I recently stayed at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — the architecture inspired by ancient Egypt combined with elegant French luxury gives it a very unique and sophisticated atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the bathroom was luxurious with high-end amenities. Service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options, all fresh and high quality. The pool area was relaxing, clean, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, my stay was memorable and exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be coming back!

The services were excellent, everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff — they were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Mary at the restaurant for her kindness, warm smile, and outstanding service. She made our dining experience even more enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay again.

My partner and I recently visited Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, and we had a really wonderful experience from the moment we arrived When we entered the lobby, we were warmly welcomed by Hamza, one of the bellmen. He was extremely polite and helpful, assisted us with our luggage, and guided us through the lobby area. He also explained how the hotel is connected to the mall and how easy it is to access the nearby metro station. As visitors, this information was very helpful for us The lobby is beautiful and gives a very luxurious and welcoming feeling. We also really liked the convenience of having the mall connected to the hotel, and the metro station being close by made it easy for us to travel around the city We truly appreciate the hospitality we received, especially from Hamza. His friendly attitude and professional service made our visit even more enjoyable.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests really made the experience stand out. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. I spent four wonderful days at this hotel and it was a great experience overall. The hotel is very clean, and the services are excellent. It has an amazing swimming pool with a stunning view overlooking Dubai. The rooms were well organized, spotless, and offered beautiful views of the city. I would also like to give special thanks to Salma at the reception for her professionalism and kindness. Additionally, I would like to thank Ramesh from the restaurant. he was extremely friendly, helpful, and made our experience even better. Highly recommended, and I would definitely visit again.

Fantastic hotel!! Amazing views, the rooms are stunning and well equipped and spacious (we’re in a luxury room on 31st floor). Breakfast is outstanding, the pool Area is gorgeous and very well serviced and generally all the staff have been wonderful. Absolutely love the hotel and so glad we chose it. Shout out to Md chant and Durga from housekeeping who are excellent and make the room up efficiently and beautifully and are so lovely to check everything is ok daily. Thanks everyone at the hotel!! Oh and the views are incredible!

I wanted to leave a review because my wife and I were so happy with the hotel. To begin with we wanted to thank Alejandra Torres, her professionalism and hard work to make our stay memorable made our holiday. She is definitely one of the best staff we came across during our stay here. I also wanted to add Praveen and Roshni to the list of incredible staff. Roshni served us for breakfast, she always remembered what we were drinking and eating and was always professional with a smile. Praveen made probably the best mocktail I have ever had and was always so polite and professional. A huge thanks to both of them! Chand and Karishma from house keeping always do a fantastic job with cleaning our room daily. Always perfectly tidy and the timing are great. They always check to make sure it's at the best time of convenience. The hotel staff are extremely attentive. From the reception, to the service at breakfast and dinner. The quality is at a high standard throughout. And personally the location is perfect for us as it's relaxed and not overly crowded nearby but easily accessible transport to anywhere we want to go and all the attractions of Dubai. We will definitely be coming back next year to the Sofitel Obelisk Dubai.
