I had a truly wonderful stay in Dubai. The hotel left a great impression from the very beginning: it is quietly located, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the pleasant and professional atmosphere. The staff deserves a big compliment 💗 everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Roshan, who assisted me with such kindness every morning during breakfast. His warm smile and thoughtful service added a personal touch and made each day start off on a positive note. The breakfast itself was well-prepared, offering a nice variety in a calm and comfortable setting. All in all, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I look back on my stay with great pleasure and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai:)

The hotel was incredibly comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding service. The check-in process was impressive, and the location was perfect, being close to the Carrefour supermarket and mall. We were also treated to a welcoming sweet treat (macarons) which was absolutely delicious. The service was prompt, and the breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and had a great time. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay and definitely return in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the stunning Egyptian-inspired design and the grandeur of the interiors, every detail felt luxurious and unique. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of Dubai from our window were breathtaking. The location is excellent, providing easy access to both old and new Dubai while being a peaceful retreat away from the bustle. Overall, Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk is a true blend of modern luxury and timeless elegance. We left with unforgettable memories and cannot wait to return. His hospitality gave such a warm touch. The rest of the staff were also very professional, attentive, and friendly. Overall, it was a great atmosphere with excellent service. Highly recommended!

The hotel impressed us with beautiful Egyptian style lobby. Friendly receptionist , always smiling. We tried all restaurants , breakfast was superb. Pool is lovely you can see Burj Khalifa, lifeguards are amazing- Buda with Deepesh and Reka from fitness.|We want to thank Taisia from Spa, team Riky, Salma and Ana, they introduced us to new treatments , it was wonderful experience . Signature Cleopatra is must to try ; masseuse Ayu and Tati were professional and very knowledgeable. Spa experience with great value of money. |We will come back for celebrating New Year. Merci Team

I had a wonderful experience with the room service team at Sofitel Dubai, especially Ratan and Charisma. They were both incredibly attentive, professional, and always served with a smile. Every order was delivered on time, beautifully presented, and with genuine care. Marta made sure I had everything I needed, and Charisma added such a personal and friendly touch that really made me feel at home. Their service truly elevated my stay and reflected the high standards of Sofitel. Thank you both for making my visit so comfortable and memorable!

Stayed there for 9 nights. Hotel is pretty and fancy. Valet service is very slow. Not a good service at the pool as they don’t bring you water or towels quickly. You feel like you are bothering them. Cleaning staff is very nice. Breakfast is not varied enough. What they serve is good but it s not varied enough. No freshly squeezed juices. They tell you it s a la carte but you don’t get a menu to know what you can order. You have to ask and guess what they have. Pastries are not great. Hotel is well located. Rooms are super nice and clean. Pool is nice. Gym is pretty small compared to other hotels.

My 4-week stay is coming to an end, and tonight marks my last evening here. This morning, as I said goodbye to the breakfast staff at Brasserie Boulud, my heart truly sank. The team has gone above and beyond every morning to ensure my comfort and to accommodate my every request with genuine care. I am deeply grateful to Shubam, Anju, Puspa, Sunita, Abhay, and the rest of the wonderful breakfast team—too many to mention by name. One of the highlights of my mornings was a specially prepared juice that helps with my inflammatory symptoms. Without hesitation, Shubam and the team made it fresh daily, always making sure it met my exact specifications and taste. Shubam, in particular, went far beyond the call of duty, and I applaud your dedication and kindness. Kudos to Brasserie Boulud for selecting and training such an exceptional and caring team. You’ve truly made my stay memorable. Thank you to the cleaning staff, who were truly excellent and absolutely friendly throughout my month-long stay. Layman, Jeeban, Sakhti, Kamrul, and Mr. Bir went out of their way each day to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate the care and dedication you put into making my stay so pleasant. Although my request to move to the city-facing side of the hotel after two weeks could not be accommodated, my overall Sofitel experience has been truly excellent. While I would have preferred that view, my stay was ultimately an exceptional experience, made memorable by the outstanding service and care from the staff.
