Beautiful rooms and the service is very attentive and friendly. They didn't have baby bath stuff available for my son when I asked, so the next day, the team arrived at our door with a gift-wrapped present of baby bath products. They were also very friendly with our 18 month old, happily interacting with him each day of our stay. The breakfast in both the main restaurant and the club lounge was excellent with lots of variety. The croissants in particular were very impressive and we miss them now that we've returned home. We had a panoramic suite with a great view over Dubai. The suite was large and had enough room for us and our child. Nice and quiet at night time. A 5 minute stroll to the metro. The pool was great too with a separate little kids pool. Lots of lounges and space to unwind. Attached to Wafi mall as well which was convenient. A great hotel overall. The service was the highlight but it was beautiful across the board.

What truly stood out was the exceptional level of care from the staff. When my daughter suddenly got sick, the reception team reacted immediately, called a doctor very quickly, and made the entire process completely stress-free for us. Their professionalism, empathy, and efficiency meant so much to our family. Room service was also outstanding — very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt warm and thoughtful. Sofitel has a beautiful and fragrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept, with all amenities in good working condition; nothing feels old or worn out. The location is excellent, right next to the mall and with a metro station just outside. Whenever you call, anything you need is delivered immediately, and the staff are very polite and helpful. The housekeeping is excellent; everything is cleaned thoroughly, clothes are neatly folded, and all amenities are well-stocked and on time. My stay was so enjoyable that I extended it. Compared to other hotels in this range, it offers better service, especially in guest requests and housekeeping.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience thanks to our waitress Mary. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Her warm smile and positive attitude truly brightened our morning. She made sure everything was perfect and was always happy to help. Excellent service like this makes all the difference. This place was honestly such a beautiful experience — wow. Alam and Shoon were both so kind and professional, always checking in at the perfect moments without being intrusive. Vima and Caroline added such a lovely touch to the experience — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.||And a special thank you to Chef Atul — the food was exceptional. Every dish was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with passion and skill.||You can really feel the teamwork here. Amazing service, amazing food, and an overall memorable experience. Sofitel truly went above and beyond for my stay! From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly warm and attentive. They surprised me with the sweetest birthday setup balloons, cake, everything and even upgraded my room, which made the whole experience feel extra special. We had fantastic service by Mary during our breakfast, she was really kind and very helpful. Ramesh was another great guy in the restaurant who was very professional and kind. The place and ambience is amazing. I would certainly recommend it for anyone looking for high quality hospitality and professional service.

Not a family hotel - at all Non-existent welcome: you arrive in the lobby, everyone’s on their phone, no one even looks up. Zero warmth, zero sense of service. Hotel far from everything, with no easy alternatives, and clearly not suitable for families. The staff is generally arrogant, and the concierge just tells you that you can’t read properly when you show him what’s clearly written on their website (free shuttle, among other things…), That’s just pathetic ! The room? Stained carpet, poorly vacuumed, and the extra bed for our child — clearly stated in the booking — was refused!!! As a result, our daughter slept on a pile of cushions they poorly set on the floor, while a rollaway bed sat unused in the hallway. Pathetic! Breakfast was decent but repetitive, absolutely no variety over the days. Spa was underwhelming, elevators constantly full or out of service — we ended up using the stairs more than once. This hotel is definitely not family-friendly — better suited for solo travelers or those with escorts, if you go by the Instagram tags. Bottom line: careless service, broken promises, zero flexibility. Dubai is worth the trip — this hotel isn’t.
