Superb location with a stunning view of Dubai town. Staff very friendly across all F&B posts. Housekeeping were amazing. Especially 2 staff Ajith and Rajendra, cleaned up my room so fast and so efficiently, they deserve a special mention. Check in at 11pm was a little disappointing as only 1 person manning the front desk. Breakfast was also quite a scene, no place to sit as it was over booked, was asked to go to a secondary location which had hardly much to offer. Overall a great place for the family with superb facilities. And check out the pool on L6! A must for all staying here!

The hotel felt luxurious. Beautiful décor, wide open spaces, excellent room, an enjoyable pool area, and an incredible view. There are a lot of staff and they were all very attentive and friendly. From reception to doormen, from housekeeping staff to pool attendants, from patisserie waitresses to the hostesses and servers in each of the different restaurants, to the concierge who arranged several outings for us - I have only the highest of praise. This hotel clearly prides itself on it's service and delivers to a high level. I look forward to my next stay here.

Amazing Experience! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The hospitality here is truly outstanding — everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a fresh, relaxing atmosphere every day thanks to the housekeeping team who did an excellent job. I especially want to mention sandra in front desk she went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. she was extremely helpful, attentive, and always had a friendly smile. Whenever I needed assistance, she responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with cleanliness and comfort. I really appreciate how the team made me feel at home, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay!

My family and I stayed over for 3 days for my parent's wedding anniversary. Our room was very lovely, with a fantastic view of Burj Khalifa. The service was quick and very efficient. The food was amazing! Shoutout to Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Abhay, who went out of their way to cater to our specific requests. Also, big thank you to Mr. Fowsal from the Room Service team, who swiftly provided us with our needs upon request. This was already our second stay and like the first time, we had such a memorable stay. We will surely come back!

This 5 star hotel exceeded our expectations. We were warmly greeted and the check in assistant, Salma, was exceedingly professional, kind, helpful, and generous. The proximity to DXB was great as we had an evening arrival after flying 13.5 hours. The hotel is connected to Wafi Mall and the stores were open very late in the evening, allowing us the chance to wind down by exploring the mall and having a late night dinner. Our suite was beautiful and provided a very comfortable atmosphere and tranquil rest after a long day of exploring Dubai. The staff was always eager to assist in making our stay pleasant. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend this hotel.

The luxurious hotel along with the stand out service and friendly staff made our Ist time visit to Dubai truly memorable. A special mention to Sameel, barista at the Club Millesime Lounge for his friendliness, advise on what to visit and without a doubt the best coffee we had whilst touring overseas. He knew just how we liked it and had it ready each morning without us having to ask. The impeccable service provided by Marisol and Priyanka, also from the Club Lounge, ensured our start to the day was perfect. We were touched and will cherish the very thoughtful hand made gift they presented to us on our last day. |We give it a 10/10 for every aspect and would highly recommend The Obelisk hotel when visiting Dubai.

We had a wonderful experience at the Sofitel in Dubai! The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel truly relaxed and welcomed. A special mention goes to Rameshan Manoj, tow of the restaurant waiters, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was always so kind, attentive, and professional. Ramesh recommended several delicious dishes that we would have never tried otherwise – every single one was fantastic! His warm attitude and genuine hospitality really made our experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend the Sofitel Dubai to anyone looking for a perfect stay in the city.
