From the moment I arrived, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. Mr. Baptist went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and seamless. He greeted me with genuine hospitality, was always available to assist with any requests, and consistently followed through with efficiency and care. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering helpful recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, his dedication was clear. Thank you, Mr. Baptist, for your outstanding service. You are a true asset to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with Egyptian French atmosphere. Well trained people working there. |We had bookings in spa .Warm Welcoming by Salma and Taisiia. Ricky and Hazem always were around and showing us spa areas,explaining treatments. Wonderful hands of therapists Tati and Aya, Ravi was for my husband. We wanted to thank spa team along with Fitness Trainer Mohamed for taking care of us.we will come back next season again

As soon as I step into this hotel, I’m always impressed by the beauty of the lobby. The elegance of the space immediately creates a warm and refined atmosphere. I truly appreciate every single member of the staff — without exception. From the valet service to the reception, housekeeping, and everyone working in the dining and kitchen teams — each person contributes with professionalism and kindness to make the stay so enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, perfectly maintained, and all the furnishings are of high quality. My stay was perfect, just like the last time. I hope to return soon. This is without a doubt my favorite hotel in Dubai.

The location is also incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and key attractions in Dubai. During our stay, we were especially impressed by the outstanding hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Sunita from the restaurant team, who truly made our dining experiences memorable. She was warm, professional, and always attentive to our needs, ensuring everything was taken care of immediately and with a smile. Her service added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued. Overall, our week at Sofitel The Obelisk was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay in Dubai. We would love to return!

This place is something very special. The service was impeccable, the rooms so clean and luxurious. Food was amazing. Didn't enjoy the pool menu as much though, but the high tea and evening cocktails on the 51st floor watching the sun set will always be a memorable experience. A little out of the way, but when you work out their simple public transport system it is easy to get around. A laundry that guest could access would be my only suggestion for improvement. Thank you for a very special stay.

had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet. The quality and freshness of the ingredients really stood out. What truly made the visit exceptional was the service. Concierge baptist and fabrice, matter in particular, was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly. He ensured that everything ran smoothly and made us feel very welcome. A great experience. The rooms are modern, and we had a great view of the Dubai Creek. The location is great too with short ride to city center. Since other reviews have the impressive pictures of the hotel and views, I'll just post two pictures of the attention to detail. The housekeeping actually organised our shoes and toiletries to perfection. That's above and beyond, even for a five star hotel.
