, the WiFi is awful - slow to nonexistent, even the "premium" one that they charge $25 for. Completely unacceptable if you need to do anything that requires a strong internet connection, whether business related like download/upload files or even trying to watch a short video.
